He met someone who has tested positive. I am not sure whether this person was important enough to require mask wearing, but Trudeau is not only thrice jabbed but he has tested himself and does not have covid, not even the latest Omicron strain where the survival rate in folks Justin’s age is near as damn it 100%..
So he is locking himself up and self-isolating with his ego for five days. Seriously. How on earth can a society function like this.
In England masks are no longer mandatory but here in Wales, even in this border village we are meant to mask up. Of course, I do not and have not done so for absolute ages. Yet today, as if to celebrate the freedom of English folks who now no longer have to obey daft rules even if they are not in the Cabinet, a lady in the village Co-Op, where I go nearly every day, asked me why I was not wearing a mask.
“I’m exempt” said I “and anyhow they don’t work do they?” She said nothing but looked sullen. Does she know that Wales has had more covid cases, deaths and excess deaths than, per head of population, has England, despite always having tougher measures, Wales has suffered, showing that those measures made no difference at all.
Mr Trudeau really should move to Wales he’d feel, right at home.
