George the Architect sends more photos. You can see that the bat room now has a polished concrete floor and the dividing walls for the eco-loo and the shower are up with a stand waiting for a sink to arrive from Bristol. The door into the rat room is bricked up pro tem to allow me to sleep there in a wildlife free zone when I head over in a few weeks time. Elsewhere progress is rapid with the rat room now appearing to be semi roofed and progress on the upper floor rapid.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: As Boris gets Coronavirus the Doomsayers cannot have it both ways

I am sure that like almost all healthy victims he will recover and refer you to my two podcasts HERE and HERE as to why the Doomsayers are engaing in GroupThink but really cannot have it both ways: the virus cannot be both highly contagious and highly lethal. I discuss why the three day shares rally, now reversed today, cannot be justified in terms of the likely curve of corporate earnings recovery. I look at Next (NXT), Optibiotix (OPTI) and dual listings, Dev Clever (DEV) & Royal Mail Group (RMG)
