Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 4 valuations that are utterly bonkers, one where the FCA must open a new enquiry

I start with the Poulden/Lenigas/Peterhouse/Mir ramp Upper Thames (UPPT). Then it is onto Ridgecrest (RDGC) where I go through the exact timeline of events and all the issues which the FCA should examine in a formal enquiry. Then I have new questions for Zoetic (ZOE) and its loathsome PR Mr Henry Halfwitted-TopHat, formerly the PR of choice to Chinese fraudsters on AIM, about District 8, the RTO and what actually happened and finally comment on the weekend analysis of Versarien (VRS). Both it and Zoetic are shares where my target remains 0p.

Zoetic not there but here are the 974 where IG will, as of Friday demand 100% margin

Apologies for suggesting that the fraud Zoetic (ZOE) is on the list. It is not. But 974 companies are and are listed below. With bears now an officially endangered species this is going to largely effect bulls. We do not know how big a percent of the equity of the stocks below is owned on margin. In many cases it will be tiny. But in others it will be material and the forced closing of positions in these stocks could have knock on effects throughout the small cap world. Punter x meets his enlarged margin call in one stock by banking gains and selling elsewhere. I do not know how big the ripples will be but I sense it will cause some pain in some quarters. The list is below.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: A long squeeze coming for the morons in Zoetic, Eurasia, Versarien & more c/o IG?

I start with a look at Purplebricks (PURP), my mother-in-law and Uber and a potential bombshell. Then I go onto IG Index changing its terms of trade and how this could create a bull squeeze in stocks including Versarien (VRS), Zoetic (ZOE) and Eurasia (EUA). The article I reference on my own website is HERE. And no-one has yet guessed the horse-riding person who interviewed me yesterday. It was fun.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Leading you up the garden Path investments following the stench of weed

This podcast is mainly on the pot bubble looking at Cellular Goods, Kanabo (KNB), Path Investments (PATH) and the odd goings on at Voyager CBD and strange share price moves ahead of today’s placing and Zoetic (ZOE). I also look at Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV), Yourgene (YGEN) and naughty Manc scallywag Dan Levi. Finally a comment or two on Scancell (SCLP). The Path/Voyager screenshot is below.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: £155k payoff plus shares for being a director for 1 month shocker!

In today’s podcast I look at Remote Monitored Systems (RMS), Online Blockchain (OBC), Zoetic (ZOE), Zenith Energy (ZEN) - after today’s bombshell expose -  ADVFN (AFN), Optibiotix (OPTI) and Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX)

The FDA gets back to me on Zoetic, perhaps it should chip into the FCA enquiries

The FCA is, as we know, looking hard into numerous matters relating to Zoetic International (ZOE) and Path Investments made it abundantly clear this week that this was the reason it had to pull out of a transaction with the fraudulent, and technically insolvent, Main Market listed pot company. But I had an email last night which suggests that things could well get a lot worse.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - my first training walk for Woodlarks completed, the shame of it

I guess it was about seven miles that my daughter and I managed and it was terribly muddy so hard going but I am not in great shape. On the last Saturday in May I shall be doing 34 miles. I need to up the pace a bit. In the podcast I cover: AIQ (ASIQ), Online Blockchain (OBC), MyHealthChecked (MHC), Zoetic (ZOE), Kanobo (KNB) and Ariana Resources (AAU).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Paul Scott is bang on the money

I will not make that joke about Paul, Lent starts tomorrow and my minimal alcohol intake will be going to zero until Easter. I may have a couple of glasses tonight to brace myself for a period of thirst that lies ahead. In this podcast I discuss Paul’s comments on [email protected] Capital (SYME) and why I think the FCA may not allow this fraud to relist. I look at Zoetic (ZOE) where I am hopeful of an imminent share suspension, and the pot and small cap bubble in general, also looking at today’s pot float, Kanabo (KNB).

The Badger Trust joins the trolls organising a Tom Winnifrith Pile on but is regretting it - Part 1

I do not hide my view of badgers. If you are reading this in some big city, you probably think of them as loveable fury little creatures just like Foxy Woxy. I view them as aggressive vermin just like Foxy Woxy. Badgers eat hedgehogs, animals I rather like. They dig up the graveyard at the end of my fields where one day I shall be buried. They are not after the bodies, just the worms, and that also sees them digging up my lawn and those of all my neighbours. They have a go at my strawberry patch which is adjacent to their sett here at the Welsh Hovel. I loathe badgers.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: This is for Cliff - the corruption of the press expose + Zoetic screwed by Path statement

This is for Cliff weight of ShareSoc. I discuss incidents in my life on Fleet Street showing the corrupt nexus between financial PRs and the press in action. I hope you all find it amusing as informative and relates to this fight I got into earlier today. Then it is onto Brokerman Dan who is a visionary analyst of health stocks, notably MyHealthChecked (MHC) as PL and I are agreed. Finally Zoetic (ZOE) has been exposed by an RNS today from Path Investments (PATH) which is damning. Its implications are clear, Zoetic is now mortally wounded; however, its evil PR spinners tried turd polishing earlier today.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: giving as good as I get to Craig from the Badger Trust

Craig has been stirred up by the trolls who harass me and my family and has now repeated the defamatory remark that I am encouraging others to harm the frightful pests. The Crime Officer at the Badger Trust is now also demanding that I rewrite articles though I have committed no crime. He is not apologising for making up false allegations about what I wrote.  He is picking on the wrong man on behalf of morons who own shares in Zoetic (ZOE) and [email protected] Capital (SYME). Does the Badger Trust really think that harassing a journalist whose only “crime” is exposing fraud, at the instigation of those supporting those frauds, is a good thing to do? I discuss both companies and the failings of Standard Listings with regards to frauds which they demonstrate in spades. I also look at house prices in London and here in the boonies.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 2 stocks my pension bought today & the pot madness grows

Deep Throat has sent Winnileaks 2 confidential presentations for cannabis IPOs c.o low grade brokers Novum and Peterhouse. Novum bats for the Beckham linked Cellular Goods which I exposed here and it is so sleazy it includes a chart of the share price of the Zoetic (ZOE) fraud as a reason to buy. I discuss these companies as well as the Peterhouse play, Spinnaker Opportunies (SPO). If that opportunity knocks, I’ll pass. I look at Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) and discuss the two shares I bought and why: Red Rock Resources (RRR) and AEX Gold (AEXG).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I start with an apology on AEX Gold but this is why I will average down

I am sorry for a bad tip but I drank my own medicine and I will almost certainly average down in the morning in AEX Gold (AEXG). I explain why. Then I look at 88 Energy (88E) at Abingdon Healthcare (ABDX) where I disagree with the leading commentator in our comments section. I comment on the most expensive, shuttered, bars in London at Nightcap (NGHT), on Verditek (VDTK) and give you a taster of the next Zoetic (ZOE) bombshell.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: As it happens I encountered a dead badger today

I start on the subject of badgers and how I met the 1 of the only good sort earlier. Then onto how investors also fail to discount regulatory risk, ref Zoetic (ZOE), a few words on Metro Bank (MTRO) and the million morons march and about what it says about the investment climate. Finally On Rishi Sunak’s idea of a sales tax on o0nline shoppers and why it is wrong at every level

BOMBSHELL: The FCA gets back to me on Zoetic and where does this leave the company?

Tomorrow, I shall publish my correspondence with the FDA in America which has the power to shut down the entire business of Zoetic (ZOE) for its serial rule breaches. But for today I stay in dear old Blighty. I published the dossier showing the lies and law breaking of Zoetic (ZOE) on Wednesday and naturally, being a fine upstanding, badger hating, member of the financial community, ensured that the FCA saw the entire document. At 8.36 PM on Friday the regulator got back to me. It says:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Sorry Mr Poulden I cannot show a double standard but I am not selling my shares

I start with today’s news from Wishbone Gold (WSBN). Despite the appointment of THIS MAN, I remain a loyal shareholder but the appointment is wrong. I can’t show a double standard here. I then look at market madness with reference to Iconic (ICON), Zoetic (ZOE), Versarien (VRS) & Eden Research (EDEN) while also discussing bottom fishing in retail after the bid interest at French Connection (FCCN).

Zoetic International - meet the ramper in chief, like the company, a habitual liar

Yesterday I showed, outside a paywall, a slam dunk and material lie told by Zoetic (ZOE). It is one of countless lies it has told to mislead investors.  But as well as doing its own lying/ ramping, the stock is aggressively promoted by a 3%+ shareholder who also seems prone to telling porkies. It is time to meet John “tell us a tall” Story.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Lucian Miers adds to his only UK short position and why

In today’s podcast, I look at Iconic (ICON), Eden Research (EDEN), [email protected] Capital (SYME) and Zoetic (ZOE). I also look at macro madness in UK short caps and look at what happened in 2001 and 1721, both of which were very similar to today.

Photo article Zoetic – the cover up begins

It seems that today’s demonstration outside of a paywall that Zoetic (ZOE) commits fraud by lying to investors has only spurred morons to buy more shares! They are shrugging off yesterday’s bombshell dossier which they did not read but you can HERE. The Company is not ignoring the dossier but is already seeking to cover up some of its crimes as you can see below.

Let’s make this easy for the FCA & other morons – Zoetic tells slam dunk material lie to investors to deceive them!

The FCA will by now have had ample opportunity to read yesterday’s explosive dossier on Zoetic (ZOE) HERE. I sense, however, that most folks owning the shares will not have done so since they think not paying £1.99 for a day pass is a cost saving as they prepare to kiss goodbye to their savings. Whatever. It is a false economy for you morons. But for the cheapskates, outside the paywall, I offer you one slam dunk and material lie from that dossier. And companies that tell monster lies to deceive investors are frauds, are they not?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: A former bank robber pisses on Supply & Zoetic shareholders from the moral high ground

Thank you Brokerman Dan for supportive words, you are always welcome at the Welsh Hovel and indeed my son often asks when you are coming again. But when a self confessed ex con pisses on folks, like certain shareholders in [email protected] Capital (SYME) and Zoetic (ZOE) from the moral high ground, you know such folks dwell in the moral sewers. I discuss the reaction to today’s Zoetic bombshell and what happens next. I also look at Big Dish (DISH), Agronomics (ANIC), Dev Clever (DEV), Bidstack (BIDS) and Verditek (VDTK) speculating on the bailout placing prices at 2 of those 5. Then I discuss Bacanora Lithium (BCN) where I might be tempted to have a punt.

Burn the shorters: meet Scuba Steve, now a Zoetic owning moron

Of course the short interest in Zoetic (ZOE) is utterly miniscule. But of you are a moron like Scuba Steve that does not matter. You will not have read a dossier dealing with facts which shows why the shares are worth 0p and why the FCA should suspend trading. You are a moron. Meet Scuba Steve as he buys Zoetic today.

BREAKING: The 60 Red Flag Dossier - Zoetic, a £150m capitalised company is between 90% and 100% overvalued

This uber-ramped but almost insolvent company will not like what follows. Since it is 100% fact based and verified there is little it can do, but if it wishes to threaten me with legal action the response will be “see you in Court Bitchez!”. I shall be ensuring that my numerous concerns are brought to the attention of my good friends at the FCA later today.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Oi Comrade Jonathan Price it is me not you who is of the manual labouring classes

I describe how my role in the garden at the Welsh Hovel moved from a purely managerial one today so our resident Euro loon really can’t out working class me today. Only kidding Jonathan, I know you really are an oik. In the main podcast I look at [email protected] Capital (SYME), Greatland Gold (GGP) – great grades shame about the sleazy option news Mr Alex Borelli – Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Eurasia Mining (EUA) and car crash in waiting Zoetic (ZOE). I also look again at Gamestop and who really areb the good and bad guys. There are a lot of financially illiterate commentators talking bollocks on this matter.

Zoetic & Anglesey – there is no shame: just place and be done with it

The two companies have only two things in common. The first is that their balance sheets are thinner than an anorexic Ethiopian supermodel with a coke habit. The second is that in recent weeks their shares have absolutely flown.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Joshua pukes in church, will Zoetic shares puke later

That put an end to his nursery day half way through the practice for the Carol service. Anyhow he is now back here with me and Maddie Moate and recovering. In today’s podcast I discuss a change of name from Concepta (CPT) to My Health Check (MHC) and Wishbone (WSBN) en passant then am upset that Powerhouse (PHE) is still not answering my questions about related party (no sniggering at the back) transactions. Then in more detail DeepVerge (DVRG) and Zoetic (ZOE)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: UKOG treats its shareholders with utter contempt as it loses planning battle

The big excitement of sawing wood with Joshua awaits. Ahead of that I discuss UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) where the shares are 66% overvalued, Zoetic (ZOE) which is even more expensive and Tungsten (TUNG), also a massive sell even after today’s share price slide. After 24 hours we have raised 37% or 42% of the amount needed for the Woodlarks Christmas appeal. Thanks to those who have donated. To those who have not, we are within sight of the point where I will shut up on this matter so how about getting my silence with a donation HERE?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Sosandar placing, you were warned but for some folk it will be a shock and is enough to turn a man to drink

In today’s podcast I look at the shocking behaviour of Sosandar (SOS) and at the even more shocking behaviour of some shareholders in Novacyt (NCYT), shares in which are grotesquely overvalued. I also look at Zoetic (ZOE) where my predictions have come to pass, and at United Carpets (UCG) which should, IMHO, delist from AIM pronto.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Playing the Chris Akers game & another Versarien question for Bobbie Hilliam of Quindell infamy

In today’s podcast, interrupted by the pest Lucian, I look at Chris Akers and what he knows about Dev Clever (DEV), at Versarien (VRS) and an RNS from February 2017 which I urge its hapless Nomad Bobbie Hilliam at Canaccord to consider carefully as his client runs out of money again, at Andalas (ADL), Eurasia (EUA) and Tesla (TSLA). I consider the woes of Bidstack (BIDS) and a company with even less money, the curious trading statement from Zoetic (ZOE) and then do the maths, again, on UK Oil & Gas (UKOG).

I apologise to Zoetic now it should apologise for deceiving investors

In a recent bearcast I termed Zoetic (ZOE) a cannabis stock. The company says that this is wrong it is a hemp stock. I am happy to apologise although my thesis of a company late to jump into a bursting bubble and with cashflow issues that require an urgent equity raise is unchanged. But I’m sorry for my sloppy use of language which just shows how long ago it was that I did any first hand personal research into this matter. Now to the apology Zoetic needs to issue.
