Zeus Capital is unlisted but is one of the more sensible and well run City Nomads and brokers. But its results for the year to March 31 2023 finally appeared at Companies House on January 6 2024 and are truly appalling. It bought out rival Arden in January so you might have thought that revenues were up…think again.

‘Twas the night before Christmas and things were bad at the luxury London townhouse of Mr. Andrew Monk, a man who liked to be described as the City of London’s top small cap broker. Not one visit but two from the ghostly figure in a Wrexham hoodie and now Monk could not find any way to get to sleep and was not greatly surprised when the large French Windows burst open again and, once more, a chubby finger beckoned.

Goaded by me repeatedly, Invinity (IES) has served up a trading statement which dissembles. The only question now is WHEN is the bailout placing? I suspect pompous broker Andrew Monk is already on the case.

I say this with the greatest respect to good friends at Nomad Allenby but in the scandal of the fraud Tintra (TNT), the AIM Company of the year 2022, they have behaved in the most shameful manner. I really do not know how they can sleep at night. At 11.02 AM today Allenby quit as Nomad and broker leaving the shares suspended. That came 2 hours after Tintra published a circular (for which Allenby will have earned a fat fee preparing).

In this bonus Bearcast, I explain why I am cutting my target price materially for Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) but still see this as a potential five bagger. I am furious with Stuart Ashman who is greedy and has not delivered. And I think the company’s broker, Cavendish, has a lot of questions to answer. I warn you that Matthew’s Dog and Catriona will love this podcast.

Shares in MGC Pharmceuticals (MXC) were 2.25p valuing the crock at £70 million when I published my first explosive dossier HERE just 20 months ago. Of course folks like broker Turner Pope, evil PR Spinners IFC Advisory (not having a good day are we chaps?) and the bulletin board morons knew better than silly old TW. I’ve kept on exposing this all the way down and today the shares are down by almost 50% on the session at just 0.055p after more disastrous news.

Stifel Europe failed to get away a £10 million placing at 90p, no 80p, in mid June as I exposed HERE but, as I pointed out earlier this week HERE, Avacta (AVCT) MUST get away another placing before Easter in order to avoid its auditors flagging up a material uncertainty. Today we have news…

ECR Minerals (ECR) is almost out of cash, if it does not raise cash very soon by issuing new shares it will go bust. Look at the last results and even Stevie Wonder can see what a terrible mess it is in. This is not opinion it is fact. Spiv broker Novum Securities will need to be doing yet another deeply discounted placing PDQ to keep the lights on. But it gets worse, there are management changes.

I should not be shocked that WH Ireland (WHI) is up shit creek having to refinance at 3p, 19p below yesterday’s share price. Throughout my three decades in finance, every few years, whoever has been running the show WH Ireland has almost gone bust. Today is not the first time that the broker, Nomad and wealth manager has been at death’s door. WH Ireland should not be listed.

Thanks to Nomad and broker Cenkos (CNKS) and Dowgate Wealth management, the AIM sewer has a new recruit, a totally pointless investment company, Onward Opportunities (ONWD). This is not capitalism it is crony capitalism. The City boys will make £1.1 million in fees over the first 12 months. Even with inflation that will secure the services of many Ukrainian young ladies and buy stacks of Colombia’s finest. Meanwhile shareholders will almost certainly lose money.

You want to know why Berenberg quit as joint broker yesterday as Versarien (VRS) also fessed up that Neill Ricketts was still a director earning £16,500 a month despite “resigning as CEO” a week ago? It will be when it discovered that, enabled by the bent journalism of Ian Cowie at the Sunday Times pumping the shares, SP Angel was doing a smash and grab deeply discounted placing to raise a paltry £318,000.

I write as a shareholder in Red Rock Resources (RRR). But the broker note below, today being trumpeted on twitter today by boss Andrew Bell is complete and utter bollocks. The idea that Red Rock shares could go from 0.26p to 2.60p is just fantasy. There is more chance of me getting lucky with you know who by the weekend than of this work of fiction proving any where near accurate.

Cloudtag (CTAG) was a bulletin board darling which we exposed as a bankrupt fraud on this website numerous times HERE. Eventually the company’s Nomad, Liam Murray at Cairn Financial, arrived at the same conclusion and gave his notice of resignation. However the company then raised £975,000 via broker Novum without telling Novum or anyone else about that resignation. Murray thus resigned with immediate effect and Novum unwound the placing while, with no other Nomad prepared to take on this toxic client, it was booted off the AIM sewer in March 2017.

Two distinct City sources have contacted me to say that controversial broker Pello Capital, founded by “colourful” broker Andy Frangos, has gone into administration. I have contacted Pello and can reveal that it is not yet in administration but will be tonight. Smith & Williamson will be doing the last rites.

Fear not. All of the rogues involved in ramping this one over the years have already made vast sums through share dumping and bloated cash payments. Peter Wall, Zak Mir, disgraced broker Andy Frangos, Adrian Beeston, John Story the list of colourful characters goes on and on but they are all okay, there is no need for them to launch a Go Fund Me page. But, Argo Blockchain (ARB) served up dire news this morning which means those mug punters, bulletin board morons and institutional investors alike, who have ignored my numerous explicit warnings, will soon do their conkers.

Yet again Bidstack (BIDS) has leaked clearly price sensitive information into the market to only certain folks, that is to say, selected clients of its Nomad and broker Stifel, rather than via RNS as I exposed earlier HERE. But this is not the first such sin by Bidstack which it has committed in collusion with Stifel.

On 24 March 2022 BlueJay Mining (JAY) announced its plans to drill at the Disko-Nuussuaq project in Greenland and this was the excitement needed to get investors to stump up $7 million for a placing at 7p. musicMagpie (MMAG) clearly needs a bailout placing to survive. There is only selling ( apart from spoof boardroom trades) so the shares should be heading lower. I discuss the arrests made on 29 December in the USA and why the FCA should look at some of the activities of folks in the UK small cap world. Case studies include Eurasia Mining (EUA) and Chill Brands (CHLL). I then move on to Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and its news today, Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) and also Verditek (VDTK), which I reckon is a zero for 2022 but since it can’t be shorted is not one of my tips of the year. To JP, sorry I have no idea why Peel Hunt quit as broker to Bushveld (BMN) but I suspect it gave three months notice. Leaving SP Angel as sole broker can’t be seen as good news. It is like firing our beloved West Ham as joint broker to retain the sole services of Chesterfield Town.

Broker Pello is still banned by the FCA from doing any new business while the regulators investigate a number of matters, notably how members of the Frangos gang including disgraced John Story broke IPO lockins on an industrial scale using accounts at Pello. Now another matter has come to light, a pre IPO funding round arranged by a company called Pluto Digital. Natch the liar Story was among those invested as were other gang members. And it was only two months ago when the company’s third rate joint broker Axis Capital raised it £1.76 million at 6.3p. Ouch. The shares were almost 5.5p last Monday but fell throughout the week to close Friday at 4.2p.

How on earth has any broker in London not managed to make out like a bandit, or should I say broker, during the past two years? It almost defies belief given how every company on earth seems to have done at least fund raise earning stacks of 5% commissions for the bandits. I mean brokers. But somehow the gutter dwellers at Novum Securities have managed to post another whopping loss as you can see below.

NFT Investments (NFT) is like Dispersion Holdings (DEFI) an investment company listed on the Aquis lobster pot. The chancers who own most of the shares thanks to pre IPO funding at a huge discount to the IPO are the same crew led by Mike Edwards and Jonathan Bixby. I discuss two developments at the Welsh Hovel. There is great news HERE but also a bit of a disaster which could have been fatal for the cats and bad for me. I first commented about Alpha Growth (ALGW) on 8 April 2021 and the absence of a Prospectus in respect of its issue on 8 March 2021 via a placing of 187,500,000 shares at 2 pence per share. The placing represented over 77.8% of existing ordinary share capital of Alpha prior to the placing. The staff at Bidstack (BIDS) should get paid next week, assuming that their employer can delay paying other bills. But it is unlikely to be able to meet next month’s payroll so calamitous has been the shortfall in trading vs expectations. Unless Nomad and Broker Stifel can get away a rescue placing within weeks, Bidstack staff should be brushing off their CVs as a matter of urgency. I have written to AIM Regulation as a statement is needed asap.

The number of lies told by this company is so great that I have almost lost count. But then Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) is listed on the AIM Sewer where rule 67 states “Any company can lie to investors via RNS or in podcasts with Justin the Clown or that imbecile Zak Mir and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation will do absolutely nothing about it.” Okay I made that bit up. And so, with no great hope of it doing anything about quite blatant RNS lying, I have written to AIM Regulation about Remote Monitored Systems and its Nomad and broker SP Angel asking for an investigation into a new £1.5 million lie that emerged yesterday. The letter is below:

Surely, before undertaking a bailout-discounted placing with bucket shops, a company has to come clean and admit that trading is way below what had been forecast? Those are the AIM Rules but Lyin’ James Draper and Bidstack (BIDS) do not give a rat’s arse about rules and neither, it seems, do the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation. On 22 April, house broker & Nomad Stifel slashed its 2021 and 2022 sales forecasts and upped its forecast losses for Bidstack but the company is yet to admit that trading has fallen off a cliff. But today with cash down to almost nothing and staring down the barrel of insolvency, surely it must be made to ‘fess up? Here are the maths:

Needless to say, the morally bankrupt PR firm of Buchanan has still not replied to an email from Tuesday night regarding forecasts for its technically insolvent client Bidstack (BIDS). Presumably it is working hard finding a journalist to smear and that is its priority. When Steph Watson says she will reply to an email what she clearly means is “I am a lying PR harpy and will do nothing of the sort.” But, without the assistance of mendacious Steph, I now have confirmation that house broker Stifel has indeed slashed forecasts which appears to be a clear breach of AIM Rules 10 and 11.

I think Optibiotix (OPTI) shares are very cheap as are those of Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and am a loyal shareholder in both expecting to treble my money from here. Nor do I begrudge Optibiotix selling a few shares in Skinbiotherapeutics as it announced it had today as I imagine that will more than pay for a Nasdaq listing which may drive a re-rate. I warned you on Friday that with the scoundrel penny share spivs at LSE Sharetalk, the house of Zak Mir, ramping away, the 3p share price of AIM shell Ridgecrest (RDGC) was insane and that even broker Peterhouse which has only last Wednesday raised £2 million (gross) at 0.6p would be vaguely embarrassed. Broker JubCap, whose financial woes we exposed here, is now in administration. It is an ex broker and not one that the world will miss. So who is next? Well, all the signs are that Novum, the bucket shop which employs king spiv Jon Bellis and has Gavin Burnell of Globo infamy working there even though he is not authorised to do so by the FCA, is in the merde. I suggested 66 days ago that its financials were so bad that the FCA needed to have a look and, for once, it seems the chocolate teapots have done more than that, acting on what I exposed. More than a million Americans a month opened a brokerage account with Robinhood in the first quarter of this year, most of them new to trading. Attis Oil & Gas (AOGL) formerly Mayan Energy and Northcote Energy has long been a stain on the underbelly of the AIM casino. Today it enters a new chapter of infamy and once again the architect is broker Peterhouse Corporate Finance. Before today there were 3.9 billion shares in issue. Now, following a debt for equity swap and a placing at just 0.0115p, there are 14.7 billion and Peterhouse has been given enough warrants to take the fully diluted total to 15 billion.

The key phrase in today’s research report on Bidstack (BIDS) from broker Stifel is “Stifel does and seeks to do business with companies covered in its research reports. As a result, investors should be aware that the firm may have a conflict of interest that could affect the objectivity of this report. Investors should consider this report as only a single factor in making their investment decision.” Put another way, Bidstack runs out of cash in a few weeks, needs to get a bailout placing away with Stifel which will earn 5% commission on that. The report is truly dire.

The Dark Destroyer, aka Matt Earl, has branded Andrew Monk, the Banning Buffoon for his call to ban shorting in a fiery twitter exchange. I discuss why Matt is right on all counts. I chatted to Nigel Wray, Britain’s Buffett, at length today about the markets, individual shares, the coronavirus, the shape of the recession, consumer attitudes and most interestingly about commercial property, which he knows a bit about. I also discuss Sosandar (SOS), Finncrap (FCAP), Arden (ARDN), WH Ireland (WHI) and other Nomad/brokers and when the FCA will have to step in to check their solvency. Finally a few words on the Government’s daft £330 billion loan scheme.

I look at Bidstack and the speed at which it must complete a bailout placing, at Blue Jay Mining (JAY) and the antics of its disgraced Nomad and broker SP Angel, at Versarien (VRS) and the true import of today’s free podcast and finally at AFC Energy (AFC) one of the most overvalued stocks on AIM.

This morning we discover that AIM listed jam tomorrow purveyor Tern (TERN) has again passed the hat around with a discounted placing raising £1.75 million at 11.15p. But it was only able to get a placing away at that price because of spurious rumours which the company and its advisors must have been aware of and which it did nothing to quosh. I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation and to the chocolate teapots at the FCA requesting an urgent investigation into the company, its Nomad Allenby and broker Whitman Howard. It is not as if Tern does not have form in this respect.

As Andrew Monk of VSA, rightly, says in his morning email, Shareprophets and I do not need defending but he does so anyway. Punters are pissed off that we reveal placings such as that of Reabold (RBD) last week. Would they honestly prefer that companies just ramped shares via ramptastic RNS’s and podcasts with Justin the Clown so they overpaid in the secondary market ahead of a discounted placing to City insiders and spivs? Really? Do my critcs really enjoy such financial flaggelation so others can prosper? Anyhow Monk goes on thus:

Then onto Burford (BUR) where events move apace but the company seems to think bear raider Carson Block of Muddy Waters is in legal hot water. We warned you two days before the most recent profits warning from IQE that one was on the way, HERE, and when it arrived it meant that the company was a slam dunk cert to need a bailout placing. Today we discover that Canaccord has been axed as Nomad and replaced by Peel Hunt while Citigroup joins the party as co broker. This can only mean one thing, that bailout placing is imminent. So with the shares at 52.4p on Friday (and overvalued at that) at what price do you think the placing will be at? Vote below with a deadline of midnight tonight.

In this bonus bearcast I comment on today's lack of profits warning from WH Ireland (WHI) and the bailout placing now underway which I had predicted. I look at WH Ireland and its woes but it is symptomatic of an industry in crisis. FinnCrap (FCAP) must warn sooner or later and most of the rest of the Nomad/brokers already have. What is needed is massive wage cuts across the board. Thankfully for supliers of coke and hookers, that will not happen which means a structural and cyclical crisis will claim more casualties soon. The fact that Mercantile Ports (MPL) is run by a crook and has misled investors on a serial basis over many years is not in doubt. Yet greedy City financiers, notably Nomad & broker Lagos Securities (CNK) continue to earn vast sums raising cash for this POS which claims to be making progress on building a new port in Bombay, India. The photos below demonstrate that is just plain horse.

Update. Two thirds of this podcast stands. The ramping and share dealing comments are 100% fair and very serious. But there is no placing as this podcast suggests - I was "played" as explained HERE. David Lenigas is leading the ramping of Angus Energy (ANGS) shares as you can see below. A placing is on the runway, Then there is the issue of the shares sales by America 2030 of shares ex CEO and Company founder Jonathan Tidswell-Pretorious claimed to own as we reported here. There is one aspect of the latest commentary from Align Research regarding Alba (ALBA) and BlueJay (JAY with which I disagree strongly. As noted many times, but most recently in bearcast yesterday, UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) is running on fumes. It quite simply does not have the cash to both cover its (bloated) PLC costs and fulfil its exploration commitments for the rest of calendar 2018. Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) has finally fessed up to the truth of its bust up with Sinophi and is paying the Chinese $250,000 to settle - even last week house broker Beaufort was, with an Advanced steer, suggesting the Chinese would be paying Oncotherapy several million quid. Lets remind ourselves of a timetable of lies, deception and non disclosure.

Today they trade at 0.33p-0.34p so were are heading fora 100% gain and some brokers think we are mad. Broker VSA says the shares are still cheap and reckons fair value is 2.5p. we kid you not.

Sorry this is so late. I am meant to be taking a few days off with the Mrs and Joshua but I am also feeling very much under the weather. Better late than never here is my take on how the LSE has fined broker Cornhill £300,000 over the New World Oil & Gas (NEW) scandal. Where does this leave Cornhill? What about other brokers? The real issue is that the real villain of this tale, of which criminal Chris Oil was just one, appear to have got off Scot free

As joint house broker to the exponent of Securities fraud that is Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), Beaufort has to sound bullish and has thus reiterated its speculative buy stance today. But read the note carefully. Beaufort is frit. I have highlighted key phrases that have not appeared before for you. Key phrases which show goalposts being moved and a broker that is sick of being made to look foolish.

I am a loyal shareholder and think that shares in Amryt (AMYT) are cheap and a deal today really does look like very good news indeed. But the buy note from broker Stifel has me a bit confused. Let me explain.

But where next for the shares? All is discussed in full in this bonus podcast.

I was struck by a number of conversations I enjoyed during my trip to London this week with brokers on the sell side and also bucket shop investors - they are rushed off their feet. This is confirmed by the comment below from Andrew Monk of VSA and it tells you two things very clearly. Take heed, you have been warned.

There is an update from Asiamet Resources (ARS) today on its operations out East. Broker VSA acts as house so it is not impartial but since I know this is a well followed stock here is its commentary anyway.

The note below from broker VSA was published a few weeks ago with the shares then at 0.15p. Today they are trading at 0.24p in the middle so the speculative buy stance can already be said to be somewhat vindicated. But the target price is 3.1p. No typo that really is 3.1p. The reasonably detailed note explains why.

In the disclosures at the back of Tuesday's detailed buy note on Berkeley Energia (BKY) by Peel Hunt which the broker wants me to take down, it states that the company is a corporate client but does NOT say that "5. Peel Hunt is Broker to this Company and therefore provides investment services to the Company" As it happens it is joint broker.. The note is HERE and as you can see with the shares at 47p Peel Hunt said that they were a buy worth 98p to 159p Three days later there is a placing of $25-30 million at 45p and guess who is building the book?

In this bearcast special I take apart a share price ramp being orchestrated today by Solo Oil's (SOLO) broker Belfort Securities, PR fecking genius Steffi and the rampers nest of snakes that is the Justin the Clown podcast at Vox Markets. Investors need to be aware there is a massive stock overhang and a placing ahoy. They are being hoodwinked not by the company I stress but by its crony capitalist advisers and by those for whom Lenin's phrase "useful idiot" could not be more apt.

Peel Hunt, which is no joke as a broker, has initiated its coverage of Berkeley Energia (BKY) at 47p with a claim that the shares should hit 159p. It argues that "Berkeley’s development plans show a high IRR due to the low capital requirements, high margins and attractive cash generation. The location in Spain provides a strategic advantage in geopolitical security which is sought-after by off-takers. We therefore initiate coverage with a Buy rating and a 93p R-NAV,our short-term target. As the company progresses through permitting, financing and development milestones, we would expect the shares to trend towards our 159p NAV."

Management Resource Solutions (MRS) has been a stock much ramped by the usual suspects and its shares have flown until last Thursday when they were suspended pending clarification of its financial position. The next day the CEO and founder was fired. But we can reveal that the CEO Paul Morffew claims this is a stitch up and, as a 20% shareholder is prepared to fight back. This has the potential to be another major AIM scandal given that it was less than two months ago that £2.8 million was raised at 10.5p. Nomad and co broker Northland is refusing to answer calls and its position now looks untenable.

Lying to your investors is bad. I suppose committing fraud is even worse. But advisers without morals such as Nomad SP Angel and broker Beaufort Securities do not care about such matters as long as they get paid. But that may pose a problem as interims today from Strat Aero (AERO) show that it is completely bust. That SP Angel and Belfort will sign off on an RNS like this says everything you need to know about them. The only thing they should be signing is a resignation letter as Strat is bankrupt both morally and financially.

Servision (SEV) has today announced its interim results and they are dismal. The company is bust and why it's advisors (Nomad Allenby, broker Belfort Securities & PR himbo Christian Taylor Wilkinson at Cadogan Leander) do not call it a day and walk defies belief. It shows all three are morally bankrupt. The results are analysed in a bearcast special HERE. But I flag up in itw own right a loan Servision has taken from Yorkville which seems to be the new, most expensive loan , in AIM Casino history - at 33% - it is 5 percentage points dearer than the loan the FRAUD African Potash (AFPO) took out from Katrina Clayton, the wife of its FD. Frankly Servision would be better off borrowing on Christian T-W's credit card and splitting the difference.

A leading City broker today opined "Now for bashers of Chinese Aim stocks they can have a field day today with Asian Citrus Holdings and their announcement on why they are suspended." I apologise to one and all over Wishbone Gold (WSBN) which has today completed a £600,000 placing at just 0.75p with broker Belfort Securities handing out shares to spiv bucket shop flippers. This was not on the script and I cannot recommend a purchase of the shares at 1.15p-1.2p. That the shares are up a tad today but fell in the run up to his placing tells you everything you need to know about forward selling on the AIM casino, especially when the broker is Belfort.

Another detailed broker note intended for sophisticated institutional investors not the great unwashed of the private investor community falls into my lap. A fucktard compliance officer earning as much as five NHS nurses, may soon force us to remove it but ahead of then, Mirabaud has cut its target price for Atalaya Mining (ATYM), formerly EMED, from 192p to 175p but with the shares at 88p that still offers 98% upside.

AIM casino dog with fleas MySQUAR (MYSQ) has today managed a small bailout placing as it teetered on the verge orf bankruptcy just 13 months after its IPO. The roll call name of shame includes pompous PR supremo Piers Pottinger who is a NED, Nomad SP Angel, brokers Mirabaud and Belfort Securities. The shares have plunged to 4p (60% down on the IPO) but are in fact worth 0p. This is a ZERO, an AIM uber-dog. Sky News claims to have a source who says that Nomad and broker Cenkos (CNKS) is to be fined £700,000 by the FCA for its lamentable failings in the Quindell (QPP) fraud - Cenkos has now admiited that a probe is underway. Whilst I see this as another moment of vindication for my work in exposing that fraud it is simply not enough. The FCA is telling the City's banksters that turning a blind eye to white collar crime does pay. Its coke and hookers all round if this is the best that the FCA can do.

Last year Golden Saint Resources (GSR) waited until it got a placing away in late May to announce its piss poor results. It needed extra cash to satisfy the auditors that it was solvent, let alone a going concern. This year it seems that broker Cornhill could not bring itself to stiff its clients again - hats off to Frangos and team for showing some integrity. But bucket shop- SVS Securities has no such qualms and has raised £400,000 gross ( £371,000 net of fees to crony capitalists) at 0.07p. So I guess we can now see the results soon.

Broker and Nomad SP Angel is not listed so why on earth it thinks anyone gives a flying fuck about today's trading update is rather beyond me? But never underestimate the innate sense of self importance among folks in the City of London even if they work for shittly little Nomads and brokers who try to float bankrupt pieces of Turkish such as Mkango Resources. Oddly today's statement fails to mention Mkango, a company Chris Oil appears to have blown £100,000 on backing last autumn.

I think the shares are cheap but my target price is only 36p. But then I am not paid to act as corporate broker to this company. Numis is. The note is worth a read but 100p? Numis is surely 'avin' a bubble.

Earlier today we demonstrated quite clearly (HERE) why Camkids (CAMK) has committed accounting fraud and why the statement of yesterday just does not add up. We have been saying that this company is a fraud for months and months and that is now clear to all. The local auditors of Camkids and the now delisted fraud Naibu acted for two other AIM stocks, one of which is Jiasen (JSI). It is also a fraud and we call for an immediate suspension of its shares as well.
We demonstrated clearly that there are numerous Red Flags for Jiasen HERE
This is a company that – like Naibu and Camkids – claimed to be drowning in cash yet mysteriously also borrows money at punitive rates. We have no faith whatsoever that accounts signed off by Crowe Horwath following the abject failures to report contingent liabilities or bank debt at Camkids and Naibu respectively. We are far from convinced that the stated cash position at either firm – as signed off by Crowe Horwarth – was in fact true.

Daniel Stewart (DAN) earns its living as a Nomad and broker to AIM listed stocks. That is to say it charges fat fees for advising them on how to play by the AIM rules, for listing them and for raising money for them. It has no standards so was responsible for bringing Quindell (QPP) to the Casino and also acts as Nomad to China fraud Naibu (NBU) and tried to float China fraud Fraspens in August but seems to have failed. Today Daniel Stewart’s shares have been suspended.
On 30 May its auditors of 15 years (Keelings) quit and Daniel Cesspit appointed PriceWaterhouse Coopers to check its books. We know that results for the year to March 31 2014 will have been covered in red ink.

I do hope that someone round at Daniel Stewart, Nomad and Broker to AIM listed China fraud Naibu (NBU) has learned to read Chinese since the crony capitalists FAILED to do adequate due diligence on this POS before it listed. Because I have a little press cutting for you chaps from 2008. If you are not too busy spending the £600,000 you have made in fees from Naibu in the past 18 months you need to read it and then resign at once as Nomad and broker and have the shares suspended. This is a bombshell.
3505 days ago
This is not my dynamite revelation, I merely set the scene…China fraud Naibu (NBU) floated on the AIM casino in May 2012 at 124p. The shares are now 19.5p. So UK shareholders have lost 5/6 of their cash in less than 18 months. So who are the winners from this farce? Well let me introduce to its Nomad and broker Daniel Stewart. This will appall you and perhaps explains why Daniel Cesspit (which also floated Quenron) is trying not to resign.

The sorry saga of AIM listed China fraud Naibu (NBU) gets murkier and murkier and at the heart of it is City Nomad and broker Daniel Stewart, the firm that brought Quenron to the AIM casino and acts for Naibu. I asked it to show integrity at the weekend by quitting Naibu given my explosive revelation HERE. But Daniel Cesspit would rather bank the fees. So let’s talk Fraspens. Fraspens who you say? Well let me explain, on 21 July this fine enterprise issued a press release announcing inter alia:

Apparently at 31p shares in Naibu now trade on a 2015 and 2015 PE of c0.7. Any stock trading on such a rating is either the cheapest stock on this planet or an outright fraud, a Norfolk. Naibu is a fraud. My target price is 0p and this stock will lose its Aim listing soon. It could be very soon. If Daniel Stewart, nomad and broker to this POS – and the firm that listed Quenron – had any integrity it would resign at once as Nomad and broker. As such I ask two questions of Daniel Cesspit.

Peter Shea is CEO of Daniel Stewart a firm that listed Quindell (QPP), acted as its Nomad and broker from May 17 2011 to January 31 2012 and which was paid handsomely in cash, shares and warrants for its efforts. As Nomad to Quindell it was responsible for ensuring that it did not do things such as hand cash to pals of Rob Terry or lie to shareholders but did it do its job?

The shares have slumped to 43.5p putting them on a PE of 0.95 and a yield of 13.8% if you believe the forecasts. The Bulletin Board Morons insist that Cenkos, Nomad to Quindell has endorsed the company by publishing a ludicrous buy note with a 90p target. Sorry folks but you do not understand the system and miss the point.
In the City integrated investment banks operates with Chinese Walls between departments. That is to say Cenkos the broker must operate as if it was a different form to Cenkos the Nominated Advisor.
A broker publishes research and helps companies raise money by issuing shares. A Nomad is responsible for regulatory matters. Ultimately it reports to the AIM team and is responsible to the AIM team for ensuring, inter alia, that e very RNS issued by a company has been verified and it’s true.
Hence post the Quindell rebuttal of Gotham
