Cloudtag (CTAG) was a bulletin board darling which we exposed as a bankrupt fraud on this website numerous times HERE. Eventually the company’s Nomad, Liam Murray at Cairn Financial, arrived at the same conclusion and gave his notice of resignation. However the company then raised £975,000 via broker Novum without telling Novum or anyone else about that resignation. Murray thus resigned with immediate effect and Novum unwound the placing while, with no other Nomad prepared to take on this toxic client, it was booted off the AIM sewer in March 2017.

Hapless Nomad Cairn Financial of Cloudtag (CTAG) infamy has been contacted by both email and phone, to establish whether it has done, as it should do under FCA Rules and contact the FCA regarding suspicious share trades ( i.e. insider dealing) in ADM Energy (ADME) by Dubai Royal Shaikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Al Maktoum. I started the PLC death list in June 2015 with 21 members. The aim is to pick stocks that will either go bust or get slung off the AIM Casino. Each departure requires a nreplacement. With nine new entrants today 40 names have joined this select group. So far there have been two outright failures on my part, Mariana Resources (MARL) and Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG). Well fraud fans, the first day of reckoning for the shabby fraud that is Cloudtag (CTAG) looms. If it has no Nomad in place by Monday night next week then its shares will be booted off AIM. Unable then to raise even death spiral funding and with no sales it will go bust pretty quickly. Among the more ridiculous assertions was the statement that: " I will remain selfishly against CTAG, even when it bounces back to previous highs. But not as active as before. Well it is fair to hold some to account and make adverse comments and some folks should be doing a perp walk. But ultimately we are all accountable for our own trades whether winners or losers. Moving on this debacle has raised issues which call for two MASSIVE changes to the AIM Rule book: the announcement of Nomad departures and the disclosure or banning of placings based on T+ trades. At 4.18 PM trading in the shares of AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) were suspended ahead of an announcement. I do not know what the news will be but if it was good it would have been rushed out. I assume it is yet more bad news. As I pointed out earlier HERE, Novum Securities has every reason to walk away from the £975,000 placing at 3.75p announced this morning.

In an article earlier today by Nigel Somerville, we raised the question of how and when Cloudtag (CTAG) incurred £50,000 of costs on the issue of the first part of Tranche 2 of the L1 loan notes and whether it was an additional fees levied for the restructuring the L1 Loan notes. It is an open secret in the City that Cairn Financial will, at some stage, cease to act as Nomad for Cloudtag (CTAG). And given that the AIM listed company has lied to investors on a serial basis and also committed securities fraud no other Nomad will take this account on. As such, when Cairn quits, the shares will be suspended and a month later booted off AIM. That will preclude any more fund raisings and so will mean shareholders lose everything as the company goes bust. This situation is unfair on investors and so I have written to Cairn. Update. I have it on good authority that it was NOT Cloudtag fined. Hpefully uit will be. The share tip I mention at 7.45 can be accessed for £5 HERE. The notice of the £75,000 fine by AIM Regulation on an un-named company, levied last Thursday is HERE. That company not Cloudtag (CTAG) - it should be. Whoever it is should fess up. This is a dark day for AIM as it has fined the wrong party (the shareholders not the board) and in not naming the company it also screws the shareholders again. Regulators have form with private censures that let everyone down. I compare this to the 3DM scandal.

Yesterday I explained how AIM listed Cloudtag issued an RNS four days before a placing boasting of $5.2 million of guaranteed orders which was simply not true. To me this is blatant fraud and as such I have written to AIM Regulation (the Oxymorons) and the FCA (The Chocolate Teapots) asking both to investigate both Cloudtag and also its Nomad Cairn which appears, at best, to have been asleep at the wheel for almost nine months. As I noted earlier, Friday really could be Worthington's (WRN) last stand. No doubt its supporters on the LSE will have all sorts of excuses and will be blaming the usual suspects (me, Brexit, Evil) for their losses. This is too much of an opportunity to miss for we voyeurs of the moron community. But posts from other threads can also be submitted in the comments section below with a deadline of Sunday 24th July. This is so shoddy. As I have pointed out on a number of occasions, Cloudtag (CTAG) has negative net current assets and is burning cash. Hitherto it has managed to persuade mug punters to buy into placings done at a premium to the prevailing share price on the basis that there was lots of jam tomorrow.

Fifteen years ago today my daughter was born weighing just 1lb 4 oz. Jim Mellon still has the photos on the old t1ps server but for some reason his organisation refused to send them back despite repeated requests. Miserable bastrads the lot of them. Anyhow this bearcast is dedicated to that miracle baby, my daughter.
