I start with the useless Police, poor Henry Nowak, my old school and then turn to a smug and useless financial; establishment: Satsuma (SATA), Valereum (VLRM) and BSF Enterprise (BSFA) and the warrants scam underway.

I end by describing what torture awaits. I start with the Valereum (VLRM) scandal and then consider how it now seems to be wholly acceptable to mislead punters ahead of fund raisings looking at Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), Amaroq (AMRQ) and Optibiotix (OPTI). How cynical we have all become.

In allowing Valereum (VLRM) to buy off its advisors by handing out 1 million warrants with a 1p strike and another 2.5 million with a 2.5p strike in return for not demanding answers to massive questions but instead organizing a bailout fund raise, AQSE Regulation shows why it is not fit for purpose. The whole AQSE market is officially a total rum ‘n’coke.

In February of this year Guild Advisory “parted company” with what was then Wildcat Petroleum , now Wildcat Gold (WCAT) as its Main Market listed advisor. Wildcat could not afford to pay the fees so declined to renew the annual contract. Guild let it be known that it was not devastated, it had read all the exposes of the lies, the pumping and other shenanigans on this website, it knew Wildcat was a wrong un. Today…

I simply cannot understand why shares in Valereum (VLRM) continue to trade after it has been shown to have deceived investors so often. At 3.25p it is, quite amazingly, still capitalized at £16 million. There are three questions that hapless advisor Ross Andrews of Guild should be forcing his client to answer. If it can’t or won’t the shares should surely be suspended.

There have been two disciplinary notices snuck out by the AQSE Regulation team in the past week. And each of them makes me despair of the clown show. The first was snuck out after hours at no-one is watching O’Clock last Friday although it is dated as being a sanction on March 9.

It seems as
if Valereum (VLRM) CEO Gary Cottle is having another Investor Meet session
where he promises to answer shareholder questions. I can’t see the point of
thus as Gary told such a whopping monster porky at the last, March 31, IM
claiming that QGP would be handing over no less than $500,000 within 5 business
days. It then turned out to be $300,000 and its unclear if, in fact, any of
that has been paid. So with the caveat that Cottle is a fecking liar not fit to
tun a bath let alone a public company, a reader has sent him nine questions to answer.
I have 1 more. The odds on Cottle answering at all?

Companies that default on one payment often default on more, it is a sign of a company in real trouble. However they dress it up, a company that cannot pay its bills, especially if it is clearly a fiat guzzler, is one that is simply not investment grade. Two companies leap to mind on news today. Shares in both, about which I have repeatedly warned, are just univestable.

I am sure that as part of his extensive due diluigence into the thrice defaulting Quorious Global Photonics , in his role, pro tem, as AQSE Advisor to Valereum, Ross Andrews of Guild has checked this out. It is an easy question

I am utterly gobsmacked that Guild Advisory, run by Ross Andrews has not resigned as advisor to AQSE Lobsterpot posterboy Valereum (VLRM). One wonders what exactly a company needs to do to get Andrews quitting, other than weaponizing my mother’s suicide. The last statement from Valereum left two big new questions unanswered. Ross is refusing to return calls so I want it on the record what he should be forcing his client to state in an RNS.

I look back at a great Ofex fraud of the 1990s and at bug frauds we exposed in the 2010s. I fear I have never been thus cynical about the way London small caps operate. I discuss Bluebird Mining (BMV), Valereum (VLRM) and Quantum Blockchain (QBT) in historic contexts.

You could not make it up. Well I guess Valereum (VLRM) can. Quorium Global Photonics, the Cayman based start up created by the son and business partner of a convicted ponzi fraudster with a $200 website has again defaulted on its coupon payment. This is the third time and how on earth Ross Andrews at Guild Advisory has not resigned is truly baffling. He has not returned my call. The statement is opaque.

Should I buy Kefi Gold and Copper (KEFI) or Amaroq (AMRQ) to pay for a new motor, as a spiv trade, asks a reader. I really am not your man but I look at why Kefi is weaker today and discuss how shares move ahead and during inclusion in the FTSE 250. I also suggest milestones we would like to see at Amaroq. Then it is gold prices and the Orange Man. Valereum (VLRM) and finaly a detailed look at Hamak Strategy (HAMA). Is its death spiral ATM working and if so why no RNS? If not just how cash screwed is it as it enters the third month of repayments to Yorkville and starts exporation work in Africa?

I simply cannot believe that after its serial misleading statements Valereum (VLRM) is still trading on the AQSE lobster pot. I can only conclude that AQSE Regulation and Ross Andrews at Guild Advisory have been having a heavy session with my old pal Liam “the Toke” Murray at Cairn, so allowing this farce to go on. Anyhow, today is day 4 so where is the RNS?

Another day in the Valereum (VLRM) circus sees CEO Garry Cottle posting the letter below to the company’s telegram group. It is quite bonkers. On the one hand he says that there will be announcements in the coming days and on the other hand he says he’d like to buy out unhappy shareholders. If he know things that are going to happen would that not be insider dealing? Just how long can AQSE Regulation and advisor Ross Andrews tolerate this sort of behaviour? Cottle also accuses his former advisor First Sentinel, which quit with immediate effect because of the QGP deal, of “spouting nonsense.”

The big question is whether the spiv Somerville has flipped his Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) as threatened with the shares at 1.5p. I think he's lost his marbles. Valereum (VLRM) has lied in an RNS. And even if true it shows that CEO Gary Cottle misled investors on a conference call last week. You really just could not make this rubbish up. Target price 0p. I discuss the latest Italian farce at Quantum Blockchain Technologies (QBT) and then more snakes in the garden of Eden Research (EDEN)

I draw your attention to the London South East Asylum yurned sewer of a chatroom Valereum (VLRM) thread where today’s postings include a discussion of me having sex with my wife ( I kid you not), all sorts of defamatory allegations that I pay folks to post there as part of a clickbait model or that I am posting there myself under numerous aliases and idiots like Crazy Colette insisting that no news is good news and the shares are about to roof it. That is apparently all fine and dandy. But there is a voice missing.

No cash coupon, however paltry, appears to have been received by Valereum from Quorium Global Photonics, the start up with a $200 website run by the son on a convicted ponzi fraudster, within the five business days schedule it announced on March 31. Just a reminder that the first cash payment from Quorium Global Photonics , the start up created by the son of a convicted ponzi fraudster with a $200 website, was due to Valeruem (VLRM), after the first default, should have been paid within 5 business days of March 31. On June 3rd 2025 Valereum (VLRM) announced that it was to purchase a minority stake costing it $2.5 million in a Delaware based Saas business Blubird Global Inc. It was to buy its stake in tranches with the first cash paid upfront and “the remaining tranches expected to be completed by September 2025.” So far so good.

Instead of, as it promised in an RNS, accepting a coupon of dollars from Quoruym Global Photonics the startup from the caymans set up by a man whose business associate and Dad is a convicted ponzi fraudster, Valereum (VLRM) says it is accepting new gold backed crypto tokens created by QGP, VGOLD.

They are a crazy bunch these Valereum (VLRM) shareholders and CEO Gary Cottle. As they held an investor call yesterday I went out into the fields on my ride on lawnmower to think about Tony Baldry, of which more later, as I cut the grass. But as you can see below, the dimwit shareholders went bonkers in the company’s telegram group egged on by Cottle.

Crazy Colette Quinn will, like the Valereum (VLRM) share price, be in meltdown on belated news today that Quorium Global Photonics has defaulted on its quarterly coupon of $3.95 million due on Sunday. Yes the 2025 start up created by a man, Stephen Fathers, who co-runs another company with his ponzi fraudster convicted dad and which has a $200 website, has not paid. Who would have thought?

We are back once again to AQSE listed Valereum (VLRM) and its drowning in red flags partner Quorium Global Photonics, QGP, which is supposedly good for $279 million over the next five years. I have raised numerous questions about Quorium Global Photonics, QGP, which has supposedly put up $200 million to get a 50% stake in worthless Valereum (VLRM). Here is another massive red flag, spotted by an IT whizz of a reader. Now maybe advisors Guild and AQSE Regulation are IT savvy and know better. I doubt it.

As shareholders in Amazing AI (AAI) found out, if an AQSE advisor quits without notice shares in that company are suspended at once. If thus us not the first advisor resignation then with a limited pool of other advisors it can be impossible to find another advisor and so the shares get booted off the market and punters lose everything. I have written to Ross Andrews whose firm Guild Advisory acts for Valereum (VLRM) with a series of questions.

Today Cardiogeni (CGNI) has issued an RNS which sounds to good to be true. Given that this company is another bastard love child of the struck of dentist Ajan Rejinald and his long term business partner Sir Martin Evans, whose high jinks this website has exposed regularly, earning praise from Private Eye, I know what I think!

Colette Quinn still insists that my writings on Valereum (VLRM) are market abuse and must stop immediately. Whatever. It is 2026 so asking questions and pointing out facts should not be allowed. One of the things she claims that I am getting wrong is not appreciating that the $200 million loan notes Valereum owns, provided by a start up with its website down for maintenance, are a really sound asset. I put this to a real Banksta and his answer only adds to my belief that this is a disaster waiting to happen.

Chin up lads. I then look at how Valereum (VLRM) plays out. It could mutibag or it could zero. I discuss the two possible outcomes and the key dates which determine what happens and what advisors Guild need to prove up. Or resign.

Oh dear, oh dear. I am not sure if Colette has actually read what I have written about Valereum (VLRM) or has simply read on the LSE Asylum that I have been dishing out the "hurty words*. Anyhow, apparently my hurty words have singlehandedly caused “huge paper losses “ for Colette and “many, many small investors.”

If I had a quid for every time some moron invested in a company that was low grade, or worse, reported me to the FCA for my "hurty words" I would be almost as rich as Evil Banksta, but far more modest about my genius. And so here we go again. Both on the LSE Asylum and in private telegram groups shareholders in Valereum (VLRM) are furious at me for exposing monster red flags HERE and HERE and for other bearish articles but think they know how to stop me. My target price remains 0p. When idiots in a company start mass reporting you to my good pals at the FCA you know, as a bear, you are onto a winner.

I discuss utter regulatory failure re Valereum (CMRM) after today's expose HERE. Then Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) as the shares fall back to 10p and Amaroq (AMRQ) as its shares fall to 101p. I blame Darren's countrymen for that.

At a £35 million market cap, Valereum (VLRM) is one of the biggest companies on AQSE. I have written to my friends at AQSE Regulation and to Guild Advisory. Enjoy

I have long warned that the supposed $200 million investment to obtain 49.9% of Valereum (VLRM) a worthless crypto play with a business model so convoluted and complex that even Nobel prize winners would not understand it, looked to good to be true. Comrade Richard Poulden is no longer involved with Valereum (VLRM) the AQSE listed dog that he, his bromantic partner Dave Lenigas and brown envelope man Zak Mir pumped with claims of a 100p or 200p valuation. Investors who bought into that pump did their conkers and the shares are now 4.375p with a new band of scholars and gentlemen on board, lead by CEO Gary Cottle.

If your company was generating cash you would not be dumping shares you hold in another company when they trade at near all time lows. But that is exactly what The London Bitcoin Company (BTC), run by David Lenigas, is doing.

You cannot say that I did not warn everybody that David Lenigas run bitcoin in treasury spoof London Bitcoin Company (BTC), formerly Vinanz, would end in tears. Perhaps some Jew haters would rather I did not term Lenigas a promoter and serial destroyer of value, allowing him to fleece new punters. But I did warn and warn again. In 37 days the shares have collapsed from a peak ramp 55p to just 5.5p bid. Look at the Lenigas tweets from 37 das ago and all the way up and down and feel disgust. You will be revolted and may even pity the lambs who liked or retweeted his words with such enthusiasm, lapping up the hopium and dreaming of being rich.

Actually I do not. AQSE Regulation has shown over its failure to deal with the prospectus fraudsters still running Eight Capital Partners (ECP) that they are just as useless as the Oxymorons at AIM regulation. I bet both are pretty hot on sniffing out directors who might have made a sexist or transphobic remark but in terms of stopping white collar crime? Forget it.

Oh dear, oh dear. Do you remember when the Sith Lord Zak Mir was being pushed brown envelopes to say these shares were heading to 200p while David Lenigas said they were going to 100p repeatedly on twitter? Or was it the other way round. Anyhow that pumping allowed Richard Poulden, assisted by spoofery from London’s new Lord Mayor to do a placing at 64p. I have repeatedly exposed the shenanigans and now vindication for me. Ouzo for the Sheriff no more brown envelopes for Mir.

Yesterday I flagged up the laughable interims from the Richard Poulden/David Lenigas/Zak Mir ramp Valereum (VLRM) in which the company claimed that a £6 million overdraft facility was a current asset. I know that both Poulden and Mir were keen supporters of the bogus cult of Modern Monetary Theory so maybe that is where this all comes from: rather than printing money, Poulden is printing assets. I blamed Ms Heena Karani and advisors Peterhouse for allowing this novel, and wholly bogus, new development in accounting to be published. I was wrong and offer my apologies to Ms. Karani and to Peterhouse. Well sort of.

David Lenigas is to ramptastic tweeting what Colin Bird is to pre placing pumps. He just cannot help himself. Today’s special is a picture of two men in late middle age standing in a tax haven shaking hands. Apparently this is very significant for Aquis lobster pot listed Valereum (VLRM), the crypto play pumped to 80p three months ago as the shameless chartist turned penny share stock promoter Zak Mir called it up to £2, That helped it get away a £1 million placing at 70p. Its shares now trade at 29p but even that is still a staggering 20 times net assets for this loss making business. Maybe three men could shake hands tomorrow in some tax dodging location and that would be even more significant, eh Dave?

Valereum (VLRM) in the Aquis lobster pot has, as of today, zero revenues and – if it is lucky – £300,000 net cash. But mention the magig bitcoin word, throw in a few tokens and some magic beans and, hey presto, promoter David Lenigas and the Sith Lord Zak Mir reckon the shares should hit 60p. That would be a valuation of £38 million. Whatever you say Gents…today’s ramptastic love triangle from twitter is below.
