The 1600s fireplace revealed by Brokerman Dan at the weekend is now shown in its full glory… can you see how large it is? Joshua is very excited as it now means that Father Christmas has an easy way to come and visit us. Meanwhile…


The waters that raged at Llangollen at the weekend have now reached us. As you can see, the river has burst both banks and a lake stretches 300 yards into England. On this side the orchard is well and truly underwater although the old harrow that sits there can still be seen so the River Dee it is not as high as it was earlier in the year. But it is high enough to encroach into the formal garden.,
