Quantum Data Energy (QDE) shares were suspended with effect from 1 May 2026 for its failure to publish its audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 by the 30 April 2026 deadline. The cause of the delay in the publication of the audited accounts was triggered by the unprecedented resignation of Crowe UK on 28 April 2026 in respect of inadequate explanation and documentation received in respect of two transactions connected with Quantum’s £5 million fake news scam fundraise and possible or actual breaches of laws and regulations in relation to those transactions.

According to an RNS today, dodgy death spiral provider Indigo Capital is now the owner of 10 million new shares in Frankenstein meat company BSF Enterprise (BSFA) following the conversion of £100,283 of loan notes. That is just under 5% of the equity so a TR1 is being prepared. Bollocks there is.
