Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: can anyone counter my bear case for On the Beach, surely a profits warning is due?

I start with today’s two big triumphs especially the Worthington (WRN) one - I remind you of exactly what happened. Then I discuss the mendacity of the claims made about ex Chancellor Sunak that he is economically competent. I note that I have some bombshell Court documents involving an ex PM and the boss of a several hundred million quid capitalised company. I shall publish them later. Though the corporate boss is reported to be litigious, the Sheriff is not frit. Then to On The Beach (OTB) and Vast Resources (VAST).

Massive Vindication for Tom Winnifrith No 2 - Chill Brands forces to restate results by FRC after TW intervention, letter in full

When I started exposing the fraud at Zoetic, now Chill Brands (CHLL) the shares were 76p. They are now 2.4p and, FWIW, running out of cash again so a sell. The other side fought hard. Seth Freedman – who had harassed Harvey Weinstein’s victims for Harvey - was engaged by a shareholder to threaten, menace and harass me and also two other writers here and a PR girl who is known to be a friend of mine. Shame on Freedman and those who defend him like Evil Knievil. I was not bullied into silence and so, after the massive Worthington vindication earlier, here is another one a, a letter from the Financial Reporting Council.I complained to it about Chill’s accounts. Hey presto, the FRC took action and – as you can see below – forced Chill to restate.

Massive Vindication for Tom Winnifrith No1 – FCA takes Aiden Earley & the whole Worthington 5 to criminal court

Even the Mrs was laughing this morning as I reminded her of how investors in Quindell and a couple of other frauds I exposed lined up to crowd fund Aiden Earley as he tried (twice) to injunct me and force me to take articles down. We defied the threats  and those articles remain up to this day on this brave and courageous website and the trove of documents I dared to publish were all passed on to the FCA. The FCA has now charged Earley, his brother and 3 others, the Worthington 5, and they appeared in Court yesterday. As I scuttle off for a celebratory ouzo here is what the FCA states:

Worthington boss Doug Ware, the FCA, Proceeds of Crime Act - I am sure this is all a big misunderstanding

The extract from the Land Registry below is in the public domain and looks like a huge misunderstanding to me. Worthington (WRN) may be in administration but it seems the FCA have a few questions for its  former boss Doug Ware. I am sure there is a perfectly innocent explanation for all of this.

Son of Worthington Whetstone suspended as FCA raids Aidan Earley

I merely report the facts. Yesterday at 9.30 AM the matched bargain market Britdaq suspended trading in Whetstone (WHET) shares. Why? Well I suspect the clue is that the FCA paid a visit to Aidan Earley. I have not been able to speak to Aidan so just lift from his own blog his account of other events which I do without comment other than to say that I feel genuinely sorry for his wife and kids as it cannot have been pleasant at all. Over to Aidan...

Worthington Liquidators Report published - it was all the fault of Tom Winnifrith was it not?

If you believe certain prize Bulletin Board loons the demise of Worthington PLC (WRN) was all my fault. Moreover since the company had massive asset backing I should be hung drawn and quartered. Whetstone , the son of the late Old Mother Worthington fails to gain stockmarket listing

Just when shareholders in Worthington (WRN) thought they would have tradeable golden tickets once again it appears that Whetstone Capital, the son of the late Old Mother, has had its NEX Markets application rejected. We had been expecting trading to start within days but Allan Biggar, the chairman of Whetstone, has posted the bad news. Mr Biggar writes:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - The PLC Death List Update - 9 new entrants

I started the PLC death list in June 2015 with 21 members. The aim is to pick stocks that will either go bust or get slung off the AIM Casino. Each departure requires a nreplacement. With nine new entrants today 40 names have joined this select group. So far there have been two outright failures on my part, Mariana Resources (MARL) and Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG). There was one volte face but I was ahead at volte face point and it was a great call both short and long - Wandisco (WAND), two near kills, InternetQ (INTQ) and Monitise (MONI) and thirteen slam dunk kills: Cloudtag (CTAG), Worthington (WRN), African Potash (AFPO), Jiasen (JSI), Camkids (CAMK), China Chaintek (CTAK), JQW (JQW), Afren (AFR), Daniel Stewart (DAN), Sefton (SER), Outsourcey (OUT - boy I enjoyed that one - Afriag (AFRI) and Auhua. So 13 out of 31 = 40%+ - not bad eh?  Arguably that is 15 out of 31 - almost 50%! That leaves:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - back at Pizza Hardman Darren Atwater's Emporium, Wedge Issue

I find myself back in London ahead of a big event tonight as I explain HERE. So I am working at the pizza place now known as Wedge Issue and run by hipster Pizza Hardman Darren Atwater. It is most excellent and I commend it to you all if you are in Clerkenwell, although I am not sure I get this hipster business at all. I'm getting old. In the main podcast I look at why the LSE Asylum just does not work. In terms of stocks I cover Independent Resources (IRG), Nyota (NYO), FastForward (FFWD),Challenger (CHAL), the joke regulation one sees on the Standard List, Regency Mines (RGM) and some coal assets some folks think will go into the joke that is "New Worthington".

A Second Letter to the Insolvency Service - explicit evidence that Aidan Earley ( banned as a director) was a shadow director at Worthington

Yesterday I asked the Insolvency service to open a formal enquiry into whether Mr Aidan earley was acting as a shadow director of Worthington (WRN) at a time (when he was barred as acting as a director. If Aidan is guilty he faces up to two years in jail and could be on the hook for Worthington's liabilities (including its vast pension fund deficit) when it went bust. Time to put the Surrey mansion on the market? For I now have a killer email which I have forwarded on to the insolvency service as you can see below.

Tom Winnifrith writes to Aidan Earley & his dumb lawyer: see you in Court Bitchez

On 10th January the convicted felon, serial liar,, undischarged bankrupt and man banned from being a company director after the Wood Hall fiasco, Mr Aidan Earley instructed his lawyer to write a menacing missive to me (at the wrong address.). Today I have replied. Worthington - I speak to the liquidator & its bad news for the board but why is the LSE in denial?

This gets more surreal by the day. Yesterday I spoke to the official liquidator who is dealing with the Worthington (WRN) case. He is rapidly getting up to speed and will be speaking to "other agencies" about what went on. A full report explaining why the company went bust will be produced and it will be naming the director and shadow directors if they are found wanting. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - can Paul Scott end my confusion and will Rob Terry be arrested in 2017?

I am watching high quality TV like Midsomer Murders as the Mrs is away. I am bombarded with adverts for online fashion and holiday booking and am terribly confused - I need health guru Paul Scott to help explain what is going on as something is just not right. Then I look at when the criminal gangs at Quindell (QPP), Globo (GBO) and Worthington (WRN) will face justice. At least one might be in 2017. And I ask why Cloudtag (CTAG) morons want to send cash to a convicted criminal who appears to be living in a £3 million house despite BOTH he and his wife going through bankruptcty. It's all very odd.

I then look at Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and the questions it is NOT answering. Convicted criminal Aiden Earley has today sent a lawyers letter to ADVFN (AFN) threatening it, unless it removes posts made by certain individuals within 48 hours. In the firing line a detailed look at Avanti Communications (AVN), a lot of questions about the Worthington (WRN) fraud now in liquidation and questions for the FCA/UKLA about that. New Bulletin Board Moron of the Week sponsored by Aidan Earley of Worthington infamy

As Worthington (WRN) heads into administration, Craig Whyte's long term business partner Aidan Earley is trying to blame the media and especially me. When Will Worthington die in the snows of Greenland? It is looking grim.

The farce at the fraud that is Worthington (WRN) continues and it looks as if it will be in the snows of Greenland that the final rites are read. Things are moving fast.

Bulletin Board Moron of the week Contest (6/2016) - there's no moron like a Quindell moron

The demise of Motive TV (MTV) & the Slater & Gordon (SGH) car crash were obvious triggers for some of the stupidest folks on this planet to talk shite on Bulletin Boards last week. On some threads (LSE Asylum Worthington WRN being a case in point) no trigger is needed for idiocy. There were numerous splendid entrants for last week's BBM of the week as you can see HERE but there could only be one winner.

Worthington - Companies House Prosecuting Solicitor Replies - what is she not saying

As you will remember, the failure of Worthington (WRN) to file its accounts for the year to September 30 2014 had brought it to the attention of the Prosecuting Solicitors Department at Companies House. The story continues.

Worthington - just where are your Bloody accounts?

The Year end of Worthington PLC (WRN) end was September 30th. But as yet we have not seen an annual report. For the avoidance of doubt I refer not to the year ended 30 September 30 2015 but September 30 2014.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 20 December 2 - the TW Death List Christmas Update

On 13 June I started my 21 stock Death list portfolio - 21 shares heading for zero or being booted off the market - see HERE.  On 23 August I got my first kill and so Afren (AFR) was replaced by Daniel Stewart (DAN) HERE. I have now had four more kills and  nearly all those that have survived have seen their shares tank.  Now I update with 4 new entrants, given that I have had four more kills, and I review the original entrants that cling on to life. Just.  The stocks mentioned are: Worthington, JQW, Jiasen, Camkids, China Chaintek, Trap Oil, Mosman Oil & Gas, Monitise, Outsourcery, Magnolia Petroleum, Arian Silver, Sareum, Avanti Communications, Daniel Stewart, Mariana Resources, Sefton Resources, Golden Saint Resources, Sovereign Mines of Africa, Afren, Wandisco, Tungsten, Blur, Auhua, Afriag and InternetQ

The Most Amateurish Annual Return in Corporate History – Rangers, Worthington and the knitting patterns

Hat tip to a reader for flagging up this gem from Companies House, an Annual Return submitted for The Rangers FC Group Limited, part of the Worthington Group (WRN) which thinks it can extract £10 million from creditors of Old Rangers. This is sheer genius mickey-mouse stuff thanks to clown Richard Spurway.

Worthington - with CV's like this how can anyone take it seriously?

We all know that Craig Whyte and Aiden Earley have "colourful pasts" and that Doug Ware is a greedy bastard of no ethics as we showed again earlier HERE, but the supporting cast at joke company Worthington (WRN) are even more hilarous. How can anyone take them seriously? I am grateful to a reader who is clearly a Worthingtonologist for posting twice about Nick James. Who is Nick?

EXPLOSIVE EXCLUSIVE: Why the £10 million claim by Worthington on Rangers is bogus and how Doug Ware tried to line his pockets with Rangers cash

One of the joys of being in London is that folks come to see me from the Square Mile bearing documents of great interest. I shall not name my City Source. But I have obtained documents showing why the £10 million claim by Law Financial against Rangers (RFC) is utterly bogus, that Worthington (WRN) knows it is bogus and how Worthington boss Doug Ware tried to line his own pockets in an obscene fashion at the expense of Worthington going behind the back of poor Aiden Earley and Craig Whyte.

Featurng all your favourite players in this mad old tale: Craig Whyte, Charles Green, Aiden Earley, Paul Shackleton, WH Ireland, Dave King, Mike Ashley, Old Mother Worthington (WRN) et al. Worthington & Law Financial to face first strike off notice in 5 days - Reader Post of the day

A cracking entry from the comments section - this has to be reader post of the day. It seems that Worthington PLC (WRN) is just five days away from its first notice of being struck off for failing to file documents at Companies House. Also up for strike off is Law Financial which is trying to extract money from Rangers (#RFC) but will clearly fail if this is an indication of how organised it is This cracking post reads:

Aiden Earley clarifies Worthington Keighley mystery – it was all the fault of Companies House

It appears that the puppet nominal CEO of Worthington (WRN), Mr Doug Ware, is away because it is Aiden Earley who has been in touch to clarify the position regarding the earlier article…Worthington has done nothing wrong…natch.

The earlier piece is HERE

Mr Earley states:

Worthington – is this another killer revelation? Back to Keighley

The flurry of recent filings by companies linked to Worthington/Craig Whyte/Aiden Earley and their puppet Doug Ware has thrown up what appears to be a killer revelation regarding the deliberate deception of investors and it concerns what was the only real asset of value that the Old Mother ever owned – the factory at Keighley in the welfare safari of West Yorkshire.

Worthington & the Court Order – what is going on? And another deadline looms

Followers of worthless Old Mother Worthington (WRN) have been intrigued by a filing at Companies House on Friday “S1096 Court Order to Rectify” -  oh dear perhaps we should not mention the word “court” to Worthington shadow director and ex Rangers FC (RFC) boss Craig Whyte. What is going on?

Craig Whyte in custody, Worthington claims against Rangers now surely worthless

A day of drama in the soap opera Rangers FC (RFC) – a nest of vipers, saw Charles Green arrested and Craig Whyte re-arrested, the latter now held in custody. This surely makes the Law Financial/ Worthington (WRN) claim utterly worthless.

Tom Winnifrith BearCast PLC Death List Update - who is to replace Afren?

Where are we with the complete joke that is Old Mother Worthington (WRN)? It is getting interesting again. Tom Winnifrith BearCast 10 July - back to Athens for riot porn

A brief podcast as I prepare to spend a morning on the beach with the Mrs. Then it is off to Athens. She thinks she is seeing a la dee da play. I am heading there for riot porn as the Greece Grexit crisis hots up again. Is Tsipras planning to betray the Hellenic Republic? Will he get away with it? Will Greece be booted out of the Euro anyway by the Krauts? Then a few words on the farce at Sefton as Jimmyliar Ellerton tries to make it go bankrupt via legal means. And then to the con Worthington.

And fear not Champagne Charlie Gibson fans, I had not forgotten about you. Just a reminder of why the Edison analyst is a convicted felon HERE and as a bonus a reminder of how it is not only the poor he screws HERE - and a reminder of why I feel the urge to remind you all HERE

Bulletin Board Moron of the Week Contest #21 - In honour of market abuser @ChrisOil

On the very day that market abuser Chris Oil started selling 96 million shares in Sefton Resources (SER) he tweeted out that the stock was a buy to those who follow him. There were other ramps to follow as Oil cleared his position which were so blatant that the FCA is now investigating him. To be so blatant with your market abuse surely makes you a Bulletin Board Moron but perhaps you have spotted someone tweeting or posting something even more stupid. we suggest that boards for New World, Sefton and Worthington will once again throw up some examples.

Forgive me mother for I have sinned with chemical warfare at the Greek Hovel

My mother was a bit of a hippy self-sufficiency nut in the early 1970s. I spent a happy holiday on a commune in Wales not fully taking in why the dreamers who lived there were so doomed to failure. I wonder what she would think of the Greek Hovel?

At one level I am sure she’d support the idea of eco-loos, ultimate plans to be self-supporting with solar energy and to grow or catch more and more of my own food. But would she be proud of me today as I head out to spray lethal chemicals on the land?

You see the frigana (little thorns that can turn into trees) is back. Last year

In today's podcast I reflect on all the moron comments on Bulletin Boards every time Ive been threatened with legal action by crony capitalists or outright crooks. I forgot to mention Angus Forrest of Tern in that list but it did not work out to well for him just like threats from Globo, Range Resources, blinkx, Quindell, Cupid, Sefton, TXO and now Worthington as well as the clowns in charge of the LSE Asylum all ended up badly for them. Tom Winnifrith High Court win - victory video at Free Speech & Liberty

The lunchtime diners were quiet as I recorded - not quite what you expect on a quiet Wednesday. But I won!  Thanks to the supporters and supportive members of the press who turned up to root for me at the High Court. The gagging order, the injunction is lifted and Aiden Earley of the fraud Worthngton (WRN) and Rangers FC pays my costs. This is Round 1.

Round 2 is in a couple of weeks so that money will be hepful.

URGENT APPEAL For the “Fighting Aiden Earley of the fraud Worthington (and Rangers FC) Fund”

My first meeting with my barrister as I seek to have the Aiden Earley injunction lifted is on Monday afternoon and will cost £1000 +VAT. My lawyers’ fees are already in excess of that. The hearing at the High Court on Wednesday will cost several thousand pounds and so I ask for your URGENT help in getting this injunction lifted so we can expose more stock market crime.

We still have a couple of thousand on the kitty from the Sefton/AIM Cesspit campaign but that will be gone once we pay the first lawyers bill. And the costs here will rack up but it is important that we win.

As a result of our work full dossiers are now with the SFO, UKLA/FCA, HMRC and others.

If you value this work to clean up the stockmarket I ask you

Aiden Earley of the Worthington Fraud thinks I trashed his reputation? Who is the scumbag kidding?

Aiden Earley has obtained an interim injunction against me publishing certain documents he admits are genuine because I might damage his good reputation. Who on earth is he kidding? There are large number of reasons why this man is a Pariah in the City, a scumbag, almost universally despised. And so here we go on explaining to Worthington (WRN) shareholders the track record of your dominant shareholder and the man who has created the omnishambles of a fraud that is your company.

We will gloss over the fact that Earley spent four months in prison for accounting malpractice in 1992. That was a minor career setback. We can go through the numerous failed companies on his CV. Again only a minor setback. We can gloss over his involvement with Craig Whyte and Rangers FC (coming to a Court in Scotland soon) and incidentally a matter where Earley has been quizzed under caution many times.

Perhaps I shall – for the time being gloss over how he subscribed for £80,000 of shares in an AIM placing, took the shares and dumped them but never paid for them. The CEO of the company involved has just donated £1,000 to our “Fighting Aiden Earley of the fraud Worthington (and Rangers FC) Fund" – as I hope that you will do here – and will appear in Court of needs be to explain why behaviour such as this means that Earley’s City reputation is of being a total rotter.

Pro tem we shall gloss over how the emails Earley do not want you to see show once again that he treats a PLC bank account as his own piggy bank and cares not a jot about any standards of decency and adhering to the law.

Let us for now just consider the behaviour which lead to him being disqualified as a director for five years in 2013.

Aiden Earley – as Some Documents go Down (pro tem) the Killer Worthington/.Rangers document emerges

I am obliged under the interim injunction to remove all emails republished here from Craig Earley and all documents attached to those emails by 4.30 PM today and shall do so. I appeal the matter in the High Court Wednesday. However I have just been handed a document which is not attached to any email from Earley and appears to be the killer blow on the Worthington fraud and also casts a whole new light on Rangers and the Craig Whyte affair.  Since it arrived as a stand-alone it is NOT covered by the injunction. I shall be passing it onto the UKLA/FCA and Serious Fraud Office at once and imagine Rangers supporters may want the Scottish Police to see it as it implies that the current Rangers enquiry may need widening.

The key points are at the end of the document and demonstrate that

Aiden Earley of the fraud Worthington – can’t even serve an injunction on Tom Winnifrith properly

You would have thought that with all his court experience (you know the jail term for accounting fraud, being disqualified as a director, etc), Worthington (WRN) shadow director Aiden Earley would be able to serve an injunction properly. Oh no…

Worthington boasted on its website that an injunction had been served on me and indeed it was as you can see here. But Earley’s clown of a lawyer appears to have screwed up and it appears that I may not have actually been served after all. An extract from a letter from my lawyers to Earley (and to Worthington) follows.

A song from Tom for Doug Ware of Worthington, Rob Terry of Quenron & Houyan Lin of Naibu

Doug Ware of Worthington tried to bully me into not exposing his company as a top to bottom fraud with letters from his ninth rate lawyer, smears on his corporate website and by calling in the Police. Doug you picked on the wrong man. Folks round at Daniel Stewart threatened to beat me up partly because of what I wrote about Houyan Lin, Naibu and the other Daniel Stewart China frauds. Worthington fraud part 17: Doug Ware running scared and meanwhile can he explain why his financial adviser quit – another leaked letter emerges?

Worthington asked me for an address where it can serve legal letters on me for libel citing all sorts of legalese as to why I should comply and adding that if I had nothing to hide I should have no concerns. I have nothing to hide as it is a fraud and so I provided an address. Eight days ago I demanded that Worthington’s lawyers provide a service address for Doug Ware…

In an attempt to deflect attention from the proven fraud at Worthington, Ware libelled me. My lawyers are considering a legal claim against Ware personally, seeking significant damages and we have a meeting with counsel arranged for when I return to the UK. If Mr Ware has nothing to hide – to requote his ninth rate lawyer - he would supply a service address. I have to inform you that after eight days Mr Ware and his ninth rate lawyer have still not supplied that address.  Why are you so scared Doug?  I know you are staring down the barrel of massive damages and costs but I am a reasonable man, just give us your address because this is going to be fun (for me).

Meanwhile I am aware that Doug might try to have the Old Bill seize my laptop when I get back to the UK to see what other documents and emails I have. To save them the trouble I shall publish every single one (and there are a good few) before I fly back. Can’t say fairer than that can we Doug?  So let’s start with why your financial adviser Beaumont Cornish resigned in May 2013.

Roland “Fatty” Cornish is quite happy to act for some real low life crooks and liars. Have

The Worthington Fraud Part 16 – another killer email From Ware to Craig Whyte

The contents of this article have had to be withdrawn – on a temporary basis because of an interim injunction granted to Mr Aiden Earley. We are appealing this matter as we believe that the activities of this convicted crook and disqualified director, and shadow director at Worthington, merit a wider audience. If you can make a small contribution to our rapidly growing legal bill to ensure that Earley is exposed please do so. Details of why we need assistance and how to help are HERE

Continuing to fight fraud and lies on AIM and the LSE: This Weekend: Tern, Worthington, EFH and the non-illegal immigrants – please help!

This weekend on ShareProphets we have yet more revelations on Tern, on the Equities First scandal involving Quindell, Igas and others and also on Worthington. This comes at a cost to us, the smear campaign has accelerated with unfounded claims that we employ illegal immigrants and with Worthington making defamatory statements about Tom Winnifrith. More on that shortly! However..

We continue to see the Bulletin Board jihadists attempt to deny us revenues both at The Free Speech & Liberty Pizza House with the smears and also with one loon trying to block our phone line with 50 phone calls a day and also by tryng to persuade advertisers to drop as  - as we saw with the morons  lied to Etihad airlines in order to persuade it not to advertise on ShareProphets.

Those who seek to put us out of business are not now hiding behind claims that it is because I use bad language. It is an pen battle against myself, Nigel, Ben and others because we expose fraud.

We want to continue that fight and indeed to step it up – as Worthington will find out very shortly –and so again we ask for your help. So:

The Worthington fraud part 14 – CPS, Shola Adeniran and Jerome

Entrepreneur Shola Adeniran appears twice in the sad tale of Worthington (WRN) and he has hitherto been painted as one of the villains. Au contraire. As I shall demonstrate. His tale is a warning of the read fraud at the heart of this company.

Shola first crops up as being nominated by Aiden Earley and James Holmes (neither Worthington official directors) to become a trustee of the Jerome Pension fund on 22 November. He was slammed by the pensions regulator as we revealed HERE at a meeting shortly afterwards, not least for not bothering to attend. However what I now have clear evidence of is that he only failed to attend because Worthington told him NOT to attend.

Moreover he declined to take the £5,000 a month offered to be a patsy Trustee and having seen the minutes of that hearing and became aware of what was happening he resigned as a Trustee within weeks of being appointed. I have seen correspondence received by the Pensions regulator where these concerns are voiced.

Despite this

Wednesday caption contest – winner announced

On Wednesday a reader sent me a photo of a Greek statue with caption perhaps intended for Mr Doug Ware, the CEO of Worthington. I wonder how Mr Ware is getting on consulting with Houyan Lin of Naibu, Rob Terry of Quindell and JimmyLiar Ellerton of Sefton who ran other companies I attacked to see how they can deal with The Sheriff?  I gather Jimmy Liar has a nice mansion in Hawaii – paid for by Sefton Shareholders (minus 99.99%) – perhaps they could all meet up there.  Anyhow I asked you if you could supply an even better caption for the photo below.

The Worthington Fraud part 13 – 2014 Interim Results That Deceive (back to Rangers FC)

The results for the six months to March 31 2014 for the fraud Worthington (WRN) were finally released on 29th August 2014. A child of three should have been able to see through them but on the Bulletin Boards the enthusiasm was almost overwhelming – the investing public fell for it hook, line and sinker.

If one looks at the bullet points then head honcho Aiden Earley (oops, sorry I meant to say Doug Ware) and his team had done a great job.  The company reported a pre-tax profit of £8.7 million versus a loss of £5.3 million and net assets went from minus £3.5 million to plus £5.9 million. Wow! Pat on the back Aiden, oops I meant Doug.

But hang on Henry, how was this achieved given that the operating cash outflow was £129,000. In fact the whole P&L looks crackers from top to bottom.

The Worthington Fraud Part 12 – Who benefits and Bulletin Board Censorship

I shall return with more leaked documents and analysis of the Worthington (WRN) fraud tomorrow but I digress with a great post showing who benefits from this fraud which was deleted from the ADVFN thread and I explain exactly why.

Clem Chambers and ADVFN believe in free speech. Clem has defended my right to say what I do in the face of threats to his business and commercial blackmail. He is a good guy. However when running a Bulletin Board if a company says that a post is defamatory you have no choice – you must delete it or otherwise you become liable. And ADVFN has no time to investigate every single post.

And so last week

Breaking: Smears and Sinister Threats from Worthington PLC and its shareholders

The fraud Worthington (WRN) has sent me another quite deranged lawyer’s letter on which more later. But suffice to say that I have supplied it with an address on which it can serve papers as I am happy to see the bitchez in court. However….

I note the statement made by Worthington and its CEO Doug Ware on Monday and it is defamatory in that it suggests that I have financial interests in Worthington shares falling if they are unsuspended and may have had financial interests in other shares which I have write about falling.  This is a lie and it is defamatory.

I am growing tired of frauds trying to cover their evil ways by peddling the lie that I expose fraud because I am short or my “associates” are short. I expose fraud because I am a journalist. My legal team is now considering its next step with regard to Mr Ware and Worthington and have thus requested addresses for him and Wothington PLC where we can – if we wish – serve papers. We have received no addresses.

I rather want to teach the entire London fraud community a painful lesson in Court – that such smears are not a legitimate business tactic but will be an expensive folly.

While Worthington’s lawyer has demanded that I provide an address where I can be served, since I have nothing to hide I have complied.  Why are Ware and Worthington not reciprocating?

Worthington shareholders have responded  to the Company's smears by smearing myself and Free Speech & Liberty Pizza. The screenshot below from the LSE shows quite clearly that we will be getting more bogus reviews and worse.

The Worthington Fraud part 11 now to the Mining assets, you could not make this stuff up

Doug Ware has talked of making Worthington (WRN) the new Hanson, an international conglomerate and a key division of this is its Mining Operation. Sadly the truth about this operation is that it is a total joke as I shall now demonstrate.

We start on 29th August 2014 when Worthington announced:

It is hard to know where to start with the Worthington (WRN) fraud this weekend so deluged am I with material and as such I can promise you a stream of articles but let’s start by going back to the “purchase” of its media interests – Equity Media Partners. This is going to shock you.

The Worthington Fraud Part 7 – back to European and Asian

Thanks to the tawnyport poster on the ADVFN Bulletin Board for flagging this up. Unlike the wankers at the FT I’m happy to give credit where credit is due. Part 8 of this series has a stunning email or two and is a bombshell but this helps set the scene.

We return to Hong Kong registered European and Asian Ltd which shares an address with a firm where Craig Whyte is the authorised signatory.  European is the company that holds all of the equity of Mandolyn Ltd, which in turn receives Doug Ware's warrants in return for his CEO services.  European and Asian Ltd is also the sole shareholder of some other companies, including one called Renatus WRN Secured Loan Note Holders Ltd (sole director one Doug Ware). I flagged up the Renatus Red Flag yesterday HERE

The 30th June 2014 Annual Accounts for Renatus shows a total of £1 of cash at bank and in hand (the nominal value of the sole share held by European and Asian Ltd).  It's a dormant company with no assets, at least at that point.  It's not trading, so has no way of generating cash.

The Worthington Fraud Part 6 – Doug Ware & Craig Whyte what a coincidence

Yesterday I demonstrated quite clearly that protestations from Worthington CEO Doug Ware that he had severed all links with Craig Whyte when Doug became CEO on June 1 2012 were ...untrue. But now I bring to your attention a quite remarkable coincidence. Oh dear Doug, a bit more explaining to do you scumbag.

Yesterday’s article showed that Whyte and Worthington were still doing business in September 2012 via a company First Asia Trading Ltd which has as its address:

The Worthington Group Fraud Part 5 – Secret Document Linking Craig Whyte to Doug Ware emerges - look at the date!

On Monday of this week Worthington PLC (WRN) CEO Doug Ware published a defamatory document about me (HERE with my response) and said he had reported me to the Police. In it he insisted that on becoming CEO on 1 June 2012 he had moved immediately to sever all links with Craig Whyte. He has made that claim before. Unfortunately, for Worthington shareholders what Mr Ware has stated is quite simply NOT TRUE as another leaked document I publish today shows. So what else have you misled investors about Doug?

I quote Doug from Monday:

How is Doug Ware of Worthington getting on consoluting with Houyan Lin of Naibu, Rob Terry of Quindell and JimmyLiar Ellerton of Sefton who ran other companies I attacked to see how they can deal with The Sheriff? Perhaps they should all meet up in Fujian to see how they can wield the "sword of truth" together? Despite Doug's best efforts to get The Old Bill onto me I have made it to Greece.  I knew that the false passport that Mossad provided as we jointly organised the global shorting conspiracy would come in handy one day.

Meanwhile a reader has sent in a picture just for Mr Ware to which he has already added a suitable caption. It is Greek themed

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Fleeing the country edition

Just to get in ahead of the Bulletin Board Morons, I am set to flee the country to avoid the Old Bill now that Worthington has called them in. No, only kidding - my trip to Greece was planned a while ago as you can see on TomWinnifrith.com. In this podcast I look at Northern Petroleum, Hargreaves Services, equity valuations and then in some detail Kenmare. There is also a taster on the FRAUD Worthington - just a little warning for what I plan for tomorrow for Doug Ware.

Video: Tom Winnifrith Responds to the Worthington Statement - Bring on the Police

I presented in Clerkenwell last night and a video of my ten minute talk rebutting in full a statement of lies by a company engaged in fraud was recorded. Worthington has reported me to the Police. I am not afraid as I have done nothing wrong. Worthington is a fraud and I welcome the chance to hand over documents that prove that to the Old Bill. However, I would rather go to jail that reveal my source and will not under any circumstances reveal my source.

Worthington has lied about me in a demonstrably defamatory statement and I shall continue publishing about it and exposing it. The fact that it publishes what is palpably a defamatory and untruthful statement should be of grave concern to investors. What else is it lying about? A lot. The video is below.

Worthington Reports Tom Winnifrith to the police & talks bollocks

The fraud that is Worthington PLC has issued a statement saying that it has reported ,me to the Police for publishing documents which it appears to concede are genuine. Thanks for clearing that matter up. Worthington says the documents were stolen although they make it clear that was not by me. Indeed.

I was passed documents and will protect my source 100% even if the Police demand to know a name. That is what Journalists do and I will NOT reveal a source even if threatened with jail.

The Worthington fraud series part 3 – The case of the well dodgy invoice

My series on the fraud that is Worthington (WRN) continues today with an invoice that raises all sorts of questions. By now the bully boy lawyers for Worthington who have threatened me with action should be starting to sense the scope of the material I am sitting on and there is buckets more to come. The invoice comes from 2013 and is linked to Rangers Football Club.

You will remember that the Worthington Pension Fund (Jerome) leant c£3 million to Rangers just before it went into administration under Mr Craig Whyte. Craig will shortly stand trial on fraud charges relating to that affair. Mr Whyte’s long-time business associate is Aiden Earley, himself a man disqualified from acting as a company director.

The invoice is in full

The Worthington Group Fraud part 2 – 1st damning leaked email

I have still not received a formal claim from libel from Worthington (WRN) but just to give the fraudsters a taste of who and what they are up against here is a quite damning leaked email which shows that company funds are not being used properly and that Worthington lies to its investors. Boy this is fun and The Sheriff of AIM has a lot more where this came from.

On 24 January 2013 the fraudsters announced that David Simpson had stepped down as a NED. The RNS reads:

Individuals commit fraud not companies. We have lost that understanding over the past 30 years and that is the great failure of regulation for the banksters and the AIM casino. Quindell Bulletin Board Moron of the Week 11 – a joint winner

Tom Winnifrith looks like a homosexual traveller…whatever

What does a homosexual traveller look like? I have no idea. Is there anything wrong with being a homosexual or a traveller or both? Of course not. But if you are a shareholder in Worthington (WRN) apparently this counts as abuse.

While the company wastes its money sending a bully boy lawyers letter (where incidentally it failed to spell my name correctly) its shareholders have taken to the twitter barricades with a volley of abuse of which this is the best:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - 11 February

The good news: Worthington's lawyers letter issued today is not from Pinsent Masons and so as per my deal with God earlier I can carry on drinking, swearing and thinking about Cheryl Cole.  In short: the letter has arrived and I shall see you in short bitchez! I am not a man for backing down. The bad news, my critics have anounced they will smear my 78 year old Dad as well as me. I feel a bit of white rage coming on here. At a company level I discuss Trap Oil, Gulf Keystone and Tangent Communications.

Is Worthington to follow Quindell, blinkx and Sefton and send me a lawyer’s letter? Round 2 with Pinsent Masons?

Great News! Is it once more into the breach dear friends? Can I add a lawyer’s letter from Worthington (WRN) to those already received from blinkx, Globo, Range Resources, Sefton, Quindell, LSE.co.uk and other scumbags? I wonder. In case you are tempted Worthington “your company is a fraud” – I have seen off bigger scumbags than you and I really do not fear you at all.

The week ten Bulletin Board Moron of the Week is announced

I sense that a good number of shareholders in Quindell (QPP) also have stock in Afren (AFR) and Worthington (WRN). If the last of those three is ever unsuspended it is lining up to replace Quenron in my affections when Rob Terry’s creation goes bust. It truly is a POS built on sand.
