It is now less than six weeks to Sharestock when 100 folks will gather on the lawns sitting above the River Dee at my Window Tax era farmhouse between Chester and Wrexham: For September 6 there are now just 5 seats left.
Those of you who have been before know what a good day it is. Some of us will meet up the night before for a meal at the Raven over the river in England. From 8.30 the various helpers will be serving home made jams with croissants and a coffee for breakfast and at 10 AM the free bar opens and will stay open until it runs out of booze late into the night!
You can book one of the last 5 tickets HERE
The talks start at 9 AM and sadly we have lost one speaker, Amaroq boss Eldur Olafsson has a medical appointment he cannot dodge in late August so is stranded in Iceland. That is sad but it opens up space for a grilling by me of Mast. I was very rude about it last year and naturally the shares have multibagged since. And there will also be a session on bitcoin in treasury where I will be uber critical of this nonsense.
If you have been before, you know how entertaining and informative the day will be. Who can forget Lucian Miers taking Steve O’Hara of Optibiotix apart. I have asked Lucian to touch on more recent failings by O’Hara in his presentation this year. Lucian will be joined on stage by:
Jim Mellon, Evil Banksta, myself and Mr X exposing small cap rascals and naming names (well I will anyway), Boatman Capital, Peter “fagash” Brailey, Brian Kinane, Barry Downes, Adam Reynolds, right wing blogger James Delingpole and Cathal Friel. It will be entertaining and fun.
Away from the talks there is great food from Chef Vijay and Chef Tom (I do the cold salmon and home made ice cream supper and the team time scones and home made Bara Brith, rhubarb and ginger cake and home made jams). There is a Welsh choir, Joshua’s croquet stand, salmon fishing on the river and more.
So please do book one of the last five seats now HERE
Above all the reason to enjoy a day out in Wales is the chance to chat to other attendees but also to all the big-name speakers throughout the day over beer or glass of wine.
Sharestock is unique. So why not grab one of the last 5 seats and come to see us on September 6?
You can get full details and book HERE.
Best wishes
Tom Winnifrith
PS. A number of visitors ask if they can come and stay in a tent or camper van at the farm on the nights before and after the show. The answer, of course, is yes. I have been mowing extra space just in case.
