On 20 March the insolvent US fraud Nuburu (US:BURU) issued a filing announcing the compensation for its directors for 2025.  Before we look at the compensation, lets remind ourselves of the company’s unaudited and estimated financial performance for 2025 as extracted from a recent filing when it issued yet more shares and warrants:
