Nobody should be above the law and David Bramhill of Union Jack Oil (UJO), in my view, breached the Companies Act 2006 for personal gain. U maybe wrong but it is right that he be investigated. I have therefore reported him to folks I have worked with before on another matter at the fraud Unit at the City of London Police asking them to investigate whether a crime has been committed.
