Justin the Clown was one of the victims of Andalas Energy (ADL) during its first -99% stint although in an amazing podcast today, 25 minutes of bollocks in, he appears to say that last time around he was selling shares while telling folks that he'd be "homeless if they don't go up". But now the fool is buying again! In an email just now he says that if a company releases results on August 31 it only comments on events up to the period end (June 30) - he refers to statements made by Atlantic Petroleum. Does Vox markets realise that the Clown is so ignorant of how the stockmarket works? All is discussed in today's podcast. Almost out of cash, Andalas Energy (ADL) is gearing up for a bucket shop placing c/o joint bucket shop brokers Novum Securities & Optiva in the usual way: a ramptastic podcast with PR genius Steffi, 2 ramptastic RNS announcements and a ramptastic paid for podcast with Vox. The trouble is that its claims have now been directly contradicted by its partner in the North Sea Badger field, Atlantic Petroleum (see HERE). If it turns out that Andalas was making unverifiable fantasy claims, as it appears, and raises money at an artificial price on the back of that, this would be a clear case of Securities fraud. In order to stop that the shares must be suspended at once pending a statement. I have written to the fake Sheriff of AIM, Marcus Stuttard at AIM Regulation as you can see below.

This is a company that has form when it comes to breaking AIM Casino Rules but on this occasion it is the advisers at Cantor Fitzgerald, whose actions have alreday cost some folks 50% of their money, who should be hung, drawn and quartered. In a mad rush given that it could be booted off the AIM casino on Friday, Andalas Energy (ADL) is - according to my sources trying to raise £2 million at between 0.45p and 0.55p - that compares to 1.3p just prior to suspension. Rule breaking low life dirtbag CEO Dave Whitby has engaged commission hungry/ethics light brokers at Cornhill to bring in the cash, promising them market beating commission plus warrants - a package worth several hundred thousand quid if they can stiff their clients and back this issue. For mug punters the maths just do not stack up.

Dave Whitby of Anadalas (ADL), what was once uber ramp CEB, should be in prison for his crimes against AIM. I have linked at the side of ShareProphets to an article by someone who was in prison once, Brokerman Dan, on Andalas and the old bank robber is bang on the money. I am only asking but the much ramped Andalas Energy (ADL) formerly the much ramped CEB Resources has got two weeks to pubish an AIM readmission document or it will be booted off the AIM casino. It would be farewell to rule breaking ramper Dave Whitby, no great loss.

A statement today from the disgraced AIM rule breaker, Dave Whitby of Andalas (ADL) - formerly ramptastic CEB Resources - begs a stack of questions. Not least is "how soon will Andalas go bust?". The rampers may love this but this bonus podcast sees me fire off a raft of queeries for Dave, his army of advisers and for this POS company.
