CloudTag: Life in the old fraud yet or just a new fraud and possibly money laundering?

Cloudtag (CTAG) was a bulletin board darling which we exposed as a bankrupt fraud on this website numerous times HERE. Eventually the company’s Nomad, Liam Murray at Cairn Financial, arrived at the same conclusion and gave his notice of resignation.  However the company then raised £975,000 via broker Novum without telling Novum or anyone else about that resignation. Murray thus resigned with immediate effect and Novum unwound the placing while, with no other Nomad prepared to take on this toxic client, it was booted off the AIM sewer in March 2017.

Toople & the DMS deal: the questions are mounting

Over the weekend I flagged up more questions that are begging about the purchase of DMS Holding 2017 Limited announced by uber dog Toople (TOOP) on Friday.  So far no response. So here are a couple more for financial advisor Cairn, of Cloudtag infamy, to ignore completely.

After whacky placing, is AFC Energy the biggest short on AIM? It must be close…

I want to get in there before my colleagues and flag up that the valuation of the ramp du jour AFC Energy (AFC) is absurd and that the company is drowning in red flags. Reading some of the Bulletin Board posts this smells just like Cloudtag although obviously it is not a Norfolk. Natch. I want to makle that clear.

The most moronic of the morons - cites Cloudtag as a reason to buy Iconic

I despair at the stupidity of some investors. I detailed earlier a series of threatening and frankly idiotic tweets from Iconic (ICON) shareholders to me encouraging me to stop doing my job, with threats and abuse. But one moron stands out for his stupidity.

The Sheikh on the Make, hapless Nomad Cairn and the insider dealing – an aide memoire

Hapless Nomad Cairn Financial of Cloudtag (CTAG) infamy has been contacted by both email and phone, to establish whether it has done, as it should do under FCA Rules and contact the FCA regarding suspicious share trades ( i.e. insider dealing) in ADM Energy (ADME) by Dubai Royal Shaikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Al Maktoum. There has been no reply. To focus the attention of Tony Rawlinson, Liam Murray and Jo Turner round at Cairn, here is what appears to have happened. A timeline.

Letter to Nomad Cairn Financial re ADM Energy: why were you party to deception and are you contacting the FCA

Shares in ADM Energy (ADME) are almost certainly, more or less worthless, as Gary Newman explained here. Those who paid c20p at peak “Sheikh on the Make hype”  for the shares must be spitting nails. The object of their anger should be Nomad Cairn Financial, of Cloudtag infamy, to whom I have written today cc’ing in AIM Regulation and the FCA. The letter follows.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Sheik on the make, another nail in Neil Woodford's coffin and the true scandal of today's First Derivatives shocker

In today’s podcast i look more at the Sheikh on the make at ADM Energy (ADME) and the failure of Nomad Cairn of Cloudtag (CTAG) infamy. Just how big is that failure? Then a few words on Neil Woodford and finally I discuss the full extent of the possible regulatory horrors which follow on from today’s shocking breaking news on AIM “superstar” First Derivatives (FDP. Update First now says the lawsuit that could have bankrupted it was withdrawn ( it has not said why) on Friday. That does not explain why there was no RNS on Wednesday.

2000 Morons who want more fraud on AIM ask parliament to ban shorting

Over on the LSE Asylum they are getting terribly excited about a Parliamentary Petition to ban shorting AIM stocks. If they can just find another 98,000 morons to sign (I’d start with the Frontera (FRR), Quindell (QPP) and Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholder lists) then this idea will be debated. Fraudsters must be praying they do.

Frontera Resources falls out with Yorkville which calls in $2.65m debt – it is fecked, will Nomad Cairn walk?

In the end the chaps at Nomad Cairn walked from Cloudtag (CTAG) when it was clear that it was a fraud run by liars. Frontera Resources (FRR) is a shit show run by liars and a fallout with death spiral provider Yorkville (YA) today could be the final straw for Cairn – might it resign leaving the (worthless) shares suspended? Or will Frontera just go bust?

Now about that Cloudtag subsidiary wound up by the taxman a few days ago…

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: if you thought Cloudtag & MySquar showed investors were bonkers meet Helios & Matheson

I start with a trip down memory lane this October 13th. It's back to 1987. can you remember why? Then, if you thought punters in Cloudtag (CTAG) or MySquar (MYSQ) were bonkers ( well they are) then meet Helios & Matheson. This tale will have you in stitches. Unless you are a MySquar moron in which case you will probably see it as an investment opportunity. Then it is onto UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), the Frogs selling and the slump to 2p or less. BTW Lucian Miers is now well in the money and added to his short yesterday. I explain why i3 Energy (i3E) is doomed and will crater soon and also go into the mounting woes of Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR) after this morning's news.

China and the UK property crash elaborates on the points I made in the property crash bearcast HERE. And then we turn to the question of can you find a thousand bagger, the new ASOS (ASC) . BREAKING: African Potash FRAUD - Nomad Cantors will be sued by 3 investors - case gets green light (Cloudtag next!)

This has massive implications for the AIM Casino. We saw last week that the London Stock Exchange was washing its hands of tackling Nomads who sign off on frauds and so allow investors to lose all their cash to shysters. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - The PLC Death List Update - 9 new entrants

I started the PLC death list in June 2015 with 21 members. The aim is to pick stocks that will either go bust or get slung off the AIM Casino. Each departure requires a nreplacement. With nine new entrants today 40 names have joined this select group. So far there have been two outright failures on my part, Mariana Resources (MARL) and Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG). There was one volte face but I was ahead at volte face point and it was a great call both short and long - Wandisco (WAND), two near kills, InternetQ (INTQ) and Monitise (MONI) and thirteen slam dunk kills: Cloudtag (CTAG), Worthington (WRN), African Potash (AFPO), Jiasen (JSI), Camkids (CAMK), China Chaintek (CTAK), JQW (JQW), Afren (AFR), Daniel Stewart (DAN), Sefton (SER), Outsourcey (OUT - boy I enjoyed that one - Afriag (AFRI) and Auhua. I have resolved to be nice to her going forward even if she does spin for Golden Saint Resources (GSR) which is worthless. The video that will nail Amit Ben Haim as a 100% liar when the fraud Cloudtag goes Bust

Well fraud fans, the first day of reckoning for the shabby fraud that is Cloudtag (CTAG) looms. If it has no Nomad in place by Monday night next week then its shares will be booted off AIM. Unable then to raise even death spiral funding and with no sales it will go bust pretty quickly. If it was not already close to going tits up it would not have attempted that last gasp discount placing with broker Novum. So, as no Nomad will sign up to act for an obvious fraud the Fat Lady is waiting in the wings. When this does go bust the video below, recorded with morally bankrupt rampers for hire Proactive, should be examined very closely by the Serious Fraud Office as it is damning..

The LSE Loon is a strong contender for BB Moron of the Year with this classic from last week but it is a bit like Ed Sheeran and the top 10 (heck kids I know what is hip & trending!), Wiids is dominating the Bulletin Board Morons chart. You can see a number of postings by this loon in last week's contest but the winner, nominated by a number of you, is:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: What is a Cloudtag moron & the great EU blow-up we are missing

For the nth time not all Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholders are morons. But some are. I discuss how one defines a moron but also responding to "Rachael" I discuss why my combative style is needed and will not be changing. It cannot be an excuse for some of the things that have gone on. Yesterday's Cloudtag moron has now noticed my wife is of Indian origin and is emailing me accordingly. Then I look at the EU. I have been greatly distracted not least dealing with this utterly brain dead and vile Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholder who has been spamming me with the most ghastly abuse all day. I look at the Bob Diamond bid for Panmure Gordon (PMR) and what it means for the wider broking/corporate advisory sector. I then turn to Premaitha (NIPT) and the wider issue of the pointlessness of commissioned research. I touch on Management Resource Solutions (MRS) in light of the news earlier HERE but now the way it is really trying to screw shareholders with a 5p placing. Reporting ADVFN moron tomwinnifrith to the FCA for market abuse

I detailed earlier how some moron had registered on ADVFN as tomwinnifrith and then posted a lot of piffle making it clear that it was meant to be me. Among the more ridiculous assertions was the statement that: " I will remain selfishly against CTAG, even when it bounces back to previous highs. But not as active as before. We need it to get back to £40m-£60m market cap, at which point we will do it all again." were the biggest Cloudtag bear (target price 0p) be saying he "needed" the shares to get back to a 9-13.5p level and that he expected that because "at that point" would be dramatic. Really? Who do you think is so morally or financially bankrupt that they will sign off on lies for a fraudster. I am now starting a poll, if any of the Nomads's below want to deny that they are morally bankrupt and will not take on this work I will update the article. Vote now, deadline midnight Sunday 26 February. Update 1. It is not Allenby.

Bulletin Board Moron of the week in honour of Tavistock PR

I noted earlier that while most financial PR firms are so morally bankrupt they would spin for uber nonce Rolf Harris if the retainer was high enough, Tavistock PR appears to have some honour quitting as adviser to the FRAUD Cloudtag (CTAG). There are only so many lies you can put your name to I guess. But some folks want to hear lies and to reprint them, the BBMs. Please nominate the most moronic bulletin board post or tweet in the comments section below. The deadline for entries is midnight on Sunday February 26.

Cloudtag suspended pending an announcement: odds on it is the placing in trouble

At 4.18 PM trading in the shares of AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) were suspended ahead of an announcement. I do not know what the news will be but if it was good it would have been rushed out. I assume it is yet more bad news. As I pointed out earlier HERE, Novum Securities has every reason to walk away from the £975,000 placing at 3.75p announced this morning.

Exclusive Photo Article: Cloudtag Onitor heart rate product used on CTAG shareholders for the first time today.

With the shares now suspended as a 4.18 PM so more ( almost certainly bad) news on the way it has not been a good day for the morons who own shares in this company without a product. Or so we thought....But apparently the Onitor heart rate tracker was used by some shareholders today as they saw their life savings wiped out and we have a photo of it in action.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: More ouzo, vindicated on RapidCloud's descent to zero as well

In the main bearcast today I touch on the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud but that is really covered in its own bearcast HERE. I do look at RapidCloud which was suspended today and will lose its AIM listing in a month. Who warned you that this would face a "terminal conclusion" 149 days ago? Was it PR wankers Walbrook or Nomad WH Ireland or savants on the LSE Asylum? Er no, it was me HERE.  I then look at Challenger (CHAL) a zero in waiting, Iofina (IOF) and IGAS (IGAS) both of which should also be zeros. I commend today's excellent piece from Nigel, the Deputy Sheriff of AIM,  on the Servision (SEV) scandal HERE. I take Nomad Allenby to task for failing to comment on this and for allowing Servision to mislead mug punters. AGAIN. Finally I take apart overvalued ramp Wey Education (WEY). Its shares are up 33% today. That is a ramp not a reflection of value.

Has anyone got an address for Cloudtag ramper in chief Liam Nicholas - I'd like to doorstep him this weekend

One of the main, if not the main, ramper of shares in the worthless fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is a Bristol based fellow called Liam Nicholas, the author of this ramptastic blog. Liam works for a company in the white van hire rental business and his ludicrously partisan commentary is one reason so many folks are nursing huge losses on this AIM fraud. I have spoken to the Mrs and she has agreed to hold the camera if I visit Liam this weekend as we too live in Bristol.

I think I need make no comment on this tweet from a fellow who does not like me unravelling the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud. It shows just how thick some mug punters are. Do you think this chap has a wife & kids or an employer? What would they say about this? Would they be proud of him?

Breaking: Cloudtag Nomad Cairn quit weeks ago: source - get out of jail card for Novum?

It has today been announced that Nomad Cairn will cease to act for AIM listed (pro tem) FRAUD Cloudtag (CTAG) on April 10 at which point the shares will be suspended if no other Nomad is prepared to agree to sign off on lies issued via RNS. The shares have crashed to 2.75p to sell which means that those clients of Novum Securities who were stuffed into a placing at 3.75p THIS MORNING must be well pissed. But fear not... I have a shocking revelation that gets them off the hook.

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Ouzo Photo Bearcast: Cloudtag, the fraudsters and the morons - it is downfall day for you

I waited until 10 AM before drinking a bit of my father's ouzo in celebration of the Cloudtag (CTAG) take-down described earlier HERE. That is the sort of restrained guy I am. Boy does the ouzo - pictured below - taste great and its only 51 days and I shall be back in Greece for a lot more. Today has been a 100% vindication for The Sheriff of AIM and my fellow bears and the Bulletin Board Morons and fraudsters are now in undignified retreat. I discuss what happens next, have a few new revelations and a few lessons the morons will, no doubt, not learn in this bonus podcast. If you are client of Novum stuffed into today's placing I explain how you can get your cash back.

I had brought the bottle below back from Greece for my father. But I know he will understand. It is a very large celebratory ouzo for breakfast as the AIM fraud of the year Cloudtag (CTAG) has fessed up - its hapless Nomad Cairn has finally had enough of signing off on lies and has quit. It gets worse and it is going to get worse still. Bulletin Board Morons and Aidan Earley who smeared and attacked The Sheriff of AIM for repeatedly calling this out as a fraud line up and apologise now you bastards!

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Gosh some Amur shareholders really are as thick as pigshit & don't y'all love our new Cloudtag countdown clock

Don't you just love our new Cloudtag (CTAG) countdown clock on the right hand side of this page? I am already assembling material old and new for this presentation at UK Investor but the clock is a jolly jape is it not? Elsewhere I never cease to wonder at the stupidity of some investors. I look at Amur (AMC) in this respect. I then look at Weatherly (WTI) which is telling you, plain as day, that its shares are worthless. I explain a few hard facts and ask new questions about Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and then have a butchers at Rosslyn Data (RDT) shares in which have just hit a new all time low. I wonder why? Smiley face, smiley face.

Cloudtag Results Prize Competition - win a bottle of Red Leg Rum

For a company with revenues of exactly nil despite all the lies about guaranteed sales of $5.2 million etc, the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) takes an awfully long time in publishing its (bound to be dire) results for the year to 30 September. The Pirate Pete Landau, going to jail, winning Bulletin Board Moron of the week is...

As you can see HERE there were many half decent entries in last week's contest but the winner is a stand out and is, natch, from the LSE Asylum. Did you know that on that Asylum it has been arranged so that you cannot provide a link to an article on this website? Yup not only is it rampers only but you cannot even link to a counter point of view. Je suis LSE eh? So the winning entry is spotted by Juicin and is ( from the Cloudtag (CTAG) thread natch):

FRAUD Cloudtag - why did its PR advisers Tavistock resign the account?

Normally PR firms, being so utterly 100% morally bankrupt, only resign an account for an AIM PLC if the client can't pay its bills. Just now and again a PR firm finds a client so utterly fraudulent that to protect its own reputation, it walks - think the FRAUD African Potash for instance. And so that brings us to the FRAUD Cloudtag (CTAG).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I stand corrected, the CEO was not in the bath & killers gorge, political correctness gone mad

After the Slater & Gordon (SGH) bearcast earlier you may have thought that I was sleeping off half a bottle of ouzo. Au contraire, I have been touring the Mani with George the Architect, the man who helped me to expose InternetQ last year. We went past Killers Gorge. Why can't you kill unsuitable boyfriends of your daughter or sister any more? As my daughter prepares to turn 16 this year I sadly conclude that this is yet another example of political correctness gone mad.  In terms of stocks I offer a couple of corrections on Tracsis (TRCS) after yesterday's bearcast then look at Xtract Resources (XTR), Ascent Resources (AST), FastForward (FFWD), the over ramped hype company with which my good friend Jim Mellon is involved, Cobham (COB), Infrastructure India (IIP) and also the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). And I refer to a drooling Evil Knievil ref THIS ARTICLE.

Cloudtag – have punters backed the wrong brother?

For many Bulletin Board Morons their unswerving belief in the fraud that is Cloudtag (CTAG) is partly rooted in the belief that CEO Mr Ben Haim is a man with the midas touch. Cloudtag - Why selling the warrants will be a bigger challenge for L1 Capital than Loan note conversion shares

If one looks at the volume of shares traded in the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) in the last four months (from LSE’s AIM statistics) you can see that almost half the shares in the company changed hands in the month of December, reflecting the run up to existing launch of new exciting product at CES show in Las Vegas (hmm sounds rather familiar didn’t that happen in 2016 as well?).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Meeting with lawyers to go after the frauds African Potash and Cloudtag

I have not heard back from Amit Ben Haim, CEO of the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) about the generous offer I made him earlier HERE. I am just such an all round nice guy am I not? The bad news for him and lyin' Chris Cleverley CEO of the African Potash (AFPO) fraud is that I met with lawyers today to try to see if their is a case for those who have lost money buying shares in either fraud. We think there is and Potash will be first in line. If you have lost money on Potash my email is [email protected] and follow the instructions in this podcast AT ONCE. I also look at Management Resource Solutions (MRS) and Igas (IGAS) and remind you what it means if bonds in a company trade at a big discount to par.

Selective fascist censorship on LSE Asylum as bear raider Waseem Shakoor lets rip again on the Cloudtag fraud

Bear raider Waseem Shakoor has let rip again on the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). The great Waseem, currently recovering from a sporting injury common among middle aged athletes, has served up a real reality check to the morons on how quickly, if ever, Onitors appear in British stores. This is a strong follow up to yesterday's coke penis photo report from the Spring Fair. What is fascinating is how the LSE Asylum is applying selective censorship of Waseem who says that he has received a message from LSE asking me to refrain from saying "I've spoken to a Cloudtag source" as it couldn't be verified. Since when did everything you write on a bulletin board have to be verified asks the Bear. Indeed. Waseem's two posts, which will no dount be removed altogether soon, read:

Cloudtag at NEC Spring Fair - Oh Dear the punters not impressed

If only I had known that there was a Spring fair at Birmingham's NEC this weekend just ended for I have been up near there visiting my dad in Shipston and could have attended. As luck would have it I was in Warwickshire this morning and so why not visit the spring fair to check out Cloudtag's (CTAG) Onitor product? Why not indeed, my camera was with me and so the Pizza Hardman Darren Atwater registered me as a delegate at the "Spring Fair" and I headed to the NEC. As it happens I could not print out my badge but a full ISIS brigade in full uniform and carrying machine guns could have breached the security. I pinched a guide and wandered past the guards reading the thick booklet attentively as if I belonged, and I was in.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: V is for Vermin, Vendetta and Vindication

There is a convicted criminal & twice bankrupted man who is barred from being a company director who wants to shut this website down and me with it. Events today at Cloudtag (CTAG) - where the shares will, as I explain, now tank fast - and in the Courts regarding Darren Winters show how vital our work is. And frankly it requires gonads of steel to see off fraudsters and criminals who do not like what we do.  I also cover Stratmin (STGR) and Management Resource Solutions (MRS) today and thank you all for the supportive messages. We are 100% vindicated today. Certain convicted crims should just send me a case of ouzo and STFU

Then it is on to London Capital Group (LCG), Kennedy Ventures (KENV), Autins (AUTG) where - in my view - the now ex CEO Jim Griffin should face a full stewards at the FCA, insolvent dog Andalas (ADL) and finally a look at Corero (CNS) where I crunch the hard numbers for you and the results are not good.

Cloudtag Inc – Post 2017 CES feedback – The Silence is deafening

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Corporate lying & using the wrong words: I am sounding like my father

If I sound more like my father that is a good thing for he is honest and precise in his use of language, although he would not use some of the "french phrases" which occur in this podcast. I discuss the use of language and how wording has an exact meaning - this is in relation to Coral Products (CRU) which needs to clarify something. I do not think it is a fraud and it can easily blame its useless Nomad Cairn. After what it has signed off for Cloudtag (CTAG) few will fail to accept such an excuse. I then move onto deliberate lying by AIM Companies which is actually quite rare. Gross over-promotion is quite common. I explain the difference. Cloudtag and Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) are mentioned in detail in this section. In discussing what is a fact I refer to my article of yesterday on Holocaust Memorial Day which is HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The great director share buying spoof, oh Joe you are such a naughty boy

You think that following director share buys is smart? Not always. I start with Coral Products where old Joe Grimond really is spoofing us all with a recycling of a dividend that really should not be paid. Coral also highlights those scallywags at Cairn signing off on another RNS lie just like they do for the fraud  Cloudtag (CTAG). Then I look at Quindell (QPP) in that vein and at Avanti Communications (AVN) commenting on its refinancing completed today. Then it is onto the hot gossip of the cash crisis at Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) where I have another story breaking this weekend. Finally I touch on the troubles at Guscio (GUSC)

Cloudtag - Sub 5p by end February says Bear Raider Waseem Shakoor

Shares in the AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) have dribbled lower to 6.5p to sell today but what is noticeable is the volume, or rather lack of it. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: possibly the biggest scandal in AIM history to go nuclear this week?

Weekend press reports (not in the UK natch as the British press is ignoring this £2 billion City scandal for reasons one can only imagine) suggest that the FBI is now investigating. Already in France there have been arrests including that of the CEO of Areva - Atomic Anne - which bought AIM & TSX listed Uramin for £2 billion and had written all of its assets off as worthless within three years. There is also a major new investigative book out on the scandal due out on Thursday. I am sure my good friend Jim Mellon will be ordering an advance copy. Elsewhere I look at Vislink (VLK), at the train wreck waiting to happen at Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), at Fitbug (FITB) and Cloudtag (CTAG) and then finally at SalvarX (SALV) - placing ahoy on this related party express train to planet hype.

It is shocking how similar the two cases are and the results will also be the same. In this podcast I reference the work of Waseem Shakoor in exposing both frauds and of my hero, Sam Antar, on the psychology of stockmarket fraud and how it plays out here

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Why we must read accounts from the back forwards and Sirius vs Cloudtag

I admit that i am too lazy when it comes to reading report and accounts. I should be more of a geek like Steve Moore. In today's podcast I explain why my sloth is a sin and why we should all read from the back to the front. I also look at investment versus trading, Sirius (SXX) vs Cloudtag (CTAG). Other companies mentioned include African Potash (AFPO), Inspirit (INSP) and Strat Aero (AERO). I am now offline as I tidy up the mess created by Oakley and the different mess created by me before the Mrs and Joshua return home.

At the CES show this week Cloudtag (CTAG) will be launching its product and Amit Ben Haim will go on Proactive to promise that this will translate into hard sales by May. Oh, no that was 2016 and total sales were nil. But maybe it will be different this time eh? In honor of the morons who think it will be, please post in the comments section below the most idiotic comments on twitter or on Bulletin Boards from the first week of 2017. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - can Paul Scott end my confusion and will Rob Terry be arrested in 2017?

I am watching high quality TV like Midsomer Murders as the Mrs is away. I am bombarded with adverts for online fashion and holiday booking and am terribly confused - I need health guru Paul Scott to help explain what is going on as something is just not right. Then I look at when the criminal gangs at Quindell (QPP), Globo (GBO) and Worthington (WRN) will face justice. At least one might be in 2017. And I ask why Cloudtag (CTAG) morons want to send cash to a convicted criminal who appears to be living in a £3 million house despite BOTH he and his wife going through bankruptcty. It's all very odd.

Honestly you could not make this up. Convicted felon & libeller Aidan Earley, of Worthington (WRN) - now in liquidation - infamy, has responded to his new found fans, largely Cloudtag (CTAG) owning morons, by setting up a crowdfunding appeal to help fight me in the Courts. ShareProphets Share Tips of the year Number 17 - Sell Eden Research says Tom Winnifrith

In the long run buying shares in companies that break accounting rules, commit fraud and which are running out of, other people's, money is a recipe for poverty and thus AIM listed fraud Eden Research is my second share tip of the year, like my first (Cloudtag HERE) it is as a sell. Why is it that morons obsess about my mother's suicide?

My mother killed herself in 1976. I did not write about the incident until a couple of years ago when her brother, Christopher Booker, wrote about it in the Daily Mail so pushing me to publish my thoughts. FRAUD African Potash: why hide the vote as share trading dries up completely?

The fraud African Potash (AFPO) now sees its shares trade on the ISDX lobster pot as it is still yet to find a replacement Nomad to act for it on the AIM Casino following the resignation of Cantor Fitzgerald. Not even Cairn Financial - which pro tem acts for the serial liars at Cloudtag (CTAG) - will act for lyin' Chris Cleverley. So on January 7 the relegation to ISDX will become permanent. The pledges of CEO Cleverley that he was optimistic of finding a new Nomad will be shown to be...er... lies. Quelle surprise. But it gets worse and will get even more worse on Christmas Eve.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - suffering at the Post Office as Cloudtag fesses up to ANOTHER lie

In today's late bearcast I relay a stressful experience in the Post Office and the discovery of ouzo in my local Sainsbury. Is it just for me do you think? Cloudtag (CTAG) was caught telling porkies AGAIN, this time by Nigel, and I discuss that. I discuss React (REAT) shares in which we own. Then I look at Servision (SEV) and finally note Drunken Sailor's revelation on United Cocao (CHOC). And there is news about what is in store between now and Boxing day.

Cloudtag: FFS Cairn how many times will you take it up the arse before you quit? New Letter sent

And so today we have another revelation, this time from Nigel, showing how the rotters at Cloudtag (CTAG) have once again lied to investors in an RNS. I say once again because we have now lost track of the number of times this has happened. And the lies have been told with deliberate purpose: to pump the share price to allow both insiders and those backing placing after placing to dump stock at inflated prices. This is fraud. Yet Nomad Cairn continues to sign off on these lies issued via RNS, to tolerate CEO Amit lying in podcasts and videos to ramp the shares. So I have written once again to Cairn and cc'd in AIM Regulation

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Cloudtag - this is why a 100% wipeout is inevitable (and Mkango you are bastards)

I am not in the best of moods today. But that is not the fault of JK Rowling as her film (see yesterday) was actually not bad. In the firing line a detailed look at Avanti Communications (AVN), a lot of questions about the Worthington (WRN) fraud now in liquidation and questions for the FCA/UKLA about that. Cloudtag: An Open Letter to Cairn Financial - when will you quit as Nomad? Now?

It is an open secret in the City that Cairn Financial will, at some stage, cease to act as Nomad for Cloudtag (CTAG). And given that the AIM listed company has lied to investors on a serial basis and also committed securities fraud no other Nomad will take this account on. As such, when Cairn quits, the shares will be suspended and a month later booted off AIM. That will preclude any more fund raisings and so will mean shareholders lose everything as the company goes bust. This situation is unfair on investors and so I have written to Cairn. That is because I am just a nice guy.

UPDATED: Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast: was it Cloudtag fined £75,000 by AIM Regulation - a dark day of shame for the Casino

Update. I have it on good authority that it was NOT Cloudtag fined. Hpefully uit will be. The share tip I mention at 7.45 can be accessed for £5 HERE. The notice of the £75,000 fine by AIM Regulation on an un-named company, levied last Thursday is HERE. That company not Cloudtag (CTAG) - it should be. Whoever it is should fess up. This is a dark day for AIM as it has fined the wrong party (the shareholders not the board) and in not naming the company it also screws the shareholders again. Regulators have form with private censures that let everyone down. I compare this to the 3DM scandal.

How many of Cairn's clients are frauds and how many will quit to avoid reputational damage? I list them all...

Nomad Cairn has not resigned as adviser to Cloudtag (CTAG) even though it has lied to investors on a serial basis and committed Securities fraud. Cairn's reputation is thus in tatters. It thus begs the question of how any of its other clients are frauds, how many are simply not investment grade material and how many of the few good clients will want to be associated with the disgraced Nomad for much longer as it will not help their share prices to be linked to this rotten, stinking adviser. The clients are listed below by AIM or ISDX category.

Tom Winnifrith bearcast: you vote should I sack Gary Newman & Steve Moore on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day

In this podcast I revisit the vexed subject of Xtract Resources (XTR) which begs the question of when exactly I should sack Gary Newman and Steve Moore. Having seen a Christmas Carol last night I am inspired by my hero Scrooge, that is to say before he got all soppy, Guardian reading and pathetic in his old age. Where do I start when it comes to the race of short, untrustworthy, bone idle, sheep molesting, welfare addicted whingers who blame all their woes on the English? Cloudtag and the "interesting" related party deal on Amit's office space

Amit Ben Haim and Cloudtag appear happy for me to call them liars over the events of last week. They have not sued me for libel so let us assume that it is now a given, accepted by all that they are liars. But then for a company that has committed wholesale securities fraud as has Cloudtag, is telling grotesque lies really such a concern? So what to discuss today? Well how about one of the ways CEO Amit takes cash out of the company. The serviced office trick.

We are attacking Cloudtag because its CEO is Jewish say the LSE Morons - I despair

No! We are attacking a company whose CEO Amit Ben Haim happens to be Jewish because that company has committed securities fraud and lied to its investors. This is a pathetic play the men - because apparently we are all anti-semites here even our writers who happen to be Jewish themselves - not the ball technique. My own writings on matters relating to both anti semitism and the state of Israel should leave you in no doubt where I stand. One of my favourite videos of recent years was recorded in Berlin and is HERE. Another article which moved me greatly was when I visited the synagogue in Corfu. This has a personal link for me.

Amid frantic speculation by the most moronic of bulletin board morons which saw shares in Cloudtag (CTAG) up to 15.5p the company has, for the second time this week, been forced to issue a statement. Regulators are watching this company, which has - of course - committed wholesale securities fraud, like a hawk.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Staring down the barrel - just one week left for the bailout placings

I am just so tired after day 4 of the olive harvest. You can see today's report - into the lair of the snake - HERE. In this podcast I cover: Cloudtag (CTAG), Strat Aero (AERO), Andalas (ADL), the CFD firms and the FCA, notably Plus 500 (PLUS), African Potash (FRAUD), Corero (CNS), Inspirit (INSP) and Fishing Republic (FISH).

Cloudtag forced to make statement and its all bollocks

Staff at Cloudtag's (CTAG) hapless Nomad (Cairn Financial) must be going bonkers. My friend Liam Murray does not have much hair but he must be tearing out the little that he does have. A CEO who communicates not only via RNS statements that are totally untrue but also via private emails to members of a shareholder base from Bedlam who will at 2+2 to make 27 is a toxic mix. It is not how a regulated orderly market is meant to work. And so yesterday shares in Cloudtag zoomed ahead by as much as 35% peaking at 8.5p. So Cairn forced the CEO, Mr Amit Ben Haim, to make a statement. The shares closed at 7.875p. The statement is a total joke.

Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest - joint winners

Naturally it is the Cloudtag (CTAG) morons who provided us with the most sport in the week gone by. But in case you think that Cloudtag threads are the only place to search for lunacy - other than comments by our very own Wildes on his beloved LGO Energy & FastJet - think again. There are always those holding golden tickets in Worthington (WRN) who know who is to blame for its problems: criminal Tom Winnifrith. Whatever.. There were stacks of good entries in last week's contest as you can see HERE but the joint winners are:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 550kg of olives harvested in one day, I'm cream crackered

I am utterly wiped out after day one of what looks like being a cracking harvest. A full photo report is HERE. In the podcast I discuss votes tomorrow in Austria and Italy and what they mean and why we bears are feeling good about the lack of a Santa Rally. Trump was Santa this year and that rally is over. I explain why I disagree with Malcolm Stacey's article today. I then look at a number of AIM stocks set to slide and why, as I refer to Steve's piece earlier. In focus: Avanti Communications (AVN), Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), Telit (TCM), Boohoo (BOO), Tungsten (TUNG), Fastjet (FJET), Cloudtag (CTAG), African Potash (AFPO) and I have a few words about Worthington (WRN)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Please God let those emails arrive so I can ruin someone's weekend

I have had some emails read out to me and they are dynamite. I hope they will land in my in-box soon. I shall pop into the small church on the way to the Greek Hovel tonight to say a prayer for their safe arrival as if they arrive some folks are in deep deep merde and it will certainly be an ouzo o'clock moment.  Please join me in my prayers. Elsewhere I look at Boohoo.com (BOO), Avanti Communications (AVN), Cloudtag (CTAG), Mosman Oil & Gas (SHITE), African Potash (FRAUD), 88 Energy (HYPE) and with that I wish you all a happy weekend.

Bear raider Waseem Shakoor warns again on Cloudtag - share price crash accelerating

I sense that Waseem and I will not be getting that many Christmas cards this year from the morons who still hold shares in Cloudtag (CTAG) but we did warn you time and time again. Yesterday Cloudtag (CTAG) finally fessed up that Corvus Capital, the vehicle of dodgy Andrew Regan had dumped all its shares months ago at the peak of the ramp onto unsuspecting Bulletin Board Morons. Waseem Shakoor explains how a death spiral works for rubbish AIM Companies

The great bear raider is a charitable soul and is doing his very best to explain to Cloudtag (CTAG) owning morons how death spirals work for frauds like the one they are invested in. Then it is onto Trakm8 (TRAK) and a general point about acquisitive companies - the specifics of my latest triumph are covered HERE. Then it is onto Cloudtag (CTAG) and a detailed look at the numbers for Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) in terms of when it will run out cash, then onto Boxhill (BOX) and more questions for sleazy Lord Razzall. But the regulators at Canary Wharf as well as Marcus Stuttard's team of Keystone Cops at AIM Regulation must be awqare of this fraudulent company by now. CloudTag – just how secure is that death spiral funding package?

We wait patiently for AIM-listed Cloudtag (CTAG) to get its fitness device off the production line - if either actually exists. Then it can meet the $5.2 million guaranteed order during 2016 from Second Chance which has morphed into what looks more like an £880,000 expression of interest which might lead to sales some time this year or next, if ever. Until then we can rely upon the death spiral funding package announced on 7 November to keep the company from taking a one-way trip to the corporate knackers’ yard. Or can we?

Then it is onto Optibiotix (OPTI), Minoan (MIN), Nighthawk (HAWK), Strat Aero, (AERO), Botswana Diamonds (BOD), a grammar lesson for the City's top oil analyst and finally a new golden rule for shares: the inverse relationship between the number of homophobic lunatics on a shareholder list and the long term prospects of a company. I refer of course to, drowning in red flags, Cloudtag (CTAG)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The Cloudtag boss and swapping stolen documents for cash in a Motorway Service Station

I start with the cot which is still driving me mad. Meanwhile it looks like the Mrs is going to term and is coming home tonight so I must cover up evidence of two days of bachelor life, that is to say myself & Oakley not being that tidy. In company matters I comment on Strat Aero (AERO) but will do a longer piece later, on Wishbone Gold (WSBN), on Tower Resources (TRP) and on Cloudtag (CTAG). The mad nutters who ramp this on twitter are now accusing poor Lucian Miers of being part of a paedophile ring (he is not) for daring to suggest that this over-ramped POS is not a buy. I am reminded of when I first came across the man behind this worthless company.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: A deluge of AIM sleaze as I prepare to assemble a cot, a task from Greek mythology

In a while I must go asremble a cot. It won't be like a cot of old but is bound to have 85 parts, six types of screw, an Allan Key and instructions designed for a Nobel Prize winner. It is like a heroic task from Greek mythology and I expect to be in a bad mood soon. So for that reason and one other I record early. On the agenda: Cloudtag (CTAG), Gulf Keystone (GKP), Pantheon Resources (PANR), 88 Energy (88E), Vipera (VIP), XCite Energy (XEL) and Strat Aero (AERO) and only en passant the fraudsters at African Potash (AFPO). This podcast is long and detailed.

Has Cloudtag committed Fraud & was Nomad Cairn complicit - FCA & AIM Regulation asked to investigate NOW!

Yesterday I explained how AIM listed Cloudtag issued an RNS four days before a placing boasting of $5.2 million of guaranteed orders which was simply not true. To me this is blatant fraud and as such I have written to AIM Regulation (the Oxymorons) and the FCA (The Chocolate Teapots) asking both to investigate both Cloudtag and also its Nomad Cairn which appears, at best, to have been asleep at the wheel for almost nine months. I know that Cairn boss Tony Rawlinson goes skiing each year with a senior figure in AIM Regulation but this scandal cannot be brushed under the carpet.

Cloudtag - the press is part of the problem of AIM Corruption, not the solution

The Mail on Sunday is such a truly vile publication that as a service to this website, I read it so that you do not have to, just in case it contains anything of interest. This week amid the usual nonsense about how immigrants give you cancer and a scoop about loathsome crook Keith Vaz MP playing away from his Mrs with a couple of Polish rentboys, the paper covers ramp de jour Cloudtag (CTAG). Needless to say the coverage is shocking.

The weekly small cap round up is penned by Ian Lyall of Proactive Investors, a company which earns its money taking money from small caps to help them ramp their shares. As such this column does not go big on investigative fraud busting or hard hitting analysis. It mght as well be written by Justin the Clown or Zak Mir so packed is it with sacharine piffle.

And so we come to Cloudtag where Lyall notes:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: RIP Maurice Byrne, this is dedicated to you my friend

I start with a dedication to Maurice Byrne, a friend of my family for more than 40 years, a true eccentric and a bearcast listener who sadly passed away on Thursday. I will miss him, not least as a bulwark against the raging political correctness of my family. Then I turn to Cloudtag (CTAG) and African Potash (AFPO) two companies now exposed as having lied to investors in a material way just days before placings. What does this say about investing in frauds? What does it mean for the shares and what does it mean for AIM? as the Potash story now starts to head towards the Nationals (oh yes St Brides PR brace yourselves, you can smear me but will you continue in that vein?) what happens next in both cases? Maurice would have enjoyed these battles in so many ways.

Cloudtag: revenue warning and an admission it lied 4 days before a placing: that is FRAUD

Hell: who cares if a company on AIM tells a blatant lie about a big order a few days before a bailout placing? African Potash (AFPO) reckons that is okay and now it appears that the most ramped stock of the moment, Cloudtag (CTAG) thinks that it is just part of the game too. Does anyone care about the rules any more or is fraud now acceptable on AIM?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: How do you keep an Idiot in suspense? I tell y'all at Memery Crystal later!

Yes my day is dominated by the suicide note penned by Memery Crystal for the fraudsters African Potash (AFPO), aka its fascist letter sent to me yesterday. I am preparing a response. What is it you say? Aha...wait and see. I also look at Glenwick (GWIK), Eckoh (ECK), Cloudtag (CTAG) and McCarthy (MCS) and what that says about the impending house price crash. I explain why this really is a global asset class and refer you to what is happening across the pond.

Tom Winnifrith BearCast - The Sheriff of AIM gets a fascist lawyer's letter

Happy Wedding Anniversary said the email from Memery Crystal lawyers to African Potash (AFPO). Actually it did not, I made that up. Just like African Potash makes up its press releases ahead of a placing. I shall reply to Potash in a "formal" manner tomorrow. Elsewhere I look at Cloudtag (CTAG), Edenville (EDL), Zincox (ZOX), Gable (GAH) and Mayan (MYN), the former Northcote (NTC).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Lyin' Chris Cleverley of African Potash sue me for libel or resign in disgrace now!

Over the past week I have demonstrated quite clearly that African Potash has engaged in securities fraud as lyin' Chris Cleverley has, on a serial basis, lied and misled investors in order to get away a bailout placing. In this podcast I make it clear: lyin' Chris must sue me for libel or must resign in disgrace. I shall up the ante later as more documents fall into my possession. Elsewhere I look at Strat Aero (AERO), Tlou Energy (TLOU), Avocet Mining (AVM), Cloudtag (CTAG) and in a detailed way at Pressure Technologies (PRES).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Acid tests for AIM Regulation and the FCA: Cloudtag and African Potash

The message to my daughter on why I'm rooting for Donald Trump really is now live now and can be found HERE. Meanwhile, over the past week we have demonstrated clearly that there is an almighty stink about both Cloudtag (CTAG) - HERE -  and also African Potash (AFPO) - HERE. I have presented the evidence to the FCA and AIM regulation, I explain why this is now an acid test for the credibility of the casino and who exactly is in the firing line.

CloudTag & the lies about that $5.2m order - Second Chance Limited accounts say it all

Yesterday I pointed out that the RNS relating to the supposed $5.2 million order that AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) had secured from UK distributor had, within months been shown to be a lie - as you can see HERE the guaranteed quarterly order just had not occurred. Now let's move on to whether Second Chance has any chance of fulfilling the "guaranteed" $5.2 million order for calendar 2016. Let's go to Companies House.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: An apology to Jo Hart of Midas, Cloudtag to be reported to FCA for lying to or misleading punters 4 days before placing

I start with an apology to Ms Jo Hart of Midas in the Daily Mail who I termed a silly witch who shames our profession last week. She is, in fact, clearly the world's greatest tipster for today she has lavished praise on a stock we own shed loads of- Concepta (CPT). I end with a note that I have put my daughter straight on Donald Trump HERE. The bu;t of the podcast discusses bigger fool investing with reference to Cloudtag (CTAG) and I explain why Cynical Bear was far too kind on the POS company earlier today and why I am reporting Cloudtag and its Nomad Cairn to the regulators for either lying to investors or misleading them in a material way four days before a bailout placing.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Riling fraudsters and their advisors, yes you Stewart Dickson of African Potash infamy

A rushed day, back to hospital in five minutes. Ahead I discuss why mug punters and Justin the Clown love blue sky rubbish like Cloudtag (CTAG) but not value plays. I discuss three value plays I know well two of which we own: San Leon (SLE), Obtala (OBT) and Guscio (GUSC). Boring is sexy. Then I look at a non value stock mugs like, North River Resources (NRRP). Then I discuss how one plays the game: fraud hunter vs fraudsters and yes that might involve producing mugs!

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast: Justin the Clown & Cloudtag: Manna for Morons

Sheep shagging buffoon Justin the Clown is unrepentant after the Andalas debacle and yesterday transmitted a podcast with the CEO of Cloudtag (CTAG) which is the Bulletin Board Moron ramp de jour. In this podcast I tear into the Clown but also into Cloudtag explaining all the reasons why it is a sell and flagging up the issues the Clown would not tackle as he sucked up to another CEO on the ramp and his moronic audience.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - the 3 Xs who blow apart most AIM scams and frauds

Firstly I have a problem with my box set of "The Omen" and ask for your help. I then discuss in light of today's three legal scoops with documents falling into my paws ( Strat Aero - HERE, Iofina - HERE and Golden Saint Resources - HERE) the 3Xs who help investigative journalists do their job and my encounters with all three on Quindell and other cases. At a company level I look at: Card factory (CARD), Iofina (IOF), Noricum Gold (NMG), Avanti Communications (AVN) and xCite Energy (XEL) and i also discuss why Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholders are like a swarm of wasps and what that means.

The Cloudtag Fundraisings that do not add up - and the question the Nomad has NOT asked

Time and time again this year Cloudtag (CTAG) has been able to raise funds at a small premium to the prevailing mid. It did so again today raising £580,000 at 5.8p, a 5.45% premium to the closing price yesterday of 5.5p. Questions, questions, questions.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Sound Oil, FastJet to Cloudtag, gravity cant be defied forever

I have met with an unprecedented barrage of hate and harassment from folks in Liverpool as I describe here. Moving on from that I ad my thoughts to those of Gary Newman on Sound Energy (SOU) and Graham Neary on FastJet (FJET) and chip in with a few ideas on Motif Bio (MTFB), African Potash (FRAUD), GLI Finance (GLIF) and Cloudtag (CTAG)

More PR horseshit from CloudTag - next placing due when?

Cloudtag (CTAG) the AIM listed jam tomorrow producer staged its last placing on July 14 but will again have negative net current assets by September 1 and is thus serving up more ramptastic PR bollocks to its moronic shareholder base to ramp the stock ahead of the next confetti issue. Today's "Binding Heads of Terms Signed with US Partner" RNS puffery was a classic.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Cloudtag, Starcom, Sunrise - Morons, like cockroaches, are everywhere & have few brain cells

Thanks firstly to those kind folks who showed some appreciation for the introduction to yesterday's bearcast - praise is always welcome. I am still in a bad mood so watch out for some choice French as I discuss Cloudtag (CTAG), Starcom (STAR), ECR Minerals (ECR), Kibo Mining (KIBO), Conroy (CGNR), Iofina (IOF) - in detail - and Sunrise Resources (SRES) and its broker Belfort Securities. Watch out it is placing ahoy at Sunrise as I explain in detail. Just do the math!

Bulletin Board Moron of the Week: back for Worthington's Final collapse

As I noted earlier, Friday really could be Worthington's (WRN) last stand. No doubt its supporters on the LSE will have all sorts of excuses and will be blaming the usual suspects (me, Brexit, Evil) for their losses. This is too much of an opportunity to miss for we voyeurs of the moron community. But posts from other threads can also be submitted in the comments section below with a deadline of Sunday 24th July. I reckon Cloudtag (CTAG) and Highlands Natural (HNR) on the LSE and ADVFN asylums will prove happy hunting grounds.

Cloudtag Placing (quelle surprise) so when's the next one?

CloudTag (CTAG), the company that produces jam tomorrow and is ramped by a legion of pea brained inbred imbeciles with a collective IQ of less than your average tomato has announced yet another placing, this time raising £800,000 (before costs) at 5.25p. Hmmmm.

Cloudtag Does Hidden Placing I do hope the morons were lubed up

This is so shoddy. As I have pointed out on a number of occasions, Cloudtag (CTAG) has negative net current assets and is burning cash. Hitherto it has managed to persuade mug punters to buy into placings done at a premium to the prevailing share price on the basis that there was lots of jam tomorrow.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - the curse of the tipster, commercial suicide

In this podcast I discuss pruning here in Bristol, an update on the Gooseberry crumble and then the lessons about how folks behave as investors or rather gamblers we can learn from the Worthington (WRN) fraud which must now be brown bread as explained HERE earlier today following news on Friday. That section also mentions Cloudtag (CTAG) and tech stocks. Then I look at commercial suicide, the curse of the tipster and Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - I am terribly sorry Mr Moron but it will not be different this time

Thanks for the messages about the family issues - hence the lack of bearcast yesterday. There will be other days like that in the next few weeks. I start with a look at Vislink (VLK) where I imagine no-one has any sympathy for the greedy bastards in charge. Then I try to explain why it is never "different this time" as I look at three bubbles bursting: tech, commercial and residential property and I discuss Cloudtag (CTAG) in the midst of that.

Cloudtag - Option spoof and Bulletin Board Morons Fail to understand basic maths

The sort of folk who not only believe every word that the war criminals Blair and Straw say about Iraq but are also lobbying the BBC to have Chris Evans appointed as the new presenter of Top Gear, are heavily concentrated on the shareholder list at Cloudtag (CTAG), an AIM listed company that is almost insolvent and whose valuation is a joke. Its shareholders are possibly the stupidest folks I have encountered on twitter with the possible exception of the England soccer team.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 29 June: Dedicated to a miracle baby 15 today

Fifteen years ago today my daughter was born weighing just 1lb 4 oz. Jim Mellon still has the photos on the old t1ps server but for some reason his organisation refused to send them back despite repeated requests. Miserable bastrads the lot of them. Anyhow this bearcast is dedicated to that miracle baby, my daughter. On the agenda, the numerous AIM suspensions today, including the FRAUD Environmental Recycling (ENRT) which is now on a double suspension, plus Fitbug (FITB) and a detailed look at CloudTag (CTAG) and the strange nutjobs ramping the shares which are a storming sell.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: crack whores like Eden, Golden Saint & Cloudtag as Polly Toynbee spikes Stockmarket

The worst newspaper in the world in the truth and analysis department is the Guardian and its worst columnist is the loathsome haridan Polly Toynbee. Silly Polly has today caused the stockmarket to surge as I explain. I then move onto FastJet (FJET), Teathers Financial (TEA), Tern (TERN) & Nigel's dynamite expose today and an array of AIM crack whores: Servision (SEV), Eden Research (EDEN) and Cloudtag (CTAG). Warning: this podcast contains some very bad language.
