Gaza and the “fuel shortage” – another myth from Hamas PR and the Western media dupes: it’s not about hospitals its about the tunnels

The UN, the hand wringing NGOs and, naturally, the western media led by the BBC and the Guardian tells us that there is a critical fuel shortage in Gaza which will see hospitals shut down. The evil Jews are even closing down the hospitals and the blockade must be stopped to save lives! The gullible idiots who march in the Hamas victory parades in western Cities each weekend repeat this canard. But it is a lie. Have you seen the film the Great Escape?

Britain needs to give a trillion quid to poor countries for our leading role in Global warming – fact free bollocks

The good news for the Charity War on Want, which has made this ludicrous claim, is that Scotland has committed to pay £2 million as compensation for its historic carbon emissions to poor countries around the world. As soon as it can scrounge the money off England under the Barnet formula, the cheque is on its way. The bad news is that the other £999.998 billion that War on Want reckons the UK owes is not on its way as we are already almost bankrupt. Mind you the useless Tories egged on by the BBC and others are still  thinking about it.

So are gay folks rich or poor – Peter Tatchell having his cake and eating it?

I am confused. This morning the Peter Tatchell Foundation run by the great and heroic civil liberties campaigner Peter Tatchell has launched a new report and sent out the following tweet. Of course Tatch is right that any tourist spot that is homophobic is kicking itself in the gonads and it is also acting in a way that is morally unacceptable. However it is the claim that the LGBT community has far more dosh to splash than we poor straights that interests me.

Ok Dad - now about those under-age hookers your donations paid for - you still want to give money to Oxfam?

I have been consistent over many years in my belief that at almost every level the Oxfam charity is not fit for purpose, as you can see from a stream of articles  HERE. I try to persuade my reactionary old father that he should stop pretending to my PC sisters that he is one of them by giving money to Oxfam but to no avail. Maybe today I might get my way, you see it appears his cash has been spent on underage hookers.
