But when it is tanking they act to stop the share price gains on the few up days and cannot be used on the many down days. Thus they crush the share price and that causes volumes to dry up and thus bring in ever reduced proceeds. Today’s ATM update from the Smarter Web Company (SWC) is horrific and leaves its shares at just 50p to sell.
