Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Canadian Overseas, vindicated again

This has been the most stressful day in Greece for a long while; I really do need a holiday. I explain all.  Then I look at Sensyne (SENS); Chill Brands (FRAUD); Blue Star Capital (BLU) and an AGM shock that may trigger the collapse of the Bixby, Edwards, Frangos, Story and Peter Wall house of cards. Then it is onto Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL), where today’s placing vindicates me. I argue that a 20.75p share price is a compelling shorting opportunity on a risk-reward basis. Matthew and his dog will enjoy that section, as Arthur Millholland, the snake oil salesman at Canadian, really is talking shite in today’s release. I am so angry.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: So, what did I think of the Kefi presentation?

I start with news of flooding in the farmyard at the Welsh Hovel and end with a reminder of podcasting schedules as I head to the Greek hovel.  Then I apologise to Peter Brailey as I cover Simec Atlantic (SAE), Kefi (KEFI), Ince (INCE), Arden (ARDN), Cellular Goods (CBX), Chill Brands (FRAUD), Gatemore fund managers and Sensyne (SENS), Mark Slater and the folly of attempting corporate regime change and Audioboom (BOOM)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Bidstack, its auditors and when will it run out of money again?

I start with football and a question from last night’s West Ham game about how society now views crime and criminals. Then onto the lessons from the collapse of Sensyne (SENS), the bastard child of Neil Woodford and sleazy Lord Drayson. I look at Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL) and at Bidstack (BIDS) as well as at Angus Energy (ANGS) and Sound Oil (SOU). Finally the odd case of NFT Investments (NFT) and the Bixby/Edwards/ Frangos/Storey/Peter Wall gang.

Sensyne – Timber! 175p to 0.8p and booted off AIM in 44 months

Sleazy Labour peer Lord Drayson pocketed an £850,000 bonus for floating Sensyne (SENS) at 175p despite promising the Nomad he would not beso greedy and do so. Now, three and a half years later it has all gone horribly Pete Tong so will he hand the cash back as those who backed the IPO prepare to lose more or less everything? Today Drayson has got the order of the boot and to survive shareholders face being diluted to high heaven with the shares also to be slung off AIM.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Commissioning Wardell Armstrong to do a report on me for Cheryl Cole on the size of my assets

I start by discussing Eurasia Mining (EUA), its CPR on its nickel assets and Range Resources (RRL) and a similar exercise undertaken by Pirate Pete Landau. Then I look at Omega Diagnostics (ODX), at the piece I penned earlier inspired by Luke Johnson, HERE, and finally at Sensyne (SENS) and what happens next.

The curse of sleazy Lord Drayson – Sensyne shares crash on cash crisis - worse to come!

He took an £850,000 bonus for staging the AIM IPO of Sensyne (SENS) even though he had promised his Nomad which had then assured institutional investors, that he would not. Then Lord Drayson used more company funds to pay off a whistleblower. This man, enobled by the war criminal Sir Tony Blair after, in a wholly unrelated way, donating vast sums to New Labour, is a festering wart on the backside of the corporate world.  One hopes that a cash crisis will deal with this wart once and for all. Natch I have been a bear of this stock all along, unlike hedgie Matthew Scarborough of Gatemore who did his darndest to get me to pump this stock days before the scale of the current crisis started to become apparent.

Sensyne shareholders punished for the greed and duplicity of sleazy CEO Labour Lord Drayson

It is not just sleazy Tory Lords that this website finds unacceptable, and I am not finished with cash for questions scumbag, the Earl of Shrewsbury yet. On the other side of the house sits Lord Drayson, a man enobled by the war criminal Blair and, by pure coincidence, a generous donor the the Labour party. Drayson founded and is CEO of Sensyne (SENS). And today there is another kick in the gonads for his shareholders.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Let's Go Brandon! Let's Go Brandon! Let's Go Brandon!

I discuss today’s US elections, what will happen and what it means. Suffice to say Let’s Go Brandon! Then I look in detail at the forthcoming IPO of ProCook Group Limited which you can access on Primary Bid HERE. I would not. I also look at Kefi (Kefi), Sensyne (SENS) and Berkeley Energia (BKY). There is more on Let’s Go Brandon and on US politics in a podcast special on my own website HERE

Scumbag champagne socialist Lord Drayson plans MBO at Sensyne – will he repay £850,000 IPO bonus?

Scumbag Labour Lord Drayson has today stated that the market fails to value his Sensyne (SENS) company and that as a result the company is enterimg a formal sales process as he tries to secure funding. So why might the market “undervalue” this company? Take your pick from these reasons.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 5 shorts with balance sheet nightmares looming

Tomorrow, I shall tell you about a young man in despair, naming no names but what it says about this country. Not allowing you to be stiffed by a Hedge Fund on Sensyne ahead of its going concern warning

On 17 September a chap called Matthew Scarborough subscribed to ShareProphets and at once sent us an email saying that he had an article he had drafted and wondered who he might submit it to for consideration. Hell: he might have had something interesting to say, some fraud to bust, so I suggested sending it to me. I had no idea who Mr Scarborough was. That could wait until I saw the piece.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: But for a fluke the ceiling would have fallen in on my head and on the cats

I discuss two developments at the Welsh Hovel. There is great news HERE but also a bit of a disaster which could have been fatal for the cats and bad for me. Then I look at backing proven failures or chaps who wave red flags mentioning Sensyne (SENS), Nigel Wray, me and a few others. That leads me on to the wall of silence from Central Copper Resources about its AIM IPO and me explaining what is really going on, notably at broker Brandon Hill. Finally I look at today’s news from Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and where, as a result, I expect its shares to be at Christmas.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: May 1 he is made a Lord, June 2017 he hands over £500,000 - nothing to see here sir, move along quietly!

I start with the reason for no bearcast yesterday, Joshua and I heading to an empty house in Shipston. Then today’s Joshua Advent calendar window which confuses me. Then onto Nakama (NAK), Red Rock Resources (RRR), Wishbone (WSBN) which could be a 100 bagger – see HERE  - Monday’s fraud conference which is definitely my last outing as a speaker – Anglesey Mining (AYM) and finally why at every level, including valuation, Sensyne (SENS) is a complete and utter stinker.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the business flies on the turd that was the Blair regime, Lord Drayson and Sensyne

I start with a row I had with the Mrs on Brexit. It is pertinent to what follows so bear with me No Gold. I then move on to a different sort of socialist to the Mrs, my grandfather Sir John Winnifrith and his comrade in arms Tony Benn, that is to say Lord Drayson of Sensyne (SENS) where revelations yesterday were shocking. Oh, and that poltroon Neil Woodford is involved too.
