You look at the photo below and will think, I am NOT drinking that. But you would be mistaken.
This morning the whole family went to harvest the pears from the upper orchard, the one I planted about five years ago. It is not a great harvest, unlke the plums and apples, but enough for Joshua and I to scrat and press to produce about five litres of juice. I know that it looks like liquid pooh but it tastes awesome. Just close you eyes when you drink.
Meanwhile I continue to work my way through the apple glut. Below are the first jars of apple chutney 2025. I plan to run off another batch after Sharestock. The Christmas present production run for family and friends is well underway
