Oh dear. Oh dear. AIM Casino bad boy Strat Aero (AERO) does not like seeing emails which show clear evidence of industrial scale fraud and market abuse appearing in public. That is the emails you can see HERE in the $20 million legal claim filed against by proud Texan Hulsey Smith. And so on Monday it went to court to stop the flow of information and to get existing articles pulled.

I am still spitting nails at the facist lawyers for a certain celebrity couple who got this entire website taken down on Friday by bullying our previous hosting company. The facist lawyers at Web Sheriff were not acting on behalf of a UK Court and acted on their own very dodgy interpretation of whether any legal threshold had been crossed by a certain article.
Fine. I have now republished the article which breaches no UK injunction, having moved my hosting to the United States and moved myself to the hovel in Greece which produces fantastic olive oil. If anyone reading this wants to buy some oil to use for whatever they want they know how to get in touch. Our new hosting company has balls of steel as you can see:

A few weeks ago I penned an article asking why a certain celebrity couple who usually adorn the tabloids had seemingly disappeared from the news. Publications across the world, but not in England & Wales, know why - you see there is an injunction out about the extra-marital activities of one of the two. But I did not mention that or any details of what the injunction covers, the article was 100% safe from a legal stance.

The British laws on injunctions are a total mess and we have another celebrity injunction story today which demonstrates this. A well known actor paid a £195 a n hour hooker for sex and as part of this session the hooker shoved a sex toy up the actor's bottom. The hooker, Miss Helen Wood, had previously has relations with the soccer player Wayne Rooney. Back in 2011 the actor took out a super injunction to stop the UK press revealing his little secret.

This time I just told the Web Sheriff law firm where to stick it. The article it objects to mentioned none of the matters currently covered by the injunction it merely mentioned celebrities xxxxxx and xxxxxx in a wholly different context. Is there really now a blanket ban on reporting all aspects of their lives? No there is not.
It is not the job of the Web Sheriff law firm to enforce the innjunction and I have repeatedly asked it when the UK Government gave it authority to do so? Of course it has not. The Web Sheriff firm declines to answer that question and nor will it say for whom it acts although it is bloddy obvious.

It is very rare that the LSE censures any company but the most explicit and damming censure was for Minmet(MNT). The lawyer who acted on all of its deals which brought the company was Julian Hamilton Barns. I have referred to the Minment Scandal and to mr Hamilton Barns being of Minmet infamy. JHB is now trying to fund another company - Athabasca Resources and so wants my comments withdrawn and me to be barred from commenting again. The injunction hearing is on Thursday. You would have thought that with all his court experience (you know the jail term for accounting fraud, being disqualified as a director, etc), Worthington (WRN) shadow director Aiden Earley would be able to serve an injunction properly. Oh no…
Worthington boasted on its website that an injunction had been served on me and indeed it was as you can see here. But Earley’s clown of a lawyer appears to have screwed up and it appears that I may not have actually been served after all. On August 19 2014 Quindell (QPP) threatened me with a bully boy lawyer’s letter demanding inter alia that I sign a grovelling apology drafted by it, pay its lawyers bills and damages and that it would get an injunction against me to stop me accusing it and Rob Terry of being a fraud. As with all fraudsters you will note that Terry was using the company’s lawyers (i.e. not his cash but shareholder’s cash) for his case. I now publish that letter in full. And I ask the liars, crooks and frauds at Quindell where is that injunction?

On 19th August 2014, Quindell’s (QPP) lawyers wrote to me giving me eight hours to agree to withdraw all articles about Quenron, sign a grovelling apology written by them ( how fucking Stalinist) and not to write again. Otherwise I was threatened with a number of measures including injunction and a libel case. I replied within the deadline that I would see the bitchez in Court.
I heard nothing until September 10th when I got another letter from a different firm of lawyers. It stressed that the original firm was still handling Gotham - since that is nothing to do with me, do I care? – but that a new set of bully boys were now on the case. I am not allowed to report its letter since it was sent in confidence however I can report that it has withdrawn the threat of an injunction and has yet to serve me with any papers regarding an action– it is now more than a month since its first letter. That is a great pity since we could then have started the process of seeking disclosure of matters which would show quite clearly that The Quinnovation Group has indeed committed accounting fraud.
