Union Jack Oil – why not be more transparent Mr Bramhill?

Say what you like about David Bramhill, the man who as CEO of Union Jack Oil (UJO) spaffed shareholders cash on hiring spooks to investigate both journalists and his own shareholders, but Dave does like to issue RNS statements as often as possible. It is a classic sign of a penny share promoter.

Union Jack Oil – spot the difference competition

With a hat tip to our own Gary Newman I bring you two screen shots from Union Jack Oil (UJO), the company run by journalist trolling David Bramhill. One was a statement it made after Liz Truss ended the fracking ban. The second is a tweet issued by the troll and his company after Rishi Sunak moved to re-ban fracking. Now can you spot the difference? As a tie break in case that proves too easy, in 100 words might you explain in the comments section below, why such commentary makes Mr Bramhill suitable to run a public lavatory let alone a public company?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: a new share bought by my pension

I end the podcast discussing what it is and what my short and long term targets are and why. I start with Brent Hoberman and when we crossed swords first and why he is such a wanker. That was back in the days of Lastminute.com (LMC) and it showed me how the British establishment always looks after its own however much they screw up. Brent was the founder of Made.com (MADE) which I discuss. Then it is onto Union Jack (UJO), Angus Energy (ANGS), IGAS (IGAS) and Uk Oil & Gas (UKOG) and fracking. I look at Bezant Resources (BZT) as wretched Colin Bird prepares for his next bailout with all the usual ramping. Finally, TP Group (TPG)

Union Jack West Newton Competent Persons Report shocker or damp squib?

Oh dear, oh dear, the much anticipated report from RPS Energy is a damp squib at best, a shocker at worst and one which begs numerous questions for the journalist smeatring troll of a CEO David Bramhill, not least one about a clear funding gap and others about fracking which is sure to enrage the locals up in the East Riding of Yorkshire. With help from the UK’s greatest living chain smoker I ask a few questions and leave you to draw your own conclusions. My own conclusion is that Bramhill remains toxic and at 30.25p a £34 million market cap is wholly unjustified for Union Jack Oil (UJO). So the points that scream out from the report:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 2 spoofs and a dog's dinner at Parsley Box

I start with the business, the spoofs at shamed Union Jack Oil (UJO) and Hydrogen Utopia (HUI), where the Aquis DOM of the year is yanking your chain.  Then, onto today’s appalling trading statement from Parsley Box (MEAL). I run you through the implied maths, rather than its adjusted EBITDA and other fantasies, demonstrating why by this time next year, it will have gone bust.  It is a zero, however much the bird in charge protests otherwise. Meet Jackie Louise Cope - she is a Union Jack owning moron

Pray for poor Jackie Louise Cope for she is a moron, an obsessive and a fantasist. Her twitter line is full of tweets giving folks, generally utterly spurious, reasons to buy shares in Union Jack Oil & Gas (UJO). I fear that she is obsessive for she seems almost one track minded. Union Jack Oil – even its house broker admits to the cash issue

Bulls of Union Jack Oil (UJO), the company that uses shareholder cash to troll its own shareholders, advisers and journalists, have taken some comfort from the latest desktop study of West Newton. I did a desktop study of Cheryl Cole last night and that proves nothing either. It is all hot air. Only drilling proves anything and on that count Union Jack is a serial failure.  But there is another matter: the cashburn.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: what about World War 3 and the Ukraine & why Zak's cunning plan will not work

Then I consider why shares in Zak Mir’s Lift Ventures might fly but why his plan is flawed.  Then onto THG (THG), Deepverge (DVRG) and Union Jack (UJO) and CEOs who say the shares are too cheap too often or who “fear” a takeover at this price.

Union Jack distracts from elephant in room with misleading trading statement

The elephant in the room is that Union Jack’s (UJO) disgraced boss David Bramhill has spent vast amounts of shareholders cash hiring spooks to spy on and troll shareholders, journalists and his own advisers as exposed HERE. That makes Union Jack shares toxic and today’s utterly misleading trading statement will not change that.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Naming the shareholders Union Jack Oil is paying the spooks to troll

I also comment on THG (THG), Cineworld (CINE), Tintra (TNT), Versarien (VRS) and then on the bursting of the Covid testing bubble with particular reference to Omega Diagnostics (ODX), Avacta (AVCT) and Novacyt (NCYT) which has its own BIG question to answer. Plus, of course, MyHealthChecked (MHC). I reference vaccination and covid rates in Israel in the podcast which is covered in more detail HERE.

Explosive new Document: Union Jack Oil, the spooks and the ICO offences against its own shareholders, advisers and journalists

I have been sent a new document sent by corporate spooks Fortisat to its client Union Jack Oil (UJO), “Investigation Update Report” 22nd October. It is, utterly damning and suggests that the company was aware and sanctioning activity which is a clear breach of the rules set out by the Information Commissioner. not to say utterly creepy. Resignations or sackings must surely result from this expose. In today’s article I shall name some of those targetted by Union Jack and is shameless boss David Bramhill.

BREAKING: Peter Brailey sends demand to Union Jack regarding skin crawling, journalist trolling Fortisat Dossier – so should others

As Peter disclosed earlier this week he is the journalist on this website that Union Jack Oil (UJO) paid the bastards at Fortisat to compile a dossier on with all sorts of very personal information plus ludicrous assertions. David Bramhill, the now disgraced, boss of Union Jack has admitted that there are around 20 such dossiers. Tom Winnifrith bearcast - the dossier that made my skin crawl

I do not name the company but the dossier is one one of the journalists here. It concludes that he has done nothing wrong but it goes through utterly uncalled for very personal details about him, his world view, his girl friend, his work and more. It made my skin crawl and the company that spunked £40,000 on this document should be utterly ashamedof itself. I have put in a call and let it know that behaving like this towards one of our journalists is asking for a lot of trouble. It is repellant and I am on the warpath.  I then look at the SP Angel/Union Jack Oil (UJO) scandal, at Nanosynth (NNN), Powerhouse (PHE) explaining the RNS/RNS Reach issue in full. Finally, I discuss Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX).

BREAKING SCANDAL ON AIM: Has SP Angel been dumping shares while telling folks to buy yet again? It’s Union Jack Oil

A couple of years ago we exposed how SP Angel had been ramping the arse off Bluejay Mining (JAY) with ludicrous price targets while secretly dumping its entire holding at a fraction of the stated target. In other words it was selling its shares to the same folks who wanted to buy because of its ramping. Tom Winnifrith SHOCKING Bearcast: No individual accountants at all are paying a cent of the fines the FRC boasts about

This is a shocking revelation which I discuss in detail. It shows the Big 4 accountancy firms are actually incentivising partners to engage in risky and incorrect business practices by indemnifying them against all costs if they are found out. The Big 4 then treat such fines as just another cost of doing business. What is going on is a disgrace which expses the moral bankruptcy at the heart of the accountancy establishment and must force the FRC to rethink punishments. I also discuss Ariana Resources (AAU) and why it needs no PR but especially the shysters it currently uses, the deafening silence at Chill Brands (CHLL) which marks it out as a zero and Union Jack Oil (UJO) where I suspect it is tme to give up and look elsewhere in the sector.

I have an update on the Union Jack (UJO) placing which I forced it to ‘fess up to last Friday and I can now reveal that worthless ramp Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) is now seeking fresh equity at almost any price. At 1p, a £21 million market cap is about £21 million too high in my book. I also discuss Jubilee Metals (JLP) and Mark Slater and that links nicely to an IPO I am dodging and I explain why I am passing on what appeared a likeable and competent team. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Happy 50th to the Pizza Hardman, I celebrate my own a week early with the Mrs

I think it is Darren Atwater's 50th today. I wish him happy returns anyway. My own 50th is a week away but I celebrate a few days early so no bearcast tomorrow. In this podcast I discuss: Deltex (DEMG), Union Jack (UJO), Egdon (EDR), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), FastForward (FFWD) and the bubble in pot stocks and why it must burst, Premier Africa (PREM) and the fraud MySquar (MYSQ)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - who and when should you sue over the Cloudtag fraud? Also Andalas deathwatch ahoy!

I start and end with Cloudtag (CTAG) - so far today no news which I take to mean it is bad news and explain why. At the end I discus who disgruntled and out of pocket punters should sue over this fraud and when. In the middle of the Cloudtag fraud sandwich I look at Andalas Energy (ADL) which really is fucked whatever it says. I reckon Justin the Clown will have to sell the cardboard box and sleep in the open air before long. I also look at Starcom (STAR), Servision (SEV) - which is a major scandal in the making - Union Jack Oil (UJO) and Milestone Group (MSG) which remains non investment grade crap as CEO Deborah White should be wearing an orange jump suit and doing a perp walk.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 14 March - foxy techhead Katia and what her woes mean

I start with the rise and fall of foxy Katia Beauchamp and Birchbox a tech hero which is stuttering. What does that mean for the rest of us? I discuss specifically what it says about Wandisco (WAND). I look at Global Resource (GRIT) or should that be more SHIT from Sam Hutchins and then also Environmental Recycling (ENRT), a worthless fraud. The it is onto Goldenport (GPRT), MX Oil (MXO) and also Union Jack Oil (UJO). Finally back to Nyota (NYO) please email [email protected] and tell him that a move to NED is not enough, he must go and must go now for good. And I dont think he really is an NED anyway for what it is worth - something I explain in the bearcast.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 31 January - Is it time to buy oil shares aggressively?

The weekend press is full of stories of doom and gloom and dividend cuts for BP (BP.) and Shell and clearly there are a stack of smaller companies that are totally screwed and where shareholders are likely to face total wipeout. In that vein I discuss Magnolia (MAGP), Igas (IGAS), Gulf Keystone (GKP), XCite (XEL) and, of course, LGO Energy (TOAST).  But is there a case for buying oil shares as a long term invester. I look at a few cases from BP down to Union Jack Oil (UJO). Perhaps there is no rush but the time will come.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 27 October: Is InternetQ another Globo? Chemring, Dialight & More

A busy day with my daughter beckons. In the evening it is the new James Bond film. But first a lunchtime bootcamp with Uncle Chris (Booker) to put her straight on the Evil Empire, the EU. In the podcast I ask if InternetQ (INTQ) is the new Globo (GBO)? Then I look at Chemring (CHG), Dialight (DIA) - another win for the bears - Afren (AFR) gets a mention as does LGO Energy (LGO), BP (BP.), Union Jack Oil & Gas (UJO) and - just to niggle Wildes - Premaitha (NIPT) whose shares are moving ahead nicely - more to go there!
