Over at Companies House, 1AF2, the Alessandro Zamboni vehicle for its buyout loan of Supply@ME Capital (SYME) shares from the prospectus fraudster Dominic White belatedly filed its unaudited accounts for the year ended 31 May 2024. It reported a loss of £1,793,543 and the deficit on shareholder’s equity increased to £4,924,357.
