These are results for the year to 30 September 2025 which are so late that Pri0rity Intelligence (PR1) had to battle with Companies House to avoid a strike off. They are truly dreadful and the shares have resumed trading at just 1.45p ( almost 90% down on the December 2024 IPO) valuing thus company at a paltry £2.5 million. Where to start with thus dog’s dinner brought to the AIM casino by London’s worst Nomad Roland “fatty” Cornish?

I have been a perma bear of Pri0r1ty Intelligence (PR1) from its December 2024 listing c/o London’s worst Nomad, Roland “fatty” Cornish. Promoted by all sorts of rogues including David Lenigas and the charlatan’s charlatan Zak Mir, using two brokers to constantly issue keep the lights on confetti, its business model has always been nonsense built on stilts. Natch I have been 100% vindicated.

Pri0r1ty Intelligence- Delay in Publication of Annual Accounts suspension looms, more red flags vicar?

I am afraid to say that the chairman of this uber dog, Mr Marcus Yeoman, is an old pal of mine. For today his team has goofed big time and there can be no excuses at all.  Pri0r1ty Intelligence (PR1) says that its audit for the year ended 30 September  will not be complete by close of play by March 31 (tomorrow) so the shares will, under AIM Rule 19, be suspended on Wednesday Morning. The excuse just does not wash.

Pri0r1ty Intelligence and Primorus Investments: does AIM regulation simply not care about casino companies breaching legal agreements anymore?

You would have to have been an A grade moron or a total knave to have invested in the IPO of Pri0r1ty Intelligence (PR1) on December 30 2024 – I have repeatedly called out this company, another dog twitter ramped by David Lenigas, as a worthless POS. One investor at the IPO was fellow AIM listed hound Primorus Investments (PRIM) which had an 8.05% stake and signed a 12 month lock in. But this is AIM.
