According to our beloved Prime Minister Sir Kier Starmer, just a few months ago anyone calling for a national enquiry into the rape gangs, who were disproportionately of Pakistani origin and whose victims were almost all white or in some cases black, was from the ”far right”. Now Sir Kier has ordered a national enquiry. Good. He and his colleagues who smeared those calling for an enquiry as racists might consider ap0logising for that but they will not.
The enquiry needs to establish the scale of the problem and to put a stop to it. We do not know what percentage of perps were of Pakistani origin but we can very safely say that Pakistanis are massively over-represented among those committing these awful crimes. And the enquiry will be tasked with finding out why this is and hard numbers and also why, as clearly happened, tackling Pakistani perps and protecting white and black victims did not happen as it should have for fear of being seen as racist.
So how did the BBC report this on last night’s 10 O’Clock News. It interviewed a victim who had been repeatedly raped by a gang and that gang was naturally all white. This is gaslighting us all. Even Sir Kier now accepts that the disproportionate number of Pakistani rapists and the associated cover up is an issue which the enquiry must address yet in reporting on that U Turn the BBC draws us towards white child rapists.
It also, when it does address the core issue, often talks of Asian gangs. Let us be clear, very few of these rapists are, like my wife’s family, from India. Those who are Asian are overwhelmingly Pakistani and in failing to report this correctly, the BBC again does nobody any favours.
