I am told by folks close to Optibiotix (OPTI), not CEO Lyin’ Steve O Hara who would rather brief against me than deal with numerous corporate governance failures, that results will arrive on deadline day Monday. So the shares will not be suspended although why it takes a company with sub £1 million sales six months to get its numbers ready is a matter of shame, another corporate governance fail. Meanwhile…
