BSF Enterprises: one of the 17 strong OTCQB gang, chairman Min Yang walks, fat lady gargling

Amazingly I am told that the poltroon running one of the 17 UK listed UK and BVI domiciled stocks listed on the OTCQB insists that this is the same market as Shell and Natwest shares trade on. Who is he trying to fool? Himself or the rest of us? On the section of the OTC board, the venture market there are just 17 home grown stocks and none of them are blue chips and away from the bitcoin in treasury spoofs volumes are minimal to non-existent. It is tumbleweed City and populated almost entirely by shysters. One of the 17 strong gang, all of which I am now monitoring like a hawk, is Frankenstein meat play BSF Enterprises (BSFA) a dog about which I have long warned.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Frankenstein Leather & BSF Enterprise share price madness

I start with a couple more Matt Earl observations on being an AIM NED and the issue of AIM costs and the sad end of Mirada PLC. Then it is Supply@ME Capital (FRAUD), BSF Enterprise (BSFA), Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Enteq (NTQ), Versarien (VRS) and Celadon (CEL)

Has BSF Enterprises really got a year’s cash left?

The Frankenstein Meat bubble has well and truly burst yet on 4 December BSF Enterprises (BSFA) managed to get away a bucket shop placing, long predicted by myself, raising a paltry £500,000 at 2.5p. The shares are now just 2.25p suggesting that the stock not flipped is now being panic sold. A month ago BSF made a statement that I just do not believe.

I start with the snow and lazy teachers hence the delayed bearcast, then to farmers and IHT where my views are maybe not as you might expect. Then it is onto Cirata (CRTA), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and to BSF Enterprise (BSFA)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: at least BSF Enterprises is honest in its Results RNS but its shares will collapse anyway

I start with thanks for your best wishes on my date with the Shipmans, including a very foxy Asian babe junior Shipman, yesterday. Then it is onto Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), paranoid advisors, Inspiration Healthcare (IHC), Guild ESports (GLD), BSF Enterprises (BSFA), Vast Resources (VAST) where a new GM must surely be called for another share consolidation and Supply@ME Capital (SYME)

BSF Enterprises: Yankee Spoofle Dandy

The bubble which saw vast amounts of cash chucked at companies seeking to make “meat” in a factory to allow pasty faced vegans to taste something they say they hate without harming any animals is bursting. BSF Enterprises (BSFA) knows that and also know that its last £3 million fund raise will not last long and so the begging bowl will soon be dusted down once more. Hence another spoof.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - an amazing apple from Wales

I start with a few ramblings on turning the Welsh Hovel into a homestead and an apple I have just eaten. I end with a reminder that 98% of you have yet to donate to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks. I am sure that you can each afford a tenner, please do donate HERE. Then I look in detail at Strix (KETL) and explain why Versarien (VRS) really is screwed. Unless you have dealt with banks when running a struggling company – as I have – you just won’t get why. I also look at BSF Enterprises (BSFA), Wishbone Gold (WSBN) and Inland (INL).

Then it is onto Carson Block and Pantheon Resources (PANR), Carnival (CCL), BSF Enterprise (BSFA), Tern (TERN), nanosynth (NNN), Versarien (VRS) and the comedy at Deliveroo (ROO) which still has to be a short does it not?

Why isn’t Malcolm tipping BSF Enterprise?

It is right up his street, as a vegan extremist, in what it does. It also taps into an unproven market, is guzzling cash and has a joke valuation. What more could Malcolm want?
