The evidence of just how useless is Met Commissioner Cressida Dick has mounted iover the years. The shooting of that poor Brazilian chap should have done for her career. It did not. So many blunders have happened on her watch but nothing has ever stopped her rise to the top and her staying there. You might have thought that Police manhandling protesters at the Sarah Everard vigil might finally see her gone. But oh no.

I will again urge the FCA to take immediate action to shut down the City boiler room tun by Mr Polat Hassan which has already stolen £15 million from investors after the latest missive from these criminals. This time it concerns not Appbox Media, which we have covered extensively on this site, but its sister company One True View.

Earlier today the ShareProphets website went down as a result of a DOS attack. This was a deliberate cyber crime targeting this website only. We have now put in place counter measures which may make the website slower, until the DOS attack ceases, but keeps it up exposing criminals, fraudsters and liars. This is not the first time we have faced a DOS attack.

It looks as if the double share tip video will be out on Tuesday - www speeds in Greece are just too slow to upload it. In today's bearcast I start with the leaking of failed bids, ref Elegant Hotels (EHG). Who benefits and why do it? Then I look at the fund managers accused of colluding to drive down IPO prices. I really do have some sympathy with them and explain why. Then it is onto UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and Alba (ALBA). Finally I take apart today's ludicrous claims about growing poverty in Britain. They are pure bollocks.

There is a convicted criminal & twice bankrupted man who is barred from being a company director who wants to shut this website down and me with it. Events today at Cloudtag (CTAG) - where the shares will, as I explain, now tank fast - and in the Courts regarding Darren Winters show how vital our work is. And frankly it requires gonads of steel to see off fraudsters and criminals who do not like what we do. I also cover Stratmin (STGR) and Management Resource Solutions (MRS) today and thank you all for the supportive messages. We are 100% vindicated today. Certain convicted crims should just send me a case of ouzo and STFU

Two years ago as I exposed Quindell, the biggest stockmarket fraud for 30 years, supporters of that company ran an organised campaign to get companies not to advertise on websites I ran - this one and ShareProphets.com. It is very easy to persuade companies that you speak for many if you are organised and vociferous and so British Airways, Waitrose, Hargreaves Lansdown and others told Google not to run their ads on our websites. Those backing the fraud, who also sent death threats while the company's expensive lawyers sent fascist lawyers letters threatening me with ruin, were more organised and vociferous than I could be and so they struck a blow against a free press. That was a blow on behalf of criminals.
Today we learn that a group called Stop Funding Hate has bullied Lego into not advertising with the Daily Mail. The left hates

Pacific Tycoon spent a fortune promoting its ponzi scheme promising sky high returns on investing in shipping freight containers in Asia. Being a ponzi it needed fresh suckers to pay dividends to older investors and to allow those behind this con to steal vast amounts of money. We called this as a con years ago and received demands from Pacific that we withdraw our articles on these criminals. Natch we told Pacific to fuck off.

A beached whale lookalike called Lisa Duffy is, apparently, a front runner to be the next leader of UKIP and seems determined to make her party truly the nastiest gang in town. The other day she wanted to ban state funded Muslim schools. Now she wants to ban wearing the burka in public places.

Given how Australians are largely descended from criminals you would expect its market for junior resource stocks to be a den of vice while folks in London stick solidly to the rules of cricket. Au contraire. This morning the AIM Casino is again exposed for the laughing stock that it is by events at Metminco (MNC) which is also listed on the ASX. In the country where the criminal gene is dominant, share trading on the ASX was today halted. The company says that:

I am back with my daughter's lefty Godparents in Brooklyn, New York. My daughter is also here and so thart means a few days of no swearing podcasts. Jeepers it is hard. Anyhow in this podcast I refect on post stockmarket crashes and how and why they cause certain white collar crooks to finally face justice. Yes Chris Oil and Rob Terry are mentioned.

Yesterday I raised the issue of the Bahamas based market manipulators LOM Capital which had a 2.15% stake in Quindell after its RTO onto AIM on May 17 2011. Hat tip to a reader from the grim post-industrial Northern welfare safaris for taking this matter further but we are now left with new questions for the fraudster Rob Terry.

So what was Rob Terry doing hooking up with the Bahamas based financial criminals back in 2011 when he floated Quindell (QPP)? Answers on a postcard to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) I suggest.

At 1.15 PM on Tuesday 23rd June, the China fraud Gate Ventures (GATE) announced that its Nomad - Beaumont Cornish - had quit on the Monday. The statement that it issued was er...much as you'd expect from a bunch of Chinese criminals and their useful idiot British patsies.
If Roland "fatty" Cornish quit on the Monday - as indeed he did - Gate should have announced this as soon as possible and it worst at 7 AM Tuesday. The delay is odd. Gate's statement reads:

Last week a blameless salesman at ADVFN booked a marketing solus for us for Pacific Tycoon. The Asian scammers were prepared to pay great money so we would have a big payday on it. But when I learned about this I told our partners at ADVFN that if that mailing was sent to our readers I would resign. And so it was pulled. However much money we are offered we will not expose you to folks who are just out and out criminals.
I note that a poster on this site has commented on a previous article about Pacific thus:

If he was not such a sanctimonious git who has been wrong on every issue of the past 15 years and if his wife was not such a revolting piece of work you might feel a shred of sympathy for Chris Huhne and Vicky Pryce as they each prepare for an eight month stretch. As it happens, like 99% of the population I delight in the downfall of this ghastly couple who typify all that is so revolting about the political class. And it seems that twitter agrees...
I wonder if Chris Huhne and Vicky Pryce are one of those annoying couples who finish each other's sentences.
Cruel and inhumane >> @nedsimons: Lembit Opik telling BBC News he will happily visit Chris Huhne in jail.
One last thought about #Huhne - when Clegg was elected over him, was the party merely picking the lesser of two weasels?
#Huhne and #Pryce symptomatic of endemic political criminality Let's just turn Parliament into a Category A jail and be done with it
No Nick Clegg, a personal family tragedy is your child being hit by a speeding motorist & nearest A&E is miles away due to NHS cuts #Huhne
bet chris #huhne thought his ex's had stayed this way ....fun boy 3 - our lips are sealed http://youtu.be/IYS5tPou2s0
Breaking news: #Huhne tries to make Vicky Pryce take his 8 months for him
#Huhne learned the hard way not to give penalty points to your wife! I'm not that stupid, I make sure #Clegg takes mine!
Breaking News: #huhne to appeal sentence. Requests that his wife picks up the soap in the showers for him.
Sentenced to 8 months isn't so bad. It's been ten years since #Pryce and #Huhne have gone down together.
The ultimate punishment would be to be denied PR. To have to beg for a slave labour job at a Job Centre just like the rest of us. #huhne
@Scarletstand Thank god one of them didn't pen a facebook status vaguely threatening something vague, or they would've got longer. #huhne
