Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 3: Predator, I just don't believe you

I ponder what sort of investor bought bitcoin in treasury stocks as the bitcoin price slumps again. The stench of Gavin Burnell of Globo infamy surrounds B Hold (HODL), I also look at Smarter Web (SWC), now almost 90% off peak ramp and London Bitcoin Company (BTC) as it faces a fiat crisis. Then Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), Hemogenyx (HEMO) and Marechale Capital (MAC)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: those reporting myself and Evil Banksta to the FCA

I reckon both of us get reported more often than I have inappropriate thoughts about Cheryl Cole. I discuss those who report us and what happens, then it is Hemogenyx (HEMO), gold, inflation and the Dow, Versarien (VRS) and Blackbird (BIRD) which, I sense, is not long for AIM. I predict a delisting.

Hemogenyx is a compelling short

If anyone knows where I can get some borrow on Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals (HEMO) then please post below. A friend told me on Friday evening that he had managed to short some with IG and so first thing this morning I got in touch with my relationship manager there - but it had all gone! I can understand why the borrow is so hard to get as lots of people want to short the shares, what I can’t understand is the sheer stupidity of those people that are buying the shares!

BREAKING: Hemogenyx and the details of its US study

With a hap tip to readers T and K the details of the US phase 1 trial of Hemogenyx’s (HEMO) AML drug can now be revealed and it is not good news for deluded fools like Christopher Kilner who own the shares. Oh no…

Hemogenyx: a doctor writes again and some Estonian number crunching

Yesterday Hemogenyx (HEMO) announced that it had signed a letter of intent with Cellin Technologies OU in Estonia claiming that this “represents the first near term revenue opportunity.” Let me and also a qualified doctor with expertise in clinical trials, explain why that is just Vlad Sandler over-egging the pudding big time.. And why that ultimately consigns all involved in this spoof to a special place in hell.

Hemogenyx and its new partner in Estonia, it's a small world innit?

Apparently according to twitter fucktard Gavin Fitzpatrick my commentary about Hemogenyx (HEMO) is because I have a “grudge” which explains why I have ignored so many obvious frauds just to obsess constantly about this one company. Gavin admits to not reading any of my articles but knows they are all wrong. Next he will be lambasting me or either batting for cancer or for trying to take down another “great British company” becuase i am eiher a Mossad agent or a Russian asset. Or both. This brings me to today’s tie up in Estonia showing what a small world we live in.

BREAKING: Hemogenyx - a Doctor writes and a new Ron Bauer link

Actually it is an academic who has a long history in clinical trial data supervision and whose work in exposing malpractice has featured, inter alia, in Private Eye. The company in question is Hemogenyx (HEMO) where I think I owe it a minor apology but it owes Mr. Market an even greater one

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: EXPOSED, the twice convicted fraudster at the heart of UK small caps and how his tentacles spread

I name names of those guilty of crime and those who just look the other way. Among the companies linked to this fraudster are Red Rock Resources (RRR), Union Jack Oil (UJO) Hemogenyx (HEMO), Sealand Capital Galaxy (SCGL), zak Mir's Lift Global Ventures (LFT), Globo (GBO) and Genflow (GENF). The FCA gets a note about Sealand and its CEO tomorrow but anyone holding shares in any company with a direct link here is insane.

Hemogenyx - who has Peter Redmond, aged 177 3/4, been mumbling to or not?

I was promised an imminent update of the health status of patients 1 and 2 by an advisor to overpromoted box of snakes shitco Hemogenyx (HEMO) two days ago. I have heard nothing which makes me fear for their health. They will be in my prayers tonight since had they been running half marathons I would have had a speedy response saying just that. And this silence, as I explained HERE, should make shareholders run for the hills.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The truth is that I collapsed

I do not hide my medical issues. I feel okay now but the truth is that I only got out of bed at 3.30. I don't know why and I am seeing the Shipmans tomorrow and I actually feel great now but these things happen. But my output today is limited. Apologies. I do however comment on Hamak (HAMA), Atlas Metals (AMG), pondering if either broker has the integrity to resign, Hemogenyx (HEMO) and another rat smelled and Hydrogen Utopia (HUI) and another letter I need to send to the FCA

Hemogenyx shares up 68% after stinking prospectus dodging placing

Shares in the worthless lifestyle company Hemogenyx (HEMO) have raced ahead by 68% today to 316p after a placing raising gross proceeds of £570,000 at 180p was announced yesterday. Lets call it £520,000 net and that tells you that ghastly boss Vald Sandler will be passing the hat around yet again before Christmas.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No2: what's the difference between Hemogenyx and syphilis?

One is a disgusting disease and the other is a STI. Boom. Boom. I start with the latter and end with the former. In between I look in detail at the ludicrous AIM IPO of SundaeBar (SBAR) ,a £41m disgrace from Roland "Fatty" Cornish and the Bixby/Edwards gang, at MJ Gleeson (GLE) and the wider housebuilding sector and at First Class Metals (FCM) as it rapidly runs out of cash obtained from the proceeds of crime.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I am now over 10%, keep pledging

In today’s bearcast I look at Optibiotix (OPTI), the standing of the London markets and the prospectus exemption scandal that needs addressing to stop rogues like Hemogenyx (HEMO), Genflow (GENF) and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) duping shareholders. I am writing to the FCA about this matter this weekend.

Genflow: here we go again, how does the FCA tolerate this shit?

If you are on the main market after you have issued a certain number of shares you need the FCA to sign off on a prospectus to be allowed to issue more and get them admitted to trading. But there is an exception that allows management to subscribe for new shares. That is fine. But this exception is being utterly abused by the scumbags at the bottom end of the market. Yesterday, with an RNS that was clearly fiction it was Hemogenyx (HEMO). Today it is Genflow Biosciences (GENF), a company created by penny share fraudster Ron Bauer and his known associate Adrian Beeston.

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals placing just stinks, there will be no TR1

It was running on vapours so it’s no shock that Hemogenyx (HEMO), the pointless main market listed lifestyle company run by pompous prick Vlad Sandler has placed yet again, raising £451,000 gross at 180.5p. That will keep the wolf from the door for a couple of months by when Vlad will have to do another funding. But this one stinks, the RNS looks like its a lie.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I realise there is intense competition but is this the FT's worst prediction ever?

I start with yesterday's elections including a dig at the wretched FT. The fickle sentiment Optibiotix (OPYI) and a company I do not write about failing to issue an RNs as they should, Hemogenyx (HEMO), Mirriad (MIRI) and Amigo (AMGO), all three of which should be toast.

Evil Banksta: Hemogenyx must be almost bust, finals stink

I have been a perma bear of Hemogenyx (HEMO) flagging up pig and pork fund raisings, outrageous claims of progress that cannot be justified, executive greed and more. Hemogenyx – Vlad Sandler, Peter Redmond (aged 194) et al, this is just so unethical

Once again, I brace myself to be accused of batting for team leukemia for having the nerve to point out bad things at Hemogenyx (HEMO). The reality is that it is Hemogenyx and its boss, Vlad Sandler, on £400,000+ a year, who are acting in an unethical way.

Hemogenyx – Vlad Sandler takes the piss again with another discounted placing

Vlad earned £397,000 in 2023 so with employers taxes and expenses will have cost Hemogenyx (HEMO) close to half a Bernie. The two NEDS, Alex Sander and 196 year old Peter Redmond earned a combined £110,000 so will have cost at least £150,000 so the PLC costs of running this crock will be close to a Bernie. Not that it has actually made much progress in the labs.

Does the Hemogenyx CEO work for free? Au Contraire: Pompous Twit on twitter pokes a bear

I awake to find another tweet directed my way regarding Hemogenyx (HEMO), the unethical stock promote that will not cure cancer but says it might to promote its shares. Hemogenyx and that share consolidation to attract institutional investors: how’s it going?

Since exposing its pig and pork scam a few months ago HERE, Hemogenyx (HEMO) has been very much on my radar. It is a classic biotech promote which could not cure ham let alone any disease. Even at today’s 320p, a market cap of c£11 million is a gross overvaluation of a company that will be gigging with the Fat Lady within weeks if it cannot place and which, after years of spoofing, has made SFA clinical progress.

Hemogenyx shares soar 117% after two tweets - is this the new RNS? Surely this is a bit naughty

Is @HemoGenyx the corporate account of HemoGenyx (HEMO)? Sadly PR poltroon Paul "Queenie" McManus of Walbrook and pouting brokerette Lucy Williams of Peterhouse have yet to return my calls as I pose this question. But since the lamentable Walbrook has tweeted directed to @HemoGenyx in the past they are either complete idiots (well they are) or that is all the confirmation one needs. Which makes the last two tweets on this account all the more outrageous. You can see them below. Bear in mind there has been no supporting RNS.
