This is hilarious and libellous. What Canadian (COPL) has said about me in its RNS in response to THIS is untrue and defamatory as its limp dick advisors at morally bankrupt PR Yellow Jersey know full well. However it is what Canadian fails ( again) to say about itself that is critical. It is still deceiving its investors massively and thus the smart money will be using the spike it has created to add to their shorts.

City law firm Pinsent Masons acted for Sefton Resources (SER) as it attempted to gag myself and Brokerman Dan (Levi) from exposing the fraud at the heart of that company under Jim Ellerton. We stood up to Pinsent Masons bullying and won that libel case. Sefton caved, Ellerton was fired and we had our costs and damages paid by Sefton. Now I have obtained a leaked email which shows how Pinsent Masons partner Russell Booker urged Sefton to make fraudulent internet postings to discredit myself and Dan. Pinsent Masons claims to be an ethical firm. How can it be ethical if it does not fire Booker at once?

Last week I had a feeling of déjà vu – it was the Quindell summer all over again. The harassment had begun and I was wondering why.
At Free Speech & Liberty Pizza the phone kept ringing. We’d pick it up and there was silence or music. We’d put it down. Few minutes later we’d get the same call. Same result. Someone was trying to jam our phones. There were a few patently bogus reviews of the restaurant on Tripadvisor – obvious fabrication. That was just what happened last summer as Quindell morons thought they could shut me up by putting this place out of business.
As it happens we are trading more profitably than ever. Folks rather like us for standing up for free speech.
Then there was the twitter harassment.

Old Sefton run by Jimmyliar Ellerton responded to criticism from myself and Brokerman Dan – in the days when he was a journalist not a crony capitalist – with a smear campaign sanctioned by Pinsent Masons ( as you can see HERE). Sefton may be changing its name to Stryker but the own goals and old habits continue.
I think Sefton’s shares have been ramped in an orchestrated manner and are ludicrously overvalued and have been happy to say so – notably here. With a false market the stock should clearly be suspended on the AIM casino.

This weekend on ShareProphets we have yet more revelations on Tern, on the Equities First scandal involving Quindell, Igas and others and also on Worthington. This comes at a cost to us, the smear campaign has accelerated with unfounded claims that we employ illegal immigrants and with Worthington making defamatory statements about Tom Winnifrith. More on that shortly! However..
We continue to see the Bulletin Board jihadists attempt to deny us revenues both at The Free Speech & Liberty Pizza House with the smears and also with one loon trying to block our phone line with 50 phone calls a day and also by tryng to persuade advertisers to drop as - as we saw with the morons lied to Etihad airlines in order to persuade it not to advertise on ShareProphets.
Those who seek to put us out of business are not now hiding behind claims that it is because I use bad language. It is an pen battle against myself, Nigel, Ben and others because we expose fraud.

The fraud Worthington (WRN) has sent me another quite deranged lawyer’s letter on which more later. But suffice to say that I have supplied it with an address on which it can serve papers as I am happy to see the bitchez in court. However….
I note the statement made by Worthington and its CEO Doug Ware on Monday and it is defamatory in that it suggests that I have financial interests in Worthington shares falling if they are unsuspended and may have had financial interests in other shares which I have write about falling. This is a lie and it is defamatory.
I am growing tired of frauds trying to cover their evil ways by peddling the lie that I expose fraud because I am short or my “associates” are short. I expose fraud because I am a journalist. My legal team is now considering its next step with regard to Mr Ware and Worthington and have thus requested addresses for him and Wothington PLC where we can – if we wish – serve papers. We have received no addresses.
I rather want to teach the entire London fraud community a painful lesson in Court – that such smears are not a legitimate business tactic but will be an expensive folly.
While Worthington’s lawyer has demanded that I provide an address where I can be served, since I have nothing to hide I have complied. Why are Ware and Worthington not reciprocating?

When I parted company with t1ps the pathetic wretch put in charge - Mr Richard “Gollum” Gill -sent a letter to its then 3000+ subscribers blaming me for everything and saying “new management was turning it around”. That was 30 months ago. At the same time I bought from Rivington – the owner of t1ps – the Real Man Restaurant in an open auction. It was losing £8,000 a month and was viewed as a basket case.
Wind forward 30 months. T1ps has lost 95% of its readers and was last weekend shut down. So much for the turn around.
