I think it perfectly possible that the liars at Satsuma Technology (SATS) will fail to get the FCA to approve its new prospectus for an RTO by the new December 30 deadline. After all its lawyers quit because of accounting high jinks and Satsuma then lied about that to investors. But it may start to unravel before then…. Think about it as the shares are now 0.9p to 1.1p.

I discuss that letter, have dynamite news for Satsuma (SATS) cover WH Ireland (WHI) and Mercantile Ports & Logistics (MPL) where, finally, I reckon I may have an ouzo moment soon.

During the past 24 hours the price of a range of cryptocurrencies including bitcoin and Ethereum has tumbled sharply. Bitcoin itself is now back below $110,000 having been $125,000 just a couple of weeks ago. Yet folks like my pal Dominic Frisby still insist that it is a store of value when compared to fiat. Can the bulls explain one thing to a silly old dinosaur like myself?

In today's podcast I look at Wishbone Gold (WSBN), PennPetro (PPP), London Bitcoin Company (BTC) and the LIARS at Satsuma (SATS).

"Oh dear, Oh dear", as disgraced ex share tipster Mike Walters used to say when yet another of his disastrous share tips went horribly Pete Tong. Walters would have loved Satsuma Technology (SATS): loss making, proven liars and advised by rogues such as the journalist smearing PR scum at Yellow Jersey. It has all the attributes of a classic Old Mother Walters tip. Today’s RNS ends with the confession of lying.

I start the podcast discussing crabapple jelly and emails to cheapskates to fund goat farming. Then it is Satsuma (SAT), the gold and bitcoin prices, Bluebird Mining Ventures (BMV) and Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX)

I have dropped a note to Nikhil Rathi, CEO of the FCA, asking if he regards lying in an RNS in a market his organization regulates as acceptable. You would have thought that the answer is “No” but the ack of action to correct the Satsuma (SATS) lying suggests otherwise.

I consider whether it is right for the Euroloon Jonathan Price to lay Nigel Farage and conclude not. Then I look at S4 Capital (SFOR), Anglo Eastern Plantations (AEP), Satsuma (SATS) and Bluebird Mining Ventures (BMV).

On Friday Satsuma Technology (SATS) lied to investors via RNS but it’s what it is covering up that the FCA should be all over. In case the regulators have overlooked this 175 million pounds scandal I have dropped them a note

The ball is now in the FCA's court. I explain how Satsuma (SATS) could be insolvent by October 1, the whole bubble could blow up.

The gonad kick comes from Eco Buildings (ECOB) where I apologise and feel let down. the triumph is from Satsuma (SATS) which I expose as lying to investors about why its auditor has quit which I reckon is down to my accounting exposes This may cause the FCA to block its prospectus. I discuss that and also ref Atlas Metals (AMG) the massive regulatory weakness of the main market that seemingly allows directors to lie with impunity.

Today Satsuma (SATS) published its audited interim results for period from 1 June 2025 to 8 August 2025. They record a loss of £10,377,000 and the company was technically insolvent with net liabilities of £6,845,000 versus a market capitalisation of £13.2 million. But given it held £54,043,000 of cash and £99,590,960 in Bitcoin there is no risk of the company going bust for liquidity reasons. The liabilities are almost all CULS so when they convert they will disappear.

I start with our most useless chancellor since Gordon Brown and today's base rate cut. Then I give you two email addresses you may care to use if you are an Optibiotix (OPTI) shareholder before I look at news from ECR Minerals (ECR) and Satsuma (SATS).

Satsuma Technology (SATS) the bitcoin in treasury operation chaired by Matt Lodge, formerly an expert if fighting global warming by growing seaweed, set out to raise a minimum of £100 million in loan notes convertible at 1p but has raised a monstrous £163.66 million. This can only end in tears

I start wih the next steps against Julie Meyer, Neil Woodford and Dave Richards of Wandisco infamy. Am I allowed to feel a bit smug today? I discuss the failings and there are many of them of the FCA as expsed by the Woodford affair. I discuss Domino's Pizza (DOM), Satsuma (SATS) and Georgina Energy (GEX) which looks like its toast. Tomorrow is Optibiotix (OPTI) battle day and my train tickets to London have just been booked.

Strategy (MSTR) is the big daddy of bitcoin in treasury companies and its success is seen, by believers, as proof that The Smarter Web Company (SWC) can go only one way. But even Strategy trades at less than 2 times NAV whereas the Smarter Web company, at 217.5p, trades at more than five times fully diluted NAV. So, if one accepts that Strategy is cheap, which I am not sure I do, then that does not make Smarter Web anything but expensive. But what if Strategy shares were to puke? Could that happen?

I am not surprised that punters with warrants mainly at 1p but also at 6p have been exercising in droves as announced today. With the shares at almost 10p but worth a maximum of 1p but perhaps as little as 0.1p depending on whether the current 100 million quid funding round at 1p succeeds, folks would be mad not to exercise warrants and sell. Equally anyone buying the shares at almost 10p is also mad. Today there is another howling corporate governance stinker.

I discuss frustrations and blunders here in Greece and the gloomy view one gets of the UK from afar. Then: Eco Buildings (ECOB) and the idea of a Sharestock boxing match between fagash Brailey and Chris Gilbert, Bluebird Mining Ventures (BMV), Tern (TERN), Vast Resources (VAST) and more total nonsense at Tao Alpha/Satsuma (SATS)

The bitcoin in treasury madness continues. Valuations are still crazy. Chancers like David Lenigas are ramping as never before. Sordid promoters discuss new valuation metrics to justify the insanity and amid all of this who cares about material accounting tomfoolery?

Another day and another bit of nonsense from Tao Alpha (SATS), the bitcoin in treasury come AI spoof shortly to be renamed Satsuma and which, at 10.1p is now capitalised at a fully diluted £1.3 billion. On a fully dilulted basis it would sit on cash and shitcoin of c£100 million.

The shares are racing ahead today on news that a new bitcoin spoofer has joined the board as a NED. Henry Elder may be a jolly fine chap but shares in Tao Alpha (SATS) soon to be renamed Satsuma Technology, are now almost 10p. This is insane.
