Not illegal but wholly immoral: the Lipman brothers and Safeland, they should be ashamed

Larry and Errol Lipman delisted property company Safeland from the AIM casino back in 2019 as they owned most of the shares and the share price, 37p, failed to reflect a NAV of well over a quid. But they listed the shares on the asset match platform where a few trades have taken place. Now they are openly, with the connivance of advisor Allenby, to screw the owners of the 12% of shares in public hands.
