For I can today reveal that Zak Mir has lodged an appeal with ACAS seeking a claim for unfair dismissal from cash strapped Lift Global Ventures (LFT) and if not agreement will be reached then it is an Industrial Tribunal. I have gleaned some of the details and it is mind boggling.
