Versarien – surely an RNS needed, a timeline reminder

Versarien (VRS) has already warned that if it gets bids for its assets the proceeds are almost certain not to cover creditors so shareholders will get nothing when the company goes into administration. I simply do not understand why the clowns at AIM Regulation have not already suspended the shares pending clarification. But surely it should be issuing an RNS. A reminder of the timetable it imposed on anyone who had registered an interest in those assets:
