Tom Winnifrith (bad language special) Bearcast: Daniel Stewart & Pinsent Masons in the dock (Christmas comes early)

There is a lot of bad language in this podcast.  Do not play it in front of the children. In it I cover Naibu (NBU), Daniel Stewart (DAN) and Pinsent Masons (WANKERS) and the latest from their legal battle. I look at TrakM8 (TRAK), Angus Energy (ANGS), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Flybe (FLYB), and AIQ (AIQ).

Premaitha – results, placing and the sheer uselessness of broker Finncap - wankers

Tom Winnifrith writes and has also discussed this in bearcast HERE: We ordinary shareholders in Premaitha (NIPT) have suffered for many years and shown enormous loyalty. News released well after the market close of a £2.5 million placing at 10p might thus seem like a kick in the teeth by a management treating us with contempt. I am afraid the story is far worse.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - naturally I fast forwarded through the lesbian sex scenes

I have not slept since Saturday and I am cream crackered.  I discuss a few of the movies I watched flying to and from New York. Naturally watching Paddington 2 for the second and then third time was the highlight but there was also Atomic Blonde which had great eighties music and lots of violence with commies getting killed. That's fine by me but there were certain scenes I felt a bit uncomfortable watching. I digress.  On today's bearcast I cover UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Mothercare (MTC) and the idea of we bears "preying"  on retailers as legal wankers Linklaters suggest. I look at Avanti (AVN) and Pantheon (PANR) and recall an interview I did with Colin Bird. I also look at Nakama (NAK) and discuss how events can spiral badly for a company seen to be in trouble. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: More ouzo, vindicated on RapidCloud's descent to zero as well

In the main bearcast today I touch on the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud but that is really covered in its own bearcast HERE. I do look at RapidCloud which was suspended today and will lose its AIM listing in a month. Who warned you that this would face a "terminal conclusion" 149 days ago? Was it PR wankers Walbrook or Nomad WH Ireland or savants on the LSE Asylum? Er no, it was me HERE.  I then look at Challenger (CHAL) a zero in waiting, Iofina (IOF) and IGAS (IGAS) both of which should also be zeros. I commend today's excellent piece from Nigel, the Deputy Sheriff of AIM,  on the Servision (SEV) scandal HERE. I take Nomad Allenby to task for failing to comment on this and for allowing Servision to mislead mug punters. AGAIN. Finally I take apart overvalued ramp Wey Education (WEY). Its shares are up 33% today. That is a ramp not a reflection of value.

Still no lawyers letter from Memery Crystal acting for fraudsters African Potash so here's the one they sent us on behalf of fraudsters Globo - it is a scream

As you are aware African Potash (AFPO) has told the morons that it is consulting its lawyers about taking action against me for daring to point out that the the company were liars who had committed Securities fraud. Potash's lawyers are Memery Crystal whose senior partner was aware of at least one Potash fraud as he was cc'd in on the emails ahead of the RNS. That, as I explained HERE, is why Nick Davis should quit the AIM Advisory board now. So far Memery Crystal, has not sent me a letter on behalf of the Potash fraudsters but it did sent me one one behalf of the fraudsters at Globo. It really is fascistic, pompous and shows that Memery Crystal will act for the scum of the earth as long as it gets paid.

Jack Straw & Malcolm Rifkind did nothing wrong in soliciting brown envelopes - yeah right

And the political classes, the folks living inside the Westminster bubble, wonder why the other 99.9% of the population think that they are scoundrels beneath contempt?

Earlier this year C4 stung Lord Malcolm Rifkind and Jack “I love illegal wars” Straw getting both to admit on camera that they would lobby for cash. I quote that good socialist Straw on camera:

I got in to see the relevant director general and his officials in Brussels and we got the sugar regulations changed, he said. I meanthe crucial thing about this, it’s all, it’s public that the regulations have been changed, but the best way of dealing with these things is under the radar”

That was on behalf of a firm that had paid him £60,000. Straw added
